I visited this SW location recently for a home project. Patricia at the store was very friendly and anticipated all my needs before I asked for them. By confirming I was purchasing the right type of paint, providing brushes for the samples and asking me if I had a can opener she gave that extra level of service that will definitely make me want to visit again for future projects. Thanks!

This is my local store for paint. Now, it could be a straight five stars, BUT some of the employees are just not all that friendly and or know the products. Case in point. Asked for assistance. Gentleman came to the back of the store and knew absolutely NOTHING about the product and wasn’t trying to know. He actually took off in mid conversation. I gave him the evil eye when we checked out. Will just steer clear of this guy when I’m there. Try Sammy, she’s my go too person.Overall, I like that I can call in and then pick my paint up. I’ve used the color consultant in the past and that literally pays for itself. SW needs to bring some associates up to speed on customer service.

I took a painted piece of cabinet in to get a match. The lady was so incredibly rude that I walked out. She acted as if I was ruining her day by asking to have a color match. I’ve bought a lot of paint and wallpaper from this store but I can promise you I will never return.

Yes. She had to mach some existing paint(on dry wall, 10 years old) I just finished using some of the paint, it matched up perfect.

Ive been to this store on two different occasions and had the same particular salesman. He is not very friendly and doesnt provide much help. The first time I am convinced he mixed the porch paint too thick and I was unhappy with the product. This time, I mostly knew what I wanted with painting my exterior home, but had a few questions and he was very strange and unhelpful. If I had needed actual help on what paint to use, how much, what finish, supplies, etc., he would have been useless. He is the kind of person you need you need to lead the conversation with and basically answer your own questions. Everyone has their own style and that is fine, but he is not the person to be in a customer service role.

Lori worked with us to match the color wheel paint for our pool patio which we brought and used in 2014. Today we use one of the Acryla Deck gallons and so far it is a perfect match. Awesome so far.

I this store is ridiculous! I walked in there was a woman helping somebody else I was not ignored asked if she was the only person working or if there was someone else working. Then I had to go back behind the counter and yell into the storeroom to try to get somebodys attention to get help and then the lady wouldnt climb down off of her ladder to try to help me. I kept asking her questions so she finally came out and still was no help! I I had looked up wallpaper online and was trying to just see a sample in the store and she told me that that was all done online and that I had to go back and get a pattern number that she couldnt help me and didnt even try to suggest I look in books or anything of that nature. Ive worked in customer service for over 10 years and this is a poor example of it

Sammy helped me when I first came in researching products and prices, and then helped me when I came back to buy. Im a pastor, and a single mom in our church needs her house painted, or her homeowners insurance will non-renew her. Her HOA requires Sherwin-Williams Paint, so I came to you, and Sammy was MOST helpful!
