These folks were professional from the start! The staff was incredibly supportive in helping me pick out my stone. Also, the installation folks were really precise and efficient and (almost important to me) were really really friendly. I give this company the highest ratings possible for their work!

My wife went with a friend to look at counter tops. We really didn’t know what we wanted. After going through a large inventory of selections, my wife chose soap stone. Nick came to our house to template the counters, within a week our counter tops were installed. The stone was cut in such a way, that the counter tops had a flow to them around the kitchen, does not look like the veins are all over the place. All of the ISS personnel were awesome, comfortable to work with and knew their products. With their knowledge, you felt very comfortable. A pleasure and great quality for a fair price. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a project that requires stone, marble or tile. Very happy!!!

We bought a GREAT QUALITY granite looks spectacular after install. Sal guided us well showing us so many and helping to store it till we were ready. His knowledge and friendly approach is excellent plus installment payment was easy. The installer is very experienced and flexible in meeting our needs.for barstools. Price was very fair compared to many others.We could not be happier with entire experience.

We had the perfect experience with International Stone. We had been to many stone yards and couldnt find a slab to suit. Salvatore quickly zeroed in on what we were looking for and showed us just a few slabs, one of which was perfect. He was professional and efficient! The guys that came out for the template and to do the install were really nice, very competent and wanted to make sure we were happy with the results. Phil helped me with my recent kitchen remodel and has exceeded all of my expectations. I’m somewhat picky and knew exactly what I wanted in my perfect piece of quartz. Really cool process to see the stone from from a slab, to a machined finished piece, and then installed into my first floor kitchenette. I have a 45 long stretch of counter and it looks phenomenal, they did a great job of helping me make choices that Id like, including the waterfall feature on the end of the countertop. I have used International Stone for my kitchen countertop 15+ Years ago. This time I go back to them for adding an island in the kitchen. The people there are really friendly, especially Salvatord helps me a lot. Also almost at the same time, I renovate a condo kitchen & bathroom countertops that I have budget limit & deadline to meet - Salvatord helps me to schedule the time for measurements & installations in about a week - they are really quick & thrilled. The measurement guy George is friendly & professional. The installer Rudy is great and knows what he is doing. Nick is the boss in the shop and is helpful too. I will recommend my friends to International Stone for Granite shopping.

These guys are great! And what an operation they are running its worth going there just to see it. They were reasonably priced and got my project done in time and just what I was expecting. I first used International Stone for new kitchen counters in my office building renovation, and they came out great. They worked with both my company and the building owner to help us pick out the color and type, did all the measurements, and were quick and clean to install. Beautiful work, everyone loves it. Since it worked out so well for our office, I decided to use them for my home kitchen and a living room bar area as well. They showed me all the different stones in person, and I even got to take samples home to see how it looked. I worked with a Manager named Nick, who helped me through the whole process, from types of stone, to edges, to installation schedules. He was personable, informative, and a pleasure to work with. The installers were professional and respectful of my home. They cut, polished the stone, and cleaned up everything all in one day. I couldnt believe how quick the whole process was. Even cut a hole for a grommet for me. It came out fantastic! I highly recommend them, and will continue to use them for future projects.

I have been so impressed throughout this whole process! Our home was destroyed by Columbia Gas, so we had gone into this renovation without planning on having a renovation. My wife and I along with our daughter went to International Stone. We found Salvatore very helpful and professional. We went into the showroom and were pleased with the selections. We started the process two weeks ago, today the countertop was installed and we are more than satisfied. Everyone did an excellent job. This includes Salvatore, the granite cutter/polisher, the template person and finally the installers. I used International Stone for my kitchen counters and island about a year ago. I was very pleased with the entire project from picking out the granite and installation. Nick was extremely helpful. The installers were friendly, courteous and most of all neat and professional. I had small issue and called Nick and he sent his installers to fix the issue and no questions asked. I would highly recommend and use them again.

I searched everywhere for a piece of marble for my island. They had by far the best selection. Salvatore was great from start to finish. They arrived on time and installed the counter quite quickly. They even cleaned my floor on their way out. I thought there was a problem with the top (there wasnt) and the customer service was great! My island looks amazing! So glad I went with real marble and with these guys.

I went in International Stone in search of countertops, not sure what I wanted. They were very helpful in helping me choose my top. Being self employed, the staff worked with me in scheduling the template and the install, as I have a busy schedule. I run a remodeling/design-build company and Ive used International Stone for awhile now. They always take good care of me and my clients, including fitting me in last minute sometimes. Ive done countless kitchens and bathrooms and Nick and team have always been more than helpful and efficient during the process. Ive tried other granite and marble fabricators/installers in the past and no one else has done better work for me.

Nick, Phil and the crew did a fantastic job on my Kitchen. They took their time going through the entire process with me. I also know from them working with mutual clients of ours that they are a top notch organization.

