I’ve always had great experiences with LensCrafters but today was up and beyond. I have a very difficult prescription that my previous optician really just couldn’t get right after many tries of sending glasses back again and again. Kate and the amazing staff at LensCrafters immediately diagnosed the issue and had a correction figured out! I was out the door in 30 minutes! Highly recommend! I had my lenses replaced and wanted my frames replaced but was not in computer so it was only my lenses. He called back later and said he found my frames! I had their insurance. All I can say is get the insurance! No hassles and great service! Kudos and awesome to winter park LensCrafters. Little things make peoples days and they made mine ! Thank you so much!!!!
I always shop for my glasses at LensCrafters; this year was my first eye exam there too. The optometrist was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend to others. The equipment was modern and kept very clean. The staff was also friendly. I would however strongly suggest that the out of pocket exam price be disclosed in writing PRIOR to booking an eye exam appointment as the price is a bit higher than average. The sales experience in selecting glasses was excellent, I would definitely recommend as well! The person assisting me went above and beyond to assist and give me different options.
Dr. Mavrofrides is amazing! Glasses and Doctor staff was very friendly and patient. The store staff was super friendly as well. Leah and Shaun helped us out with any issues we had and made sure we were happy with our glasses.
Dont go there!I visited the Winter Garden Village location on Daniels Rd. I have seen Dr. Manfredies at this location for over 10 years, and she is awesome!!! She provides very good customer service, and this is part of the reason why I have spent thousands of dollars purchasing designer frame ware with LensCrafters. I was prepared to spend more money at LensCrafters yesterday after my annual exam. However; when I was being measured for my lenses, unfortunately when I asked for my pupil distance as she was measuring me, the worker told me that she could not give it to me. I asked why not, and she informed me that they measure it only for their use. and she could not, and would not give it to me. (I felt it would be a more accurate measurement if she gave it to me vs me going on line to do it myself.) I couldnt believe it! I will not spend another penny in LensCrafters ever again. Yes!! I was going to purchase some cheaper glasses online, but as I stated, I was also spending money with them too. Is it not a part of what my insurance pays them?Times are hard right now, and to give a loyal customer a hard time about giving them their measurements is ridiculous, and poor customer service. Quit being greedy LensCrafters and learn a little about customer satisfaction. Not only have you lost me, but my entire family of 4!If you cant show appreciation for my dollars and loyalty, you dont deserve my continued support.
Great experience! I was greeted immediately upon entering and asked how they could help. I told them that I was looking for a new pair of designer frames in the color blue. I was assigned a salesperson (Pier) and she assisted me with making a selection. She showed me a variety of frames from several designers. I was impressed with the selection that LensCrafters had on site. Once I selected a pair I liked (Coach), Pier sat down with me to give me the cost. LensCrafters was having a sale and I also had several emails with discounts. Pier ran the numbers on all the coupons I had, showed me the best options and finalized the transaction. In the process, she advised me that I could also get an addition discount if I purchased new sunglasses. It was such a good deal, I ordered a new pair of Ray Ban sunglasses. The entire process was smooth and efficient. The salespeople are very knowledgeable. I will definitely return to this location!
From start to finish I had a great experience! From my eye exam to purchasing my contacts and glasses the staff at LensCrafters and Dr Thai’s office are amazing. They answered all my questions regarding insurance and what contacts and lenses for my glasses would be best.Within a month of having my glasses they were accidentally broken. I brought them back to LensCrafters and within minutes they had them fixed and I was back on my way. All free of charge!! Thank you all again for great customer service! You will forever be my home for all eye care needs!

I am sure there are places closer to us than this LensCrafters, but I dont care. They make my daughter feel comfortable and answer her questions. They also dont try to pressure me into something I cannot afford, but still make sure we have what we need.

