Wonderful experience at this Winter Garden Village Target Optical store and with everyone on the team. Angel the Store Manager was very helpful on my first visit picking out a couple of frames, and then we picked right up a week later when I came back for my eye appointment. Eye exam was on time, thorough and educational. Then the fitting/ordering of frames and number-crunching prices and insurance info with Angel was efficient and easy. I felt very well cared for and would highly recommend this store to anyone!

I had a pleasant experience today getting my annual eye exam. Dr Wai was very courteous and answered all my questions. After my exam, Teresa helped me pick out new reading glasses and sunglasses. She was very attentive and helped me to narrow down my final selections. I would recommend!

My favorite place to go! Annette is always helpful and amazing Everytime we come in. The Dr. I saw today was very friendly and made me feel comfortable and was very informative. The new machine in office that take pictures of the eye was amazing! Better alternative to having your eyes dilated everyone should try it, very affordable. Thanks again Annette I hope you see this.

A lot of different eyeglasses to choose from and smiles by the customer service people every time I go for adjustment and fittings. The cost with my insurance is also lower than lenscrafter and pearlvision. Highly recommended.

Dr. Wai is always such a pleasure to have work on your eyes. The staff is always friendly, eager to attend you and ALWAYS make the visit pleasant. I dont plan on going anywhere else for my eye care needs unless they either close or relocate. I recommend anyone to go to this optical store.

I have been to this location three times with my family needs. I am impressed with their friendly, helpful and professional service. They also have an excellent selection of frames. I needed a repair to my eyeglasses on my last visit. They fixed my frames, even though I had not purchased them at this store, and didn’t charge me. Great customer service.

Don’t go there. I’ve been getting glasses and tests there for a wile and everything is ok until you claim. I bought a pair of lenses 7 months ago and the coat that covers the glasses came off due bad quality. I claimed and they didn’t accept my claim of warranty because I didn’t bought the extended plan. Hey, I wasn’t my fault the bad quality of your glasses. They also promised me to call me back and they never reach me out

The staff at this location are super friendly and will try their best to ensure your visit is spectacular. The contact lenses I ordered were not in stock, but they gave me a trial pair for the meantime. Thanks!

I went for my first appointment here this weekend and was impressed with how efficient everything was. I was able to get new glasses, get my eyes checked and have a contact lens fitting in under an hour (and that includes filling out new patient paperwork). The staff is great (thanks to Teresa for helping me pick the perfect pair of glasses!) and Dr. Wai is friendly and explains everything before she does it. Ill definitely be going back here again!

Dr Wendy Wai is the best! Im a dentist and vision is everything, especially during our surgical procedures. She saw me at a time that fit my busy schedule, and corrected a prescription that another doctor got wrong a month ago.On top of her clinical expertise, she was also very personable and remembered me from over 10 years ago. Its rare to find great personality and great clinical skill in the same person!Paula at the front was also very nice and helpful, when she measured me for glasses she did a few extra things Ive never had done before. Maybe theyre just a notch above the rest.We drove over from Clermont to come to this winter garden location, and will do it again every time. Highly recommended!

Don’t tell me once I arrive for my appointment that the doctor can’t see my 5 year old because she only sees children 7 and up. When I made the appointment I included his date of birth. Waste of time.

Horrible customer service. Called to ask basic questions (if they accepted my Insurance, cost, etc... ) and it was more than obvious that the receptionist did not want nor show any effort of assisting me. Honestly I did not even make it as far as meeting the dr cause the receptionist already set the tone for me so I’ll pass!

Took a very long time to get our insurance authorization processed. Not enough people working there - didnt come back to check on us. We stood and waited there for 30 minutes until someone finally came. Didnt seem like they cared enough for every customer there. Never going back.

Absolutely THE WORST customer service. I called when I made my appointment to find out how much a contact lens fitting would cost and was told that my insurance would be called and they would call me back with an estimate. No return call. I called the day before to confirm my appt and ask the same question and was told I would receive a return call. Never received a return call. I tried to call back but they were closed. So I show up for my appointment (5 minutes late - sorry rush hour traffic sucks) and wait at the counter to be checked in. Im finally greeted and told that because Im (now 9 minutes) late, they cant see me. I didnt accept that answer and they gave me my paperwork to fill out. I rush through it, hand it back and, again, ask how much my lens fitting copay will be. Its only then that Im told that from them, the fitting wont be covered at all. So they can waste all of my time that they want and fail to make simple return phone calls before I show up but heaven forbid I get stuck in traffic. Absolutely awful.
