The best place to shop for countertops. They have a huge collection, there is nothing better than shopping form a family business.The owner Ben such a gentle and genuine man, all what it needs just one visit to the shop to find out and definitely you are going to end-up buying from there.

I was recommended to this business by my father who had his kitchen counters and wine bar done by them a couple of years ago. When I bought my first house recently I knew I wanted the countertops done because we had ugly beige laminate countertops that didnt go with our newly painted white cabinets and cooler tones. I worked with Ben and it was a great experience from start to finish. Visiting the warehouse was fun because they have so many amazing choices. It was hard for me to pick but after a good while looking I took home about five samples and liked something about every one of them. In the end I went with the Venoso quartz. Venoso is a light gray with a darker gray vein that is reminiscent of a Carrara marble. Pablo came and measured for a template a couple of weeks ago and captured everything I wanted. The install was just finished today. It took a few hours to complete. I am beyond pleased with how my counters came out! They did a beautiful job and were very professional. I cant wait to enjoy my kitchen counters for many years to come! I highly recommend them!

There are not enough good things I can say about this company. My wife and I were looking to enhance our kitchen space on a feasible budget and decided upgrading the existing utilitarian quartz countertops with new designer quartz, waterfall island, and matching backsplash design was the best way to go. I had received a few quotes from other local contractors; I actually reached out to Pablo Marble and Granite last, however, following my initial conversation with Ben, it became immediately clear that we would prefer and trust to do business with them.I am an architectural Consultant and work with contractors on a nearly daily basis, and I have never been so thoroughly impressed with the responsiveness, care, and communication I received from Ben and this team. I took a quick trip to their Woburn site to look at the material; Ben gave me a great tour of the facility and their stock, and that same afternoon, Pablo was at our home in Boston surveying the countertops. I would say one of the most uniquely nice factors of working with them, was the consistent and prompt communication and updates from Ben. He would send me multiple progress pictures of the cuts throughout the following days to keep me posted on their work. It was a great way of keeping me excited and involved in the project, as well as demonstrating complete transparency. Additionally, when I would text Ben for any update or question, he would respond within minutes.One of the other reasons we chose to work with Pablo Marble and Granite was that they were the only contractor we spoke to who would include and help us remove the existing porcelain tile backsplash we had in the kitchen. We knew this would need to be removed before replacing, and no other outfit would handle that work as part of the scope. Ben had a gentleman at our home within 48 hours to remove the backsplash. Furthermore, Ben was very helpful providing us insight and consultation regarding additional services, such as plumbing and fair pricing for such.Lastly, Pablo and his teams were always extremely courteous and professional while executing the actual installations. They took great care with our home and did an exceptional job. Something that also struck me, was that they were consistently very punctual! I would receive updates with expected time of arrivals from Ben, and they never disappointed.As I mentioned, I would simply express that this was by and large one of the most fun and highly satisfying experiences weve ever had with any contractor. Amazing service from start to finish - at a very reasonable cost. We have a small old kitchen which needed new countertops. We bought a remnant and were not upsold on a whole new piece. The shop is big, open and clean and we chose a remnant in about 20 min.The teams who measured and installed were professional, tidy and fast. There was a chip on our remnant and they cut a backsplash for free which we hadnt originally budgeted for. Given our old cabinets they made it fit perfectly.They removed old quartz too with a minimum of fuss. Great communication throughout the process. We will recommend to anyone.Quality, service family business. Superb.

Great guys to work with. Got quotes from several different companies on granite countertops but it took a long time and felt like everyone was trying to sell me on something. Saw a Pablo marble van one day, looked them up and the process was extremely easy, Ben was easy to contact, very friendly and gave me a very fair price, kept me updated always. We bought a fixer upper with a kitchen in dire need of an update and I found Pablo Marble by searching online to bid out the job to replace the countertop. The owner Ben was super responsive, professional, and helpful in making sure I found the right stone to fit my needs and budget. I chose them because they offered the best price and shortest turnaround time, only 2-3 days from template to install. They were flexible in coordinating the job since we were working with a carpenter to fix some of the cabinets as well. From the time his team came out to create the template to install was only 24 hours. Pablo and Ben make a great team. Ben came over to our house to show us samples, invited us to the shop to see the slabs so we get a better idea and scheduled us in. As the dates got closer he confirmed the templating and install in a timely manner. We were running into a scheduling conflict with a plumber, so he pulled in our install date by a day so that we could resolve the conflict with the plumber. He invited us back to the shop prior to cutting the slab so that we could confirm the vein match (waterfall). All-in-all a great experience pre-install.On the day of the install Pablo arrived on time, and I was very impressed by his skill and professionalism. He and the other guy who came with him worked like clockwork, and within three hours were able to install our countertop - which included a large kitchen periphery, a 9x4 island with a waterfall edge and a bar area and sink. It was amazing to see these two guys move giant slabs of quartz from their truck through the house and on the cabinets.

Ben and his team were a pleasure to work with! Ben was great at helping us review our options at the warehouse. We settled on a quartz for our kitchen and dolomite for a laundry room countertop. The team was then extremely efficient in creating a template, cutting the pieces, and installing them. One piece had particularly unique outline but it turned out perfectly. They were even willing to reschedule and move the installation date forward at the last minute to accommodate our schedule. Thank you to Ben and everyone for our amazing new countertops.

