This is a pretty good publix. Always fully stocked, always clean, the customer service is very good. I highly respect that they employ those with disabilities. Theyre giving equal work opportunity in a legitimate way.Their sushi section their hot food section, and their soup section are to die for. Their fruits and vegetables are always fresh and employees periodically are picking through everything.They have good parking options and their wheelchair accessible. Publix is a good company theres only been one Publix that Ive gone to with bad service but this one always has great service.

I really enjoy shopping at this Publix. Their employees always greet you and smile when you walk in, the aisles are organized and clean and Ive never had an issue with the fruit being bad. I have a Publix only blocks from me but will make the drive to this location when I have the time.

This is my go to place for groceries. The place is always meticulously clean and neat. I can always find what I need and if they dont have it they will get it for me. The staff is a always very accommodating and helpful. There are so many wonderful employees I could comment one but one stands out. I asked Steven Donovan for some help finding something. Instead of telling where it was he actually lead me to it. You dont see that too much anymore. Thanks for making my shopping a pleasure.

Beautiful store. But Publix prices are waaaay higher than Walmart Superstore or Aldis. Going back to them. I should know better but tried going there again anyway with a freind who wanted to to. I make good money but dont want to pay more when I dont have to. Clean store though.

If you live in Florida and shop at Publix you do so for two reasons. Quality of the Product and Professionalism of the staff. Even if you pay a little more for those products, the no-hassle experience and quality of what youre getting makes it worth it.The staff genuinely care about your experience as a customer and make it known. Ive lived here for 18 years and never once had a negative experience inside any publix location Ive entered. Were I to ever leave CFL, Publix would be one of the top 5 things I missed the most, out of everything CFL has to offer.Great Staff = Great Shooping Experience.

Its a good store, but the other has more to choose from, the one at the winter park village. I do like that one better.

My first time visiting in this Publix, and I was very impressed. Different layout than Im used to, but thanks to great signage it was easy to find all I was attempting to find.All aisles were easy to access even with quite a bit of restocking taking place.Very friendly service at checkout.

I visited the customer service desk, and the person on the desk his name is Steve I believe he wasn’t wearing a name tag, I asked him his name and that’s what he provided me,I said to him you are not very helpful, he replied no I am not happy you try and stand here for 10 hours a day taking returns off of people.He said also I sing and dance sometimes!!!I was like what???Publix is going down in customer service.

I have to say everytime I walk in the store am always greeted by the staff if a aint the person collecting the carts is the cashier or employee in aisles. Staff always polite and helpful. I cant say I have the same experience at any other supermarket that is not publix.they have a great awesome bakery department. Theres cake delicious always. Just had my son birthday cake made there he loved it.

Even though Ive got another one across the street, and a few other choices nearby, this ones my favorite. Its one of the largest. They always seem to have everything you want including expanded choices. And everybodys always super friendly. They really go out of their way to deliver exceptional customer service here and it shows. Model employees.Parkings narrow but theres plenty of easy parking off to either the right or the left.

Very badly run store, customer service clerk Meagan is very rude, I only wanted to exchange a spice that I picked up that was wrong, and she was calling everyone on the phone, I guess a manager. I have never had such an issue, but then I have never been up to Publix customer service area.She says I don’t know if we can exchange it, then decides to go to a manager, and says to him the price as if I was returning a high price item, I had my receipt, that’s how absurd the situation was.But I will consider shopping at a different brand supermarket. If this is the normal way public conducts business

The store was very clean and organized, despite the busy big football game day crowd. Steve at the customer service counter was very helpful and friendly. Interactions with employees like him are the reason I continue to shop at Publix. Well done, Steve.Update 5/12: Another great experience at this Publix. Always a great experience at this Publix, from the Deli, to Produce, Pharmacy... and everything in between. I have shopped this Publix regularly for the last 20 or more years! Friendly staff, very helpful, very courteous. I regularly shop the Deli, and must give them a huge shout out- they are on it! I have never had poor service, and each member of the Deli staff are so over the top helpful and friendly! I have always had above standard, absolutely excellent customer service here, in any and all areas in this store. Its my favorite to shop, and they earned it!Best Publix in town!

This Publix and Winter park village location are selling “gluten free”wraps in the deli with the first ingredient being wheat flour. I got my money back but the next 2-3 days of being swollen from eating gluten won’t be pleasant.

I like to call this the hidden Publix because theres a bigger one just down the street (Winter Park Village). I love this location because its never crowded, and even when its busy, its still -- not crowded. Its easy to get in and out. Especially since the plaza connects to multiple roads. The Deli counter can get a little crazy during busy times, but for the most part, staff handle it well. Some locations struggle to have ample stock of sale items, thats not the case here. Theres always plenty. The only pitfall for me is online sub orders. There is big difference in what you get on your sub when ordering in person verses online. If you want a great sub, wait in line. Check-out is usually fast, Ive seen managers jump on registers to keep things moving.

Good market. Only issues I have found is at night toward closing time, usually by 930, they stop with the rotisserie chicken. I buy like 1 a week sometimes and just notice they run out at the end of the night. Otherwise great Public and glad of the location. The sandwich artists here are great too. Never had a problem with one of my sandwiches being made.

Ive never really had an issue with this store before. I ordered a wrap via mobile order and it wasnt quite ready to pick up at the specified time, okay, no problem. However, when the lady preparing it put it in the toaster she left it there for what had to be an additional minute while she was assisting another employee with ordering food for what Im assuming was her break. I watched her take the wrap out of the toaster burnt to a crisp and then she took it in the back. I thought perhaps she was making me a new one but I opened it to check once she handed it to me and it was in fact the same burnt wrap. When I returned it to her indicating that it was burnt she argued with me and told me that it was my opinion that the wrap was burnt. It was LITERALLY black. When I walked off she yelled BYE which was incredibly unprofessional. I would say I wont use this Deli again but thats unrealistic as I love Publix deli but I will not allow this lady to ever serve me again. I dont remember her name but I do know the face. I wish I had taken a picture of the wrap. I understand that wraps brown in the toaster but she left in there WAY after it started beeping and it was burnt to a crisp. Disappointing to say the least. I didnt have time for them to make another and honestly I did not trust her at that point :(

Very good!I was at the import cheese sections looking for 2 different types of cheese I could not find.A lady working putting out samples came to assist me. She said she was learning the cheeses and very quickly she found both. Love the excellent service! Should have gotten her name.1230-1pm time frame Sat.
