Worked with Owner to buy cabinets for my kitchen he drew it all up gave me the price I paid him when we got cabinets home we were missing sink and corner cabinet . Called them he informed me I didnt order them so I had to pay another 700.00 when he messed up.Why would I order cabinets and not buy the sink or the corner? They were on his drawing though . Bad customer service make sure you make him explain everything you are getting. I would recommend going to a different shop. Cabinets were same face color but different manufacture as well

Saul had flooring and baseboards installed and did some demo work. Job was completed and quality is excellent! Saul and crew were on time to the estimate appointment and during the demo/installation. I would have bought cabinets if my recent purchase didnt already have new ones. I will return as a repeat customer and refer business to Saul.

I read the reviews here on Google after purchasing, assembling and installing cabinets purchased from Saul. I was very surprised because our experience was excellent. We were in the middle of major renovations and decided to redo the pool bath and laundry room too. Since we hadnt planned this work ahead of time we were in a time crunch to find cabinets before our granite installation in just a few days. We were referred to Orlando Cabinet Market by another ready-to-assemble store who couldnt help us with our small, short-turnaround requirement. Saul had the same all wood ready to assemble style we wanted in the colors we needed at a very competitive price. He delivered them quickly. One was damaged and he replaced the damaged part quickly without issue. I assembled the cabinets myself and found them to be good quality for their price. We used significantly more expensive custom cabinets in our kitchen remodel but can honestly say that most people will find the quality of Sauls ready to assemble cabinets hard to beat. I have referred others to Saul since our dealings with him.

This is one of a kind Kitchen Cabinet Installation. On February 2016 an estimate to install a new kitchen was handed to me. The owner was busy at the time, I could have gone to another Cabinet Maker Company, but I sincerely like the way I was treated, owner was straight forward in providing all needed information, so much so on June 2017 new kitchen cabinets were installed. I waited 16 months, all worth it. My kitchen has the look I wanted. A few weeks back when the garbage disposal fail I called about it. Saul kindly came after hours to fix it. This is the kind of services he offers to his clients.

My kitchen disaster lasted 5 months. The cabinets are not in stock. They pretend that they are. There were always other people in there complaining every time i went in there. I called and said I was referred to them and that I wanted to get cabinets through them. We set up a time for someone to come measure. I Arrived at my house being built, 10 mins Before he was due to arrive, he called and said he was not going to make it due to being an hour away. Reluctantly I rescheduled for a few days later and told him I was taking off work to meet him there. Monday 1pm he wasn’t there as planned. I texted him at 1:05. At 1:15 he calls me to tell me he is over an hour and 15 mins away with NO traffic And that his last appt ran over. I understand that things happen, but to let me know he wouldn’t arrive for another hour and half, 15 minutes after he was already supposed to be there was not ok. I called to talk to the boss just to let him know about how employee acted. Left 2 messages with the receptionist and it’s been weeks with no call back from the boss. Horrible customer service!

I was at the landfill off loading and heard the county worker talking to an employee of Orlando Cabinet market. The Cabinet employee way overfilled the dumpster and was yelling at the county worker for telling him he overfilled it. The Orlando Cabinet Market guy was telling the county worker to “do your f-ing job, do your f-ing job!” I would stay away from a company that hires hostile employees. I took a photo of the dumpster, truck and plate. Hopefully the owner can do the right thing.Response:I was there and heard the whole situation . Under no circumstance should someone be yelling at someone to “ do your f-big job.” Apparently this is the norm at this business to talk to people this way.

