Went into showroom have water stains on my new unsealed granite said no problem getting it out they were 10 minutes late, used my product and the stains are still there. Then charged me a 180 dollars . Spoke with owner Ernie and he was rude no help at all and still said it was 180 dollars, I didnt expect nothing for free but if I have to pay someone by the hour I expect them to be working for the hour not 30 minutes then gone.

It isn’t often and should be recognized that a company’s entire focus is on delivering a quality product while caring for the customer’s requirements. Our interactions with Eric proved he is a pro with a vision for the final product. His concern for acquiring quality stone and being patient with us insured the result we received. Janette was always kind and friendly and so helpful with our frequent scheduling changes. The install crew was meticulous with not only the install but for care and concern of our homes surroundings. Raul was an artist with making some minor imperfections “go away” and made satisfaction go from 99 to 100%. Finally, I am sure that all this starts at the top with the experienced leadership of Ernie, the owner. You and all your staff should be proud of the organization you built!Thank you all for a great job!

Avoid at all cost, unless your looking to be taken for granite Ernie will sell you a dream. Expect high mark up on material if there involved. The difference between a honest machanic and the ones out to take advantage of who ever walks in the door. Youll get a good pitch but the quality is average depending on how greedy his schedule is booked. His employees are underpayed and overworked. Noone stays long at winter park granite. You might be asked to put your big boy pants on and help carry a slab. Come to find out theres a 1000 dollar delivery fee on huge islands. Even tho customer had to supply guys and help take it off truck. The man is a joke please bewareinside