After care customer service isn’t what I would expect from a well known retailer. Simply wanted my PD from my glasses purchase and was told they could not legally give it to me. I am not aware of any legal restrictions from providing the measurement between my eyes. It’s not like I didn’t purchase from them I just wanted the number. Overall poor experience.
Eye exams at this location are over priced and of poor quality. The independent doctor at this location (Dr. Thai & Associates) charges $35-$40 more for the same exam that you can get at other LenCrafters. Additionally, they did my Rx incorrectly, refused a refund and I had to pay for another exam at a different location in order to get my glasses made correctly.
This place is so expensive! You can find the same products at a fairer price elsewhere! Besides, Ive had other problems with them. They delayed changing my lenses in a week, even though I already waited 20 days for it! When the lenses arrived, instead of changing immediately, I still had to go to the store at the time they had it available. After a weeks delay (without even telling me the reason), I expected them to call me and change my lenses as soon as possible.Not worth it. Dont spend your money on them.

I received excellent customer service from beginning (scheduling my appointment) to end (ordering a pair of glasses). The ophthalmologist answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the exam.

Stay away. Been going to this Lens Crafters and their in house Optometrist, Dr. Thai, for a number of years with no complaints. That has all changed now and I am outraged. Tried to make an appointment for an annual eye exam and they informed me that due to Covid-19 they are unable to perform dilations. Ok, no worries. I typically opt out of the dilation process anyway. Here is why I am outraged. They said that since they cannot do dilations that they can do a retinal image instead for additional fees not covered by insurance. I asked to opt out of the retinal image. They said I cannot opt out and that they are mandating retinal imaging as part of the exam. MANDATING!!!! Are you kidding me? I dont think so. You dont dictate how I spend my very hard earned money. Especially right now when I have to watch every penny due to set backs from Covid. As one might guess, eye appointments are very hard to get right now but I decided to call around to see if any other doctor adopted this mandate. I called quite a few doctors at eyeglass stores as well as specialists, and literally everyone said that they are doing dilations and not mandating any other type of treatment. This, is in my opinion is a scam that is designed to generate them a great deal of money as they are charging literally every patient the extra fees for the imaging. They said appointments were booked solid to the end of October so you can imagine how much money that might be at $35 a person until if an when this virus is gone. No thanks. Ill take my business elsewhere where they are honest, empathetic, and are not trying to capitalize off of a pandemic. Scandalous!
Kathy, the Manager of the Winter Garden store is the perennial ROCK STAR of Lens Crafters. She has a great staff and does a great job. My wife and I have been going to that store since it opened.

The eye exam and ordering glasses was good. Picking up the glasses has been a headache. My sons glasses came, however, my glasses were not there. Even though we were told both pairs of glasses were in. When I called a couple of days later I was told that my glasses were sent back to the lab. I have to wait an additional week to get them. Noone bothered to call me, they did not even offer a solution to the problem. Very disappointed.
We always get the best service from Kathy and her staff. We wouldnt think of going anywhere else! Kathy knows what my son likes and had a tray ready for him to look at! It was a huge time saver! Thanks to the entire crew at WGV Lenscrafters!

Went to LensCrafters today and got in and out very quickly. The employees were super helpful and friendly. The store was neat and clean.
The Doctor and are staff are nice but the doctor seemed flustered and the staff seemed very green and not confident in their role. I felt like I wasnt getting accurate information. One of the scans they performed on my daughters eye didnt come through and the tech didnt bother to redo it before the doctor sat down with ky daughter. On the Lenscrafters side they also were nice and knowledgeable but the process and systems in place do not seem to work. I had to call back to complete my order because I wasnt prepared to pay for my daughters glasses and mines. When I called back the next team member was not able to find my information of which glasses I chose. Just unorganized. She was diligent enough to call me back after figuring out.
I started going to LensCrafters over 20 years ago since new glasses were ready in an hour. I know that I paid a premium for this service. Today I was told that my new glasses will be ready in two weeks. This is unacceptable. For the money I paid, I am sure I can get much better service at Target or Costco. Dont use Covid-19 as an excuse. Your competitors do not.
Great experience. I was nervous going durring the pandemic but everyone who helped us was great. We felt safe there with the precautions the staff took because of Covid. I did feel bad trying on glasses at first and didnt grab them right away when looking because I felt bad they would have to clean them but they reassued me it was fine and they dont mind having to clean them so to try on as many as I wanted till I found the perfect pair.
Lens lasted 6 months before it has visible damage with very light use - poor quality
I am totally frustrated with LensCrafters in Winter Garden. I purchased glasses 1year ago. Since I have had them adjusted 6 times. They keep falling off my face. My current visit, they tried to fix them again, the young woman told me my lenses were flat and that’s why they stretch outward. She proceeded to tell me to buy a different type frame that won’t do that. So why didn’t they let me know before I spent $650?So today, they are falling off my face again. I ask for a credit to buy new glasses, was told if I brought them back in30 days, they could have helped but no go.I have been wearing glasses for 60 years and have never had this issue.So if this is what happens, they are the experts and they should have told me about this frame.I am now forced to go elsewhere to get another pair of glasses.