The owner of Orlando Cabinet Market and employees are nice, and I like my cabinets. HOWEVER, the process of getting them installed and PROBLEMS ARISING AFTER PAYING for them has been a HASSLE. The job started in Dec and its now Feb. After they measured my kitchen and took notes of what I wanted based on other estimates that I received, they did not give me a visual design of what my new kitchen would look like using their cabinets that I chose. I asked my sales rep for them she told me that they didnt do that there. I didnt insist on a drawing and it turned out to be a problem because when I told them that the electrician needed to see a drawing of the cabinets, they finally sent it to me and there was a mistake. They didnt have the right cabinet for the cooktop and built in oven.I thought they would be completed in 1-2 days in a row. That wasnt the case as the installer came one day but didnt finish. He said he didnt have everything needed to finish the job. Came back over a week later.Basic issues with the installation of the cabinets:*screws used to bolt them together were too short or stripped; asked them to fix some of them on a later visit but we had to do many of them ourselves...didnt notice this until we cleaned out the top drawers and felt the L brackets rattle*built in oven cabinet was too high so a board had to be taken out...problem resolved..I just hope the cabinet is study enough on its own to hold the oven and then a cooktop on the counter above it...I dont know if there were any reinforcements added or needed*island cabinet is not squared off on one side meaning its not a true rectangle...one of the width sides is shorter than the other width side...didnt notice this until we measured to put on the counter top (not resolved and cant be at this point because new flooring is already in place and cabinet cant be moved)*upper cabinets are not all level...we are having to move two single unit cabinets down 3/8 inch to match the upper three corner cabinets height so the backsplash can be installed underneath evenly...(CANT be RESOLVED due to a timeline of tile installer...the owner isnt returning my husbands call or text any ways regarding shelf)*I wanted a shelf for a stand alone microwave..the installer asked me how deep and I said deep enough for a microwave but I didnt want it to stick out way beyond the cabinets. Im not sure if communication was understood as there was a little bit of a language barrier, but we tried to talk as warranted. The shelf is two inches more shallow than the upper cabinet and only about 11 deep. It is too short for any small microwave that is 700-900 watts. We asked them for a new board to be extended out a couple more inches but have yet to hear back from them. We need a shelf that is at least 13.5 deep. NOT RESOLVED*toe kicks were left unfixed and some were left going beyond the base of the cabinet...this should have been done right when installing but unfortunately, it wasnt and the flooring was installed and cut to go around the extended pieces. My husband wasnt happy about it and when they came out in Jan. he had the installer hide it with an extra base pieceSORT of RESOLVED*there were board pieces that were not painted too and I asked them to use touch-up paint to make the natural wood the color of the cabinets RESOLVED*I noticed one door that had been dented and scratched and then repainted that looked like a factory issue...it was replaced but again only after I took pictures, and sent multiple messages. I was told to take it to them across town to give it to them myself...a couple of weeks later they came out and put a new door on it after multiple attempts to get them out to do it*the island trim didnt fold over both sides to cover the seams...it only covered one side and the back side visible to all who walked thru looked bad..RESOLVEDCabinets are nice but should have been assembled with better precision. Dont make final payment until CHECKED thoroughly.

Worst experience you can imagine. My order was switched to a cheaper and different cabinet line after I purchased. Several of the parts were deliver differently than what I had ordered. When we finally had the kitchen installed there was damage on nearly every cabinet. Overall this is a junk store. I flip houses and have worked with several cabinet guys in Orlando. Im saying the others are the best but this place is just trash. Anywhere else would be better. The staff is aggressive I. A bad way and sneaky. They know they are giving you different product than they sold you. Lile snake and will tell you what ever you want to hear to get the sale but they jave no intenaion on following through. The driver told me flat out that they mess up everyones order. They know they are sending cheaper product but apparently get away with it most of the time. The color is almost the same bit cheaper finish and junk hardware.

I got shafted by saul last year. So I know better than going back there. Heres the best part. Im working on a new project and I stop at a place on hanging moss road. Called my kitchen design expo. The lady isnt being very helpful so I grab a brocure. Open it up and it says cabinet market with saul s logo. So I ask my friend my friend works on forsyth road and word is that he has ripped off so many people that has try to move to a new location on hanging moss and have this lady maria be the front man since everyone e knows him.UPDATEThank you saul for responding.