I couldn’t be any happier with the quartz island top we purchased from Nick at International stone. They worked with me and showed me all the options that they had to fit our area - it was an unusual purchase as we needed a remnant and weren’t buying a whole slab.Even though we weren’t the largest sale of the day, he worked with us like it didn’t matter. He was very available through email for me which made things super easy. The price was better than the competitors and the service was hands down the best of all the businesses I contacted.We were able to get a silestone quartz top with ogee edging and it looks super high class.We plan on doing the rest of the kitchen to match in the future, I will be calling Nick and wouldn’t even bother to inquire elsewhere.The installers were polite and got the top in place in a jiffy. They left the house/driveway clean and got to the house on time. The whole process from picking the stone to having it installed took less than a week (but remember this was a small job, so if you’re having a whole kitchen it may be longer).

My experience with international stone has been absolutely horrible. I ordered a marble counter top through Home Depot, and turns out this is the company they outsource the order to. Our counter top cost approximately $1800 for a space that measures about 5 feet (with a large farmers sink cut out in the middle!), so keep in mind the investment we were making in getting a nice piece of stone. I was told by Home Depot that international stone would contact me directly to schedule the template measuring, as well as install. When I spoke with the company, they said they simply need about a weeks notice to schedule the template crew. When my contractor was ready for this to happen, I called, and was then told it could be up to two weeks for the template to be scheduled, and another week to two weeks for install. This would single handedly push my entire kitchen renovation back by three weeks. Finally, I heard back with a scheduled time. I was told their crew would arrive between 2-4pm. They didnt show until 7:30 pm that evening. Then, when they finally came to install, they not only installed the wrong size (there is an overhang where now my oven cannot be installed), they filled the seam around the faucet with an awful color sealant, which looks like a child did the work (see photos attached). I called to ask to have the issue fixed. I was told I would get a call right back. A few days went by, nothing. I called, and was told it would be at least a week until they would let me know when a crew would come out. Apparently, their policy is that they dont send crews anywhere until they have multiple orders in the area. Keep in mind: my home is located 20 minutes from their facility. They are now about to hold up my kitchen project by another two weeks, making them responsible for approximately ONE MONTH of over time on my contractor, one more more we are not moved back into our home with a finished kitchen. The cherry on top is that anyone you speak to at the company is rude, with zero compassion, and zero customer service. When I mentioned I was expecting twins in under a month, and that I need to move back into my house, there was absolutely no response or effort to make things right. I am unbelievably upset by my entire experience with International Stone - I would not recommend anyone use this company, or even place an order for any kitchen related items through home depot. It has been a complete mess from start to finish.

I have used International Stone for the last 12 years. This will be my 4th project. I used them for granite for my kitchen, for my condo renovation, for my custom fireplace, and now for Electrology and Esthetics office.I always use International Stone, because I get great service, great prices (when you deal directly from the manufacturer, not a second supplier such as Home Depot).You pick out the slab of Granite or Quartz that you want. You bring samples of your cabinet wood, and match it to whatever you like. They also make suggestions if you don’t have the experience of an Interior Designer.Nick is great, professional, and very patient.The installers are caring, professional, and they clean up after the installation!Why would you go anywhere else?

I will never use them again. They used a silicone on 2 bath tops that turned yellow once it was dry. Said they would fix........came after couple calls after hours when I was not home......and only fixed 1 top....but still looks yellow to me. One installer blamed another. Installation took 4 weeks longer than what I was initially told. Very disappointed. I spent $1500 and got crappy service and work.......

If I could give this business zero stars I would. Horrible workmanship, even worse customer service. They had to install our countertop twice because they couldn’t get it right the first time. The guy that came out to measure measured incorrect.. and after that, tried to fill the one inch gap with caulking as if we wouldn’t notice. After an argument to redo it, it was finally completed.. and here we are only a few months later and this island is cracking and seperating. It’s currently almost a month of phone calls and emails, and we haven’t gotten anything other than “the supervisor just stepped out”. Absolutely ridiculous

Waited weeks for them to come out and make a template for granite countertops, was told it would be done in two days.No call, no show for installation after waiting over a month!!Cant get anyone on the phone, took the day out of work for a no show.Horrible customer service, hopefully someone will get back to me soon

I was outsourced to Intl Stone from my purchase at Home Depot in Plaistow, NH. The template and installation work went well. The installers were GREAT! courteous and did a fantastic job on the seam!However, a few weeks after we installed we noticed that the cabinets on our peninsula (u shape kitchen) did not have proper overhang. It was consistent - not angled. They communicated ny email that they wanted to send someone out..I was traveling and didnt reply right away and they sent him anyway. After many weeks of back and forth and calls to Home Depot, a second person visited. We concluded that the template was wrong. OK things happen...They finally sent a guy out with many years of experience. They cut the seam very carefully -- even scoring it to break where they wanted. They test fit the heavy granite 4x before re-installing it. Again -- great install work!Overall they have very nice product and great installers. But their logistics and customer support needs some work. End of the day - I am happy with how my kitchen has turned out.

I am Contractor working with Customer in Brookline and they have rescheduling installation every day delays our project and tough to pick up a phone call.Very Unprofessional.

Best granite counter top service

Called and made an appointment, which was never put through. They called back a couple of days later to schedule an appointment. So set it up for the next day at which I had taken the day off. They never called the day before to set up an appointment. Then to top it off they tried to charge me to remove of counter tops that I had removed and for a window ledge that never existed. I would really look at other options, I would hate for someone to go though what we went through. This company is very dishonest and I would not recommend them to my enemy. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!