Dr. Love was great. It was my first eye exam in over 10 years, and first time of needing glasses. (for distance). All went well. Got a little discount using triple A.Retail: I was concerned about costs as most of the frame are over $100 dollars but was informed they have clearance and my insurance cover some of it. The manager did my final fitting and went over all the cleaning instructions. Great job.Ill def come again for replacements and a yearly checkup exam. For everything was just under $300.

Completely dissatisfied! What an utter waste of time and money! The eye exam itself was just an okay experience, not much communication from the doctor and had to ask the front desk for information about my childs exam since the doctor didnt see fit to speak to me!Then my eye glass ordering experience was a complete mess!The person entering my order took forever because she couldnt get the computer system to work for her and kept giving me several different prices for the same exact order!I agreed to have Rx lenses put into my Maui Jim frames. They took my money (nearly $400 plus what they billed the insurance) and my vintage sentimental frames only to notify me 2 weeks later that they cant put lenses in my frames. ( they also charged $100 up charge for using my own frames, basically billed for not buying frames from them) A complete waste of time and money. They have offered nothing to rectify the situation other than a patronizing apology! SORRY does nothing for my inconvenience! The store should have been aware of the fact that my frames were discontinued and not able to have lenses made for them...they didnt care because they just wanted to make the sale!Dont wast your time...find a more reliable and responsible place to get your glasses!Overall Terrible experience!

My family & I have been going to this particular location for years for our eye health. As a physician myself, my standards for care are very high. Dr. Thai, Dr. Evelyn & the entire LensCrafters staff truly set the bar when it comes to eye health.Recently my father was actually involved in a horrific accident that resulted in him acquiring a TBI. On his last exam, Dr. Thai found damage in one of his eyes that had been missed by previous physicians. Fast forward to his most recent exam & Dr. Evelyn also saw this same damaged area. She recommended doing their new Optomap imaging to better visualize the eyes & to better monitor eye changes in the future. Which if you haven’t heard of Optomap imaging, it takes the eye exam to the next level & is truly pertinent! Plus, with the imaging done you are better able to understand what the doctors are seeing on their comprehensive exam.I greatly appreciated Dr. Evelyn taking the time to complete a thorough exam on my father, answering all of our questions & for making recommendations for his next yearly exam. Dr. Evelyn truly is wonderful and an expert in her craft! I also appreciated the entire staff- Kayla, April, PT and Fabiana. A physician’s staff is an extension of them & part of the entire patient experience. These ladies are very professional, polite & make the experience very enjoyable!
I have used LENSCRAFTERS for many years and have already been treated well.....until my last experience. I wish they still had their in house lab!!! When I picked up my latest glasses, the young lady that helped me had me try on the glasses, read with with them and sent me on my way. Went to a restaurant near by and was reading the menu and my glasses kept slipping to the tip of my nose. Had to go back and have them fitted. My sunglasses.....I couldnt see distance and vision was foggy. Not their fault but now I have to wait 10 days for new lenses...not in an hour as they would have if they still had their own lab. Other wise still happy!😊

