Slow service.. but the only employee was working so hard!! She was so friendly and attentive. The price they give you to trade in your games isn’t much at all but it’ll save you a lot of time posting on EBay. This location is consistent with all other GameStops

NEVER BUY THEIR EXTENDED WARRANTIES. They are a SCAM! Total waste of $$$. Only after 4 days my PS4 A40 $150 headset failed. They made me use the 1-off warranty to swap it out for another, even though the standard warranty was still active. They wanted another $50 to buy the fake extended warranty AGAIN. TOTAL SCAM. AVOID THIS BUSINESS! Got a refund but they refused to reimburse the extended warranty I also paid for. Feeling ripped off.

Someone has bad communication skills. I called a few days ago about pre ordering xbox series x, and was told to be there an hour early to get my order in.....well I show up an hour early to be told that they already did all the pre orders; therefore either the guy I spoke to on the phone misled me by telling me to come later than I shouldve or theyre handing them out early or holding them for buddies.

Very organized and great selection! Still come to gamestop for all my gaming, because I think the power up rewards is easy to use and saves you money on games. Its great to trade in old ones and get discounts on the new ones. Also, they always have all the new releases

Fun place for gamers to shop, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I went in with my kid to find DBZ toys, they didnt have every character we wanted in the store, but they went out of their way to find what we wanted and had it shipped over in a couple of days, all free of charge!

Called this store day before for Xbox release was given incorrect information from the store employees about the way it would work to get there to find out people already knew how much consoles they had for pre order grants you I was at the store at 1am to find 4 people already there knowing more information about the release than I was even told.

There is one GA who is probably the rudest Gamestop employee I have ever come across. I dont know how he still has a job, so I try to avoid him when going inside if I can. Everyone else, however, is fun to talk to and very pleasant. Shop is SO much better with the added merchandise and the selection of games is awesome. I have been to a couple midnight launches, and theyre always orderly and quick.

This place really smells...idk if the filters dont get changed or they have the bathroom that doesnt work but it really stinks...just made me want to leave the store so quick...if you visit this store youll smell what I mean...

I called this game stop to ask about a Nintendo switch which I saw they had online. I spoke with a representative named Jordan and he informed me that they were sold out. When I mentioned that I saw they had some online, so they may want to update that so it doesn’t confuse anyone. He was extremely rude and hung up. Due to the disrespect I will never be using this game stop again.

This is, by all means, is my absolute favorite Gamestop ever. Since Ive been coming to this location in Winter Garden Village, I have pretty much stopped shopping for my video games and accessories in all other locations. Its rare to walk into a video game store and not feel like theres a gigantic dollar sign hanging over your head, but this location makes me feel like more than just a walking wallet who happens to enjoy video games. The staff here is incredibly friendly and super helpful. Anytime I have ever had a situation where something didnt go according to plan, the staff here has gone out of their way to be accommodating and assist in any way possible. Today was no exception. Matt took it upon himself to help fix the situation that I created when he did not have to just out of the kindness of his heart. Its for that reason that I will continue to come to this location even if its out of my way and I am literally passing other GameStop locations and order to get to this one. You guya are amazing! Thank you!

One of the worst experiences I’ve had with an employee.I know better than to pre order a game at this GameStop. The employee is rude and very condescending. He’s “been with the company so long” that he can do no wrong. I told him I never received a phone call for the 9pm pre release of MK11 for exclusive items and the like and all I got was “I assure you I called everyone, only people who didn’t answer or get a message were full mailboxes or numbers that aren’t updated. I used my current phone number to pickup the game and the only voice message I got that day was from my mother so I know my mailbox was full. I didn’t even get an apology and this employee had a full box of posters behind him that I know for a fact we’re not reserved because on the flyer for the previous night it said “promotional products available until supplies last”So rather than saying sorry for not informing you properly I left the story with the only thing being said to me was “I know I called you”. So I reported this to corporate and was assured that I would get a call from the district manager within 24 hours, which I never did either. I just wouldn’t trust this GameStop or any in the district. I’d gladly make a farther trip then deal with this awful service. I will NOT be going to this GameStop again.

I have been coming to this Gamestop for a long time. Every time I come in, I am greeted by a pleasant greeting and asked if I need any help. The employees are always so nice and very helpful.

Got new controllers for my switch and the associate was awesome.

Went into this store this morning and they have the worst customer service, The guy that was working was walking around on the phone for about 10 minutes while there are 3 people waiting in line. When we asked him if something we needed for my daughters game system was available he just glanced at what we were showing him and says, ah I dont think so. He made no effort to find out if they did. Guess its not totally his fault if the store would hire more people the customer service wouldnt suck. Save your time and try another location

Staff very knowledgable about current titles/platforms out and upcoming games! While the trade-in values arent too hot, the staff definitely is on point and will be glad to assist.

The guy working there told me they had a game pre-owed and that it was $20. I get there to find they don’t have the game at all.The girl at the store told me the Ocoee store had 2 used and 2 new. I get to the Ocoee store and they have 1 pre-owed version of the game and it’s $20 more than what I was told at the other store.The only way it could have been a worse experience was if I had traded in a game for $0.50.

Absolute best place. id rather travel out of my way to visit this store just for the staff. everyone knows me, theyre very personable and will NOT recommend what they dont like nor what they think you wont.
