Great place to go shopping. I always find everything I want and very friendly staff!

I regularly shop at the Publix in College Park and usually have a very pleasant experience. However, today after shopping in Winter Park, when I went to check out the cashier told me she couldnt service me because she was the express aisle (10 items or less).There were no other customers around and she was just standing there in front of her aisle. I simply went to the self-checkout and rang up my own groceries (only $50 worth!) but I should have spoken to the Manager!

HORRIBLE. Busy time and NO Express open and only 2 regular registers. And the self checkout open. I think they are raising prices cutting down on help and making their customers do all the work

I shop regularly at Publix. This was my first at this particular location. I must say the staff were super friendly. I have to give a special shout out to the young lady in the bakery. Super nice and informative. Also the older gentleman in produce who gave me some great advice on storing products for longer shelf life

It was sweet to be in Florida again& this Publix had every single thing I needed. It was close & convenient. Easy parking lot access & the staff was super friendly & nice. The place very is clean and everything was fresh.

Enjoyed the movie. Popcorn was cold and stale. Usually order pizza and subs and never had a problem. We ordered a side of onion rings to replace the popcorn and they were hot and fresh. We received a refund on the popcorn. Great staff and management.

Nice, clean store, not overly busy, Publix staff are usually nice and helpful. Always has good selection of products. The quality of the paper towels is not as good as in the past, theyre thinner, possbly due to the pandemic and shortage of raw materials.

Great Publix overall and has one of the upscale pharmacy areas. I live right down the road so this is pretty much my go to for groceries. If youre looking to get the covid vaccine the pharmacist was really nice and very professional, I definitely recommend getting it here.

Everyone is extremely helpful and they have the best bakery and deli. I also make custom requests at the meat department on occasion and they are very attentive to what Im looking for.

Always out of some advertised products and other demand products. No excuse for improper ordering. Experience being a former grocery store manager. However deli is wonderful and store is very clean.

As always a superb shopping experience. The store is consistently a clean place and stock is well maintained. After more than 20 years visiting can never recall an employee who hasnt displayed a responsive, caring and professional interaction with a shopper.

Love the store setup! Especially the self-checkout they added. That process is a little difficult when the screen flashes about bagging area but they have someone on standby happy to help you. Overall a nice Publix!

Ive found the customer service [especially, but not solely, the Customer Service desk] to be outstanding ... professional but by no means stand-offish ... courteous, friendly and always helpful. They all make grocery shopping pleasant and a delight. There is normally never much of a wait time when checking out, and even when there are people ahead of you the check-out staff are fast and efficient while still making you feel like you may be shopping at a family-run store rather than a mega-chain. Id recommend this branch to anyone moving into the area or just passing through looking for a place to pick up some groceries.

Prices are too high for instance same size coffee creamer that I can buy at two other locations one place a dollar 25 more than I normally pay another place $1.50 more than I normally pay

The staff here is awesome. The self checkout machines suck. I pay the extra money for the customer service not to scan and bag my own groceries.

I do not like they took the meat counter (butcher) out of all their stores. Otherwise, for the most part the products are consistent store to store.

Me and my friend got our subs made by Joshua and he was so happy, upbeat and funny. he absolutely made our day! i’m not from here so i’m gonna miss him, but i hope he’s doing good. love you joshua!

Always greeted with a smile here at this Publix. Recently had great customer service by Sebastian, he offered his time to help and was a very nice person.

I live across the street from Casselberry Commons Publix. This store on Aloma is so much better and more enjoyable to shop at. First, the employees on Aloma actually seemed pleased to help with finding items, making subs and carryout service. Also this store very rarely is out of anything. Casselberry Commons Publix is usually out of several B1g1 items. Plus the employees often make it seem like I am a bother when I want a sub or other deli items. They ignore me and just continue on with conversation as if I wasnt there. 👏 to the staff at Aloma for making that store so pleasant to shop at and also so well kept up. The pride shows and it makes me almost always drive the 3 extra miles to shop at Aloma and skip the rudeness I often encounter at Casselberry Publix.

Had 12 articles in my cart, was refused service at the 10 articles lane; yet that cashier was walking around doing nothing, and there was NO other customersPaying a salary to do nothing. Will never shop there again, EVER!

I just had an amazing experience there this morning with an incredible employee named Jocelyn, who works there at Publix. My mother lives in Winter Park and is 80 years old and not supposed to be going to public places in order to stay safe from the virus. She needed groceries and we couldnt find anyone, even a service (they were backed up for days) to do it. I called Publix to ask for advice and the sweetest person (Jocelyn) answered the phone and said she would do it for her! So, my mom drove up to Publix, Jocelyn met her at her car and got her list, and then did all the shopping for her and brought it out to her car. Amazing! Really made me feel good that there are nice people like that in the world. She should be commended for going above and beoynd with customer service. God bless you, Jocelyn, and thank you from the bottom of my heart!

One of the assistant managers Kassandra (Cassie) is the rudest most disrespectful managers I have ever worked with in my entire life. I’ll be surprised if she still works there. This lady is so vile it sickens me how she treated me and other employees making them feel like dirt. It doesn’t matter I stopped shopping here long ago I don’t tolerate favoritism 🤷‍♀️

The man working in the lottery department around 7:45 pm last night was so rude to me. I’ve never been treated like that in a Publix

This store is so much better than the casselberry one, people seem to be much more helpful, specially at the deli, Mr. Waymond is the man, his customer service is perfect!

Not a doubt in my experience, Publix is & has been the bestSupermarket in my 70 years. Your PEOPLE make it the best.

Picked up a few items today. Accidentally dropped my cell phone (with my credit card inside the cover) in the parking lot. By the time I got home, there was a voice message from my Aunt (last person I had spoken with on my cell phone) telling me Publix had my phone and I could come get it before the store closed. An employee had found it. I am VERY thankful! 😊

The only flaw I have found with this Publix is parking.

Dont ever send any prescriptions to this Publix pharmacy. They are unprofessional, tardy, and select the ripple they see versus going by the line system.Highly recommend you go anywhere else than here

I usually have a positive experience here but today was different. Theyve implemented having arrows directing us which way we have to walk due to social distancing, which I get. However, I took a couple steps down the wrong aisle and decided to turn around with no on near me except one of the managers. Instead of politely telling me to keep the arrows in mind, she told me I had to walk all the way down aisle and couldnt take two steps back to exit the aisle. I was literally at the end of aisle, this was ridiculous. I get that they are doing their best to direct social distancing, but that was totally poor judgement on her behalf.

A grocery store is what can one say...
