When in the mood to change lighting I go to LBU . They offer a very broad selection of lighting for every taste and fans as well.

Been a customer for years. Todays visit, left me feeling like i am not very much valued as a customer. My need was for LED rope lighting. 50ft. I was told i had to buy an entire box (150ft)! $425!! Ummm - no. So i bought a high quality item 50ft, for $33. Stores can only compete well, with online only purchases... by making the customer feel welcomed & appreciated. Instead of a nuissance. We do not care - what you want. Here it is. Take it or leave it. Very cold customer service.

I have been looking online for new dining room lighting. We have a small space and I wanted something unique. My husband found LBU Lighting and took me there after our monthly trip to Trader Joes. We were immediately greeted. There are many different types of lighting available. And...I found the one!!! At first I wasnt sure if the size was right. We picked out another beautiful chandelier. I took the info home to sleep on it before final decision. But the first one was stuck in my head. I had the specs. Came home, measured AND the chandelier will be perfect!!! I ordered it and patiently waiitng. Thank you!! While there I noticed a lot of foot traffic and all staff members were quick and attentive with customer service.

These folks have a great inventory and they know their stuff. Friendly, courteous and very helpful. I had purchased a bathroom vanity light fixture and i couldnt find bulbs thst would fit. The staff member promptly identified it as an E14 (European) and had bulbs to fit it. But better yet, they had adapters to American candelabra size which allowed me to install LED bulbs. Prices are very reasonable. I will be a repeat customer.

Wonderful, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff with a great diverse selections of fancy lights and fans. Found our powder room light here after going to all the generic boring lights from the big box stores. Prices are competitive with any online stores too. We will definitely come back here for our next project.

Was in their store last Friday. Needed a fixture from Kudzu Lighting that was on back order until at least for 6 weeks, if not longer. Brad was super helpful. Immediately agreed to sell me the only available floor sample which helped me out a lot since I needed the chandelier for a new construction home. Michael removed the chandelier from the ceiling and was also super helpful and very nice. Great customer service! My experience could not have been better.

If you need an obscure lightbulb then this is the place. Also have many beautiful lighting fixtures. I actually prefer how it used to be when they had all the light bulbs out on shelves so you could look and compare with one that you brought in with you. I say that because the last time I went in there the first gentleman I spoke with looked at me like I had a hole in my head when I was trying to describe the light bulb that I needed, which I had previously purchased there a couple years back. He could have been a little bit more patient, instead of saying they never had one like that. Another younger girl stepped in and was more receptive to my description and ended up finding it.

Great showroom with modern lights and good prices. Staff are helpful and can point you in the right direction. There are thousands more lights avalible if you ask. What is in the showroom is just the tip of the iceberg!

Beautiful lighting products, versatile styling, large selection.

I visited the store for a simple light bulb replacement for a 30-year old lamp. After their many attempts to install the bulb, it was determined that there was a problem in the receptical which necessitated rebuilding the entire electrical system. A fabulous team of associates applied their specific area of expertise and ingenuity, and sent me home with my perfect lamp. They could not have been nicer or more competent. Their fixtures are gorgeous, and I look forward to revisiting this fine store.

Went to the store looking for a light bulb and had no idea how beautiful it was inside with all the lighting. This place has fantastic lighting options. They had beautiful chandeliers that I had not seen before. Most people dont know about this place and I highly recommend it. I definitely plan on going back for my next purchase on a chandelier or any lighting fixture!

I just purchased my first home and was looking to buy light fixtures for the entire house. I came in and was never greeted, no one ever offered assistance. I roamed the store I hopes that by the time I found the pieces that I loved someone would greet me. 45 minutes later I go to the desk for assistance, after about 15 mins of not being acknowledged I decided to take my business else where.

Walked in.... no greeting. Tried to get someone to help.....no luck. Walked around waiting for someone.... nothing.Maybe its because I wasnt dressed up - I looked as though I had been doing work around my house, not like I was ready to spend money...maybe thats why.They may have nice products, but not somewhere I want to spend my money.

This is a great place for odd light bulbs. They have quite a large selection. Beautiful light fixtures, too, but they can be really pricey.

Mike was a big help In choosing finishes for our new house. Very helpful, Informative, and very patient.

Wendy was very patient with us and worked hard to help us find the right lighting for our new home. She sent us lots of suggestions and answered lots of questions about the specifics of the fixtures we were interested in.The one complaint we have is that they were not prompt in letting us know the fixtures were in. Both times we picked up fixtures, we found out by calling the store. Three of the four fixtures we ordered came in and the fourth was back ordered. We only found out after calling them a week after they said the order would be in. Just called about the back ordered fixture and found out its in.