We got a very reasonable estimate for quartz countertops from Ben. The templating was performed by Pablo and Ben helped us configure the slabs so that we were able to use one full slab and a remnant to save money. Ben shows you around the shop and all the slabs he has in stock, as well as some background on the suppliers. Ben is very responsive by text and will answer questions and let you know when their team is coming. Pablo returned two weeks later to install the countertops, which took about two and a half hours and they cleaned everything up and wiped down the surfaces. The craftsmanship is excellent and I highly recommend. I think the longer time between templating and installation was due to the busy summer and especially COVID, but well worth the wait. Also remember to ask Ben to make a cutting board out of a remnant piece for a unique keepsake.

Within days it was ready for install. Other vendors I dealt with were quoting weeks before the finished product would be installed.I am extremely happy with the entire process. I scheduled a virtual consultation on Pablo Marble & Granite’s website last week, shortly after, I received a text from Ben. I was surprised that his form of communication was via text but it was fine. In my opinion, that is not an ideal way to discuss business - messages can get lost, words get miscommunicated. u2028u2028I reached out to PMG and another company and since Ben was texting me, it was a quick process to get any questions answered.u2028u2028 All was great and Ben seemed really nice via text. I suggested that he and my husband chat on the phone instead of texting which went great as well.Because a lot of the suppliers are closed during this time, it was difficult to see any of the slabs in person so I just went by the photos Ben provided for the time being. Ben said he was still able to get the slabs with no obligation to buy as that was the type of customer service he provided which I appreciated and thanked him.We were both excited to get this project started and the only thing I needed was to find a contractor to level my island. Ben said he had someone which I never agreed to using and found someone else through a referral and told Ben he wouldn’t be able to start until a week later. I informed him that I wanted to hold off on putting a deposit until my contractor started the job because I wanted to make sure he would start when he said and there would be no delays on his end affecting the plans.THEN things started to go wrong from here - Ben did not seem to like the idea that I wanted to hold off a week on providing a deposit. Suddenly, He said: “Suppliers are not delivering. I have to go pick up and rent a trailer. I’m picking up other slabs. I didn’t want to make another trip to pick up your slab, it’s not cost effective for me so I’ll pass on your project. Good luck. I have to make a judgment call. I’ve spent a lot of time and effort and I don’t believe you guys are serious about this project because what is a week longer if you made a deposit” . I was shocked by his response and tried to call immediately after to discuss but no luck getting a hold of him. From the previous responses, he would tell me that he could get any slab with no obligation to purchase and if that was his process, he could have filled me in on it instead of getting snippy. And exactly, what is a week longer on paying the deposit is something he should have asked himself before he responded the way he did. I wrote back to Ben and got no response from him. Then the next day, I received a text “I bought two slabs and it will be in my shop tomorrow. No obligation”. — with no apologies.This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I was so excited to work with Pablo Marble & Granite as they have a great website and great reviews.

We renovated our kitchen in two phases; a year ago we installed the countertops and just this evening we finished installing the 18” backsplash. Like Ben, he was a pleasure to work with. The project was completed on time and on budget.It turned out that we needed another counter top for a second bathroom. This time we were in a real time crunch. I called Ben late on a Thursday afternoon and like the first project, Ben took the time to offer expert and friendly advice. He made scheduling changes late Thursday afternoon and Fernando arrived on time the following morning to take the measurements. The stone will be fabricated on a Saturday and installed on the following Tuesday or Wednesday. That is responsive customer service! I am not promising that you can expect that speed all the time, but it is just indicative of their focus on customer service.If you have a countertop project, I highly recommend you work with Pablo Marble and Granite – you will be happy you did!

These guys were amazing! I bought a new 2 family and ended up getting tenants faster than I had expected which really really accelerated my timeline to get things done before they moved in. Pablo Marble & Granite got the job done in 2 days. Thats everything from initial meeting, ordering slabs, templating, cutting, polishing, and installing. That kind of turn around is insane. Considering they did it for me for both kitchens in my 2 family in that time is wildly impressive! I cant recommend them highly enough and will absolutely be using them again in another property.

Just got our countertop installed today after months of delay. Ben was so great to work with. He was throughout, and paid attention to details. Very professional. Perfectionist on measurements. I had them do my backsplash as well as countertop and had a window over the sink and they cut perfect around the whole window with courtz. Outstanding service. Nothing but good things to say. Definitely worth the price.

Start to finish a class act !! What a professional outfit From the salesman to the installers I was impressed with every aspect of thinks company . Ben was early and on time for the quote and went above and beyond to please me and my wife with what we envisioned for our kitchen remodel . He had many many samples on hand . He was well prepared with extensive knowledge of the industry and materials. Took his time at my home and made an great first impression and his presentation was incredible. We were able to get a better product and the dream counter topscountertops we went with calacatta-vicenza. For our kitchen counters island and 4 inch backsplash. We opted for a custom large rectangular sink. We couldn’t be happier with our selection . He went out of his way to accommodate us and make our budget work for us. We never thought we could afford quartz and didn’t want to settle for a granite that we didn’t love in the end we made it work and wouldn’t have been able to do it with our Ben and his team . The installers measured and prepared the templates for the fabricator of the slabs and completed work and delivered product on time and installation went amazing . Came out perfect and we love our kitchen . The crew were clean and did an excellent job !!!
