Pass by the store to browse and get information on sofas and material since my kids have allergies this was really important. I have to say everyone at the store was very professional informative and very pleasant. I felt very comfortable and even thought I didn’t finalized any purchase I will be thinking about spending my money at this store. Orlando does not always have the best costumer service at other places. I really wish every store was like this one. Even though I don’t remember the names of everyone who offered help I spent some time speaking to Nicholas he was very helpful.

Awesome, i came in for a specific item and it was actually on the floor for sale, loved i could buy today, paul helped me find whatbi needed.

I love this place! We have already redecorated one room and are working on our second Pottery Barn room. If you head upstairs, Jeanne is great to work with!

This store is a joke we spend hours designing our furniture with them for the designer to only mess up the order and now we have to wait 5 additional months to receive something we already waited 4 months to receive. Don’t waist your time here pottery barn is not worth the money!

Purchased a sofa from pottery barn and had a wonderful experience with the customer service agent Nicole. She was extremely helpful and very pleasant. This is my first experience with pottery barn and will 100% be recommending and purchasing from them again, thank you!

Beautiful loft style store with upscale items and furnitures. So many decorative ideas can be gained from this place. Even their bathrooms are tastefully setup. Price can be steep though. $40 for flameless candle or $25+ for a kitchen towel. Service is alright. Staff mainly stays behind the counters and if you need help, you need to ask them first...

My mother and I went into this place yesterday. For one, we weren’t greeted just as a start. For two, not even a minute in we were being followed! My mother and I are black, and this is totally UNACCEPTABLE! I wish I would have gotten the woman’s name but it didn’t. To this store stop PROFILING PEOPLE! It’s unfortunate due to the fact we were looking to buy various items!!! We walked further down the street found another furniture store and they received our business! Shame on this store, I will file a complaint with corporate!

Nice store on park avenue

Other reviews state it already, but the customer service and customer experience is poor. One design associate we spoke with was helpful, although clearly a bit biased in her opinion on the styles compared to other brands. I can understand the bias, though, and she helped us pick out some pieces we will be happy with (assuming good quality with the brand). We were spending $7.5K furnishing a full room in a new home and wanted to make certain the pieces fit together. To be sure, we selected our items, but didn’t purchase right away, so we could go home and confirm our planned layout.We called back, and spoke to another designer who was clearly very bothered about taking such a small $7.5K order for her colleague. It was to the point where I asked her if our sizeable purchase was typical for her? She was very happy to tell us how this store does $6M per year and sales like this were very normal for her.We weren’t looking to be pampered. But, anytime you’re spending 5-figures furnishing a room, and there are no returns, I think it’s ok to finish the design before buying a piece you might like. Clearly, Pottery Barn in Winter Park felt differently, and my wife and I just didn’t have enough class to be there.Our order was so insignificant that they got my email incorrect, and I am getting zero updates on delivery. Why would that be important?We furnished the rest of our home at Ethan Allen, which was a bit more expensive, but better quality product, and they weren’t stuck up about it. I don’t plan on buying any more Pottery Barn pieces in the store. I’m not cool enough for that school. The website is fine and has more accurate information without the arrogance. Restoration Hardware, Ethan Allen, and Crate and Barrell all have as good or better product without looking down their noses.Update: Received one piece of our order. Still no word on the rest. The one piece requires installation, and upon inspection we found that this part can not be installed appropriately because they shipped a defective component. See the picture which shows the defect. Great job, PB! Be arrogant at your point of sale and then ship a defective product. Let’s see how this goes from here.

Pottery Barn is what I consider one of my eye candies!! It seems there was only one person working but I didnt need any assistance. Of course the store carried holiday related home decor, some clearance items and the regular casual chic home goods they are known for😊

They were very nice and helpful. We were looking to replace our couch and they tried to look up the model and fabric from the past. We hit a few issues but Katherine solved them with a smile.

Not a pottery barn kids

Me no having good experience with funitire stoer. Lady questioed if me, Takanari step father, going to buying something or is just hanging out. Make me feel very upsetti spaghetti. When me is doctor no come here

Sent my son and his brother today to look at a desk for my new house. When he arrived home he told me the old lady was rude and disrespectful to them. Apparently at one point she stated are you hanging out or actually buying anything. I expect more from an establishment in Winter Park. Sad to see an older adult give such terrible service. I was looking to buy furniture however, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Love all the decorations and style. I love getting my big fuzzy blankets here they are so soft!

Do not open a credit card here. They WILL SCAM YOU INTO IT, to “avoid interest”. I was ready to pay it off the balance as I did every month, and they said I was “a few days late”. Charged me over $400 in interest for a balance that was already paid off for a couch worth about $2,000. Quality is marginal at best as well.

What a hassle to make a payment if youre an outsider

This is well stocked but bit pricey store with kitchen wares. It is a great place to pick up a nice present.

My boyfriend and I walked in ready to spend good money to buy towels for our whole house. We were in the store for more than 10 minutes walking around, past employees, without any recognition, acknowledgement, or assistance. Next stop: Restoration Hardware.

Walked in 7 minutes before the store was supposed to close to pay for an item my husband had picked out (one of us had to stay outside with our puppy). But the lady working there not only closed the door in my face but refused to let me in. 7 minutes!! When I purchase something high end I also expect high end customer service but not at this PB location. Previously they had forgotten to point out that sale items cant be returned after me telling the cashier that I will buy several sizes and will return one of them. This is my second disappointing and unacceptable experience at the Winter Park location. We will shop at the Millenia location in the future. The store should rethink hiring better people. (The lady not letting me in to pay for an item was blonde, older and was wearing glasses and refused to give me her name I guess she knew why..)

Nice store with great stuff. Avoid Shirley though, she gives misleading information and will change pricing in promos so theyre not in your favor.Try to work with Cindy or another person

Newly remodeled store but the customer service is worse than ever. We spent over 20 minutes in the store, walked past 6 employees including managers and not one person said a word to anyone unless the customer approached them and asked a question.The store was not busy, the visual manager was busy sprucing up displays. All the other associates were standing behind the counters not helping customers. Extremely low energy store.The current product in the store is very generic. There are no colorful cabinets and they now have 8 beds on the floor.Very disappointed.

My daughter n law walked into the Pottery Barn ...several employees talking to each other ...maybe 2 other customers there also...no one spoke to us upon entering. ..we walked the bottom floor, went upstairs...back down looking again...as we are leaving I said to my daughter. ..I would like the name of the manager...as still NO SERVICE OR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT.

Great store. Bought a robe for my wife. It was surprisingly a great price too.

Staff are incredibly nice and eager to help out. A bit more pricey but I am willing to the pay the extra dollar. The shipping, packaging and quality is all there.
