I really like this store. They have a really large selection of beer, wine, and spirits, including some hard to find things.The store is very clean and well-organized and its easy to find what youre looking for. The prices are about what youd expect at any store like this, although there are some great sales at times.The staff is always very friendly and helpful.

I frequent this amazing store to feed my soul with booze. They have every beer I need, a nice bourbon selection, and tequila. As a college park resident I enjoy taking a stroll and stopping here to buy my evening bottle of bourbon. Recently they had Jeffersons Ocean Aged Bourbon which I highly recommend. Seriously it is delicious especially with a salted caramel candy. Thanks ABC and for offering a rewards program so I can feel better about spending so much here.

Nice store, large selection, roomy aisles, clean, organized and convenient. Their parking lot is a bit small and they do not carry many international beers, but a good place to get mostly any type of alcohol at a good price.

I wish I had caught the name of the young man I chatted with behind the counter. We talked a bit about the great beer selection at this particular ABC (wish ours was this nice in Altamonte) and then he offered me a sample of one of the bottled craft beers I was purchasing that they had from the previous year on tap. This store even gives our Altamonte Total Wine a real run for the money.

Karen was so awesome today. She made the most amazing gift basket for me. She is a credit to this location. The service at this store is incredible and despite the crowd, they move you in and out very quickly. This should be your go to spot in Winter Park for all of your spirit needs.

This ABC location is one of my favorites. The staff is friendly and informative, the location is clean and stocked very well, their tasting area is unique. My only con is parking is sometimes difficult, but that is always a concern in winter park.

Great selection. Very pleasing place to shop, but best of all is a lady named Karen who makes a sincere effort to make one feel welcome and appreciated. This is an employee I would steal. Thats my definition of awesome! ABC ... take notice!!

As always, this ABC Store has excellent selection of everything you can imagine. The stores always clean and well-kept. The displays are inviting. Prices are reasonable. When I check out at this ABC Liquor Store I do not let them touch any of my items and I always walk out without a bag. This is because the three ladies that work there are always wearing what appear to be very used plastic gloves. I see them walking around the store touching the displays touching the carts without ever changing the gloves. This has happened the last three times I have been there. Gloves are only effective if you change them between touching things. Therefore, I will be choosing another establishment for purchasing my adult beverages.

Do not go here, the customer service is terrible. We went in with a 50$ gift card we had just received to buy some wine and cigars. At checkout the attendant somehow messed up our check out charging the gift card $48.20 of stuff we had and told us there was only 1.80 on the card, the exact difference between what we had bought and the amount on the card, and flat out refused to look into it. So in short we lost a 50$ gift card and ended up having to spend the 50$ ourselves because the attendant couldnt be bothered to see if she messed up.

The staff here is always so helpful. Everytime I find myself looking for something and I cant find it ... someone always seems to notice and offer help. It is uncanny! I HAVE NEVER HAD TO ASK FOR HELP!!! THATS some serious service! Thats why I always shop here and always will!

The management of the store needs to tell their vendors with truck deliveries to park their enormous trucks in the ABC store front or back parking lot (where there is plenty of room )NOT on Trovillion Rd causing traffic issues driving in and out of the store and on the street. What about pedestrian safety ???? Kind of wonder why management does not seem to communicate with their vendors and tell them where they need to park their trucks. Puzzled if the store manager is even aware of the truck problem or he or she could care less if they are causing traffic disruption.

One of the finest liquor stores I ever been in I even found a liquor I have not been able to find for 2yrs. The atmosphere is so inviting the staff makes you feel like youve known them for ever. They have wine tasting. Different liquor tasting... just go and see for yourself. Have fun

This is my favorite liquor store in the Winter Park/Maitland area . It has everything you could possibly want in stock and Mike is the best. Very professional and helpful staff, and Mike helped me select a wonderful bottle of wine. I would recommend this place to everyone

What a wonderful place with top notch staff!! Hand sanitizer at entrance, everyone offering to help but maintaining appropriate distance, everyone wearing a mask, tap payment with credit card - I felt so safe shopping there! When I returned the shopping cart after having taken my purchase to the car a young lady immediately took it to sanitize it. Well done and sooo important for many of us! Thank You!

They have an excellent selection of Tequila!!! Every Friday night my wife and I spend about 10 to 15 minutes choosing a new Tequila to try or just go with our tried and true Milagro. They have everything else you may need as well.The prices are a bit high but thats ok because of the excellent selection and service.Turn down for what!!?

My go to spot for one of my favorite wines. The store is always bright, clean and stocked with a great variety of libations. The staff is usually very helpful, except my last visit. I was standing in front of the hard cider cooler trying to decide on something different, a female staff person (didnt get her name) asked a couple also perusing the cooler if they needed help. They told her no... Did she ask me if I needed help or was I looking for any specific? NO, she did not. Its people like that which could cause a business to lose customers. There are other wine and spirit stores that sale my favorite wine that I can patronize.This store is getting the side-eyes right about now. 😒

A part of the ABC retail chain in the US, this huge liquor store has a fantastic collection of Liquor, wine and beer from all over the world. They even have a decent collection of cigars.If you are into making cocktails, you will love their collection of cocktail liqueur and bar items.

We got there at 9:50pm. We had A conversation that lasted about 13 mins. We walked to the door and the man at the door said sorry we are closed. And I stated as we were walking away we killed that times talking in the car. He asked and they accepted us to come in and grab what we needed and go. Took us less than 5 mins and we were out. Very good selection for an ABC liquor store. Most ABC stores are large, but tend to have an oddly limited selection. Theyll usually have wide shelf space of a type of liquor, like vodka, but then have just a few brands taking up a ton of space. I think this one has a solid selection of everything, for the most part. It also has a beer section dedicated only to local craft beer, which is nice.

Good for liquor and wine but not great for beer. Looks like they are remodeling and maybe after that it will get better. Nobody can explain the remodel when you ask though especially since the store was just rebuilt a couple years ago.

Prices OK. Selection is better than smaller places

Not my favorite ABC but since they closed the one on Horatio I have to use this one. Parking lot is a pain and it can be hard to get in and out if traffic is bad which it usually is. Some of the staff that I have come in contact with are snooty. Miss the Horatio location 😪

Website says that you are open til 11 pm. Hubby & I drove there Friday night. We arrived at 10pm & the store was closed. At least 5 other cars pulled into the parking lot at the same time we did. You lost a lot of business!

This is the best ABC in town. The staff are so polite an always helpful. Store is clean spacious an everything is easy to find.

Never shop this location. Awful. They are very strict about the Mask ordinance, but they refuse to follow the exemptions in the ordinance. Talk about cherry picking. Just go to Winn-Dixie liquor instead

Walked in on a Friday morning and within literally 10 minutes of browsing, the manager walked up to me, interrupting my phone call and started harassing me, accusing me of loitering and threatening to kick me out. All this even after I showed my ID.I was humiliated in front of everyone in the store. He then gave me a 3 minute deadline to leave and began stalking/following me around the store, worst experience of my life. I was forced to buy something I didnt really want as all of his employees stared at me like I was a lunatic, effectively ruining my weekend. Ive never felt the need to contact a corporate office until today.(Note: the actual store is fine, it has a wide diverse selection and is very neat/clean)