She took her time with us to ensure our prescriptions were accurate. We didn’t get that from our long time eye doctor in Celebration. We’ll definitely be going back to LensCrafters in Winter Garden!!!The front staff, Kathy and Mandy are also top notch professionals! They always take care of us immediately and are very friendly. Supposedly, lab unable to fill my normal prescription.Do not offer simple upgrades but upsell you to additional unneeded glasses.no restrooms for clients to use even though you are there for 1.5 to 2 hours and spending over $600.Manager was unwilling to assist only recommending further product.Go to a standard eye-doctor if your insurance allows.
The front staff that help you pick your glasses and fill the prescription is nice. But the optometrist and her staff have no care for the patient they just want to take the money and rush you out the door. You can barely catch up with what dr Thai says as she talks so fast and doesn’t give you a chance to ask a question. I opted for extra tests out of pocket but she never discussed them with me when I got to see her. I Left the office thinking what a waste of time and money.
My husband and myself were very pleased with the thoroughness of the eye exam. Every single employee was very friendly and helpful. We plan to continue seeing Dr. Thai for many years to come.
They called me two weeks out from my appointment as a reminder that I had an appointment. Nowhere in the automated voicemail did they mention that if I didn’t call them back they were going to give my appointment to someone else. Nor did they bother to call me back and tell me that my appointment had been cancelled. So I took an entire day off of work, drove 30 minutes, for absolutely no reason. They told me they were too full to take me.Terrible. Don’t go here. Even when you do get in you wait forever and they don’t do anything besides try and make you feel bad for not doing ‘everything they say’ and try and upsell you when your percription happens to change every single time by .01. Which means you ‘need’ all new prescriptions. Don’t go here. Just don’t do it. There are sooo many other places to go that are better and easier.
Went to go pick up my eyeglasses today as it was week later when they said they would be ready. I was given glasses that were not that i had ordered at all. I waited there while they fumbled though iPads to look for my photos they took a week prior. They couldnt find them so had to start from the beginning. I live an hour from the store and i explained how it was a major inconvenience for me to have taken this trip and wasted my time. I requested that the associate ship the glasses to my home address instead of me taking another trip back in a week and she approved this request. Associate was very nice and apologetic but the manager wouldnt even get up from her chair to even attempt a service recovery after the associate explained to her the issue. I will not be going to this store again. Very disappointed in the lack of management and the fact that the manager didnt even seem to be bothered by the fact that the customer was unhappy.
1. This is a multi million dollars business entity and they do not have bathrooms for the guests. Bathrooms are only for the staff. The staff told me to go to Panera Bread to use bathrooms. I hope owner will take a note of this and recognize that customer is KING. Their comfort should be first. Customers some times spend two hours at their place.2. Every staff is well trained to sell the customer more options at every part of their offerings.3. I found their prices average 30% more compare to anyone else. These are the money, clients pay from their pocket as they are not covered by majority of insurances due to maximum allowable cap.

My granddaugter was told 5days it took ten days has really bad headaches with out glasses they didn’t seem to care was told they was still processing from manger never gave call back I understand your very busy you still must meet Need of client who paid two weeks ago
This was our first visit to this particular Lens Crafters. For the past 25 years both my husband and I have been coming to Lens Crafters. This is the first time that we have been so very impressed. Dr. Thai and staff were really great. Very professional, personable, and helpful. The eyeglass staff were a mirror reflection of Dr Thais staff- If you want a great experience this is the place to come.

Spent over $900.00 And was told to walk over to 5 Guys because bathrooms were for employees only due to medical supplies being stored in the bathroom. I was in total shock! Does not make absolutely no sense. What if it was an Elderly person? What happen to customer service! They just LOST 4 customers!
Freindly customers service for a brand that focuses on express eye care their was no express eye care when I attempted to obtain services from this branch i explained I had an eye emergency and was basically told to bad cant help you we are to booked which is fine but lens craffters as a brand specializes in express eye care so maybe next time think before saying no!
