Once you become a customer you become family friend! They are awesome. Will order anything and everything that you want if they do not have it in stock they will find a way to get it, not to mention break it down and give you wonderful deals :-)

I like the specials on cigarettes they have. Store could be cleaner. Employees could be nicer an maybe have a private conversation on the phone when customers come in. Pretty much only go there for the cigarette prices an thats the only reason they got 4 stars.

The owner is very unprofessional. We tried to return a Uhaul here because thats where Uhaul advised us to go, they set it all up, assigned it to him, we made it just before 5- the drop off time and we try to hand him the keys and he refused. All because he didnt want to go out and check it. He said his internet was down, but it clearly was working when he took payment from the people before me via credit card. We will never go to this store and we hope he closes his doors due to the way he treats customers. I would have gotten snacks and drinks there for a lifetime but he screwed up and was very rude about it. Shaking his head and very dismissive. All he had to do is accept it and once his internet started working, submit the information. Clearly he doesnt care about his business, customers or staying in business! We will never return and I hope you dont either. The Regional Manager at Uhaul has also been informed of your unprofessionalism and your poor attitude. Better pack up and head to another city because youre not welcome in Winter Springs. Adios ✌🏼
