DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!! I called and got a quote on tires for my husbands vehicle. The man there put me on hold and went to confirm that he had the tires in stock. He did and scheduled an appointment for the vehicle to be brought in. My husband showed up for the appointment. Not only had the tire guy not bothered to show up for work, they no longer had the tires in stock. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!
This place is also a Hertz rental car spot my daughter uses.The store is on RTE 1, too far away for my use.
I brought my car here for an oil change and alignment. Both services were done pretty quick for a good price. Definitely coming back in the future :)
I took my car in on a Saturday for four services; by close of business on Sunday, they did not complete any except an oil change. I was told it would all be done the first day. Since I could not get ahold of them on the phone, I had to drive over three times to talk to a person about when they would finish fixing my car. I told them all three times I went over that I wanted my alignment done. When I got there to pay for my car, not only was I told it was done, but the paperwork said I declined an alignment. The team didnt even have the courtesy to include that in the list of services they could not complete. In essence, I got a very expensive oil change which took 30 hours and now have to go to another location to get my car aligned and my brakes done. Oh, beware of hidden fees. I asked them for prices, was given prices, but it included fees that almost doubled the actual cost. John seemed very nice and personable, but the business model is poor. I will never go here again.
My first and last Pep Boys nightmare. I went to Pep Boys @ Wigglesworth Way, Woodbridge for 4 wheel alignment and oil change on 5/21/21. I was charged for both. The next day out of curiosity, I opened the hood of Ford Ranger and readily saw that the old oil filter was still there and was not replaced. I went back to the store and obtained a refund after they checked and agreed the oil/filter was not changed and blamed it on accident. How do I know that they performed the alignment? Just poor quality control. The desk folks should check or at least ask the mechanics if they have indeed performed requested services. Theres simply no excuse for charging someone for services not rendered. Needless to say, my first visit to Pep Boys turned out to be my last. Folks, make sure you check and make sure youre not paying for something that wasnt done.
Will definitely be back here for any tire issues I have. Had a flat and was fixed the same day! Shout out to Cornell for fixing the tire!
Came here because i needed an emergency ignition coil and spark plug replacement as i was going out of town later that day. i spoke with a man on the phone after my initial diagnostic at the dealership, who said they performed that service there (and seemed surprised that a woman would know what that means) but when i took my car in, they did not do the ignition coils or spark plugs that i had asked them for - which turned out to be the problem so i ended up having to pay money for them to not fix the issue that i had initially brought it in for all because they didn’t believe that i would know what’s going on with my car. i’d give zero stars if i could.
Super nice, the staff is excellent, the manager is great and professional. Theres clear communication about your vehicle and the cost before and after service.
I went in for a diagnostic test for my ac(i work on cars myself i know what i needed)and the service from the older caucasian guy in the service department was horrible. when i walked in and he literally ignored me, he waited for the phone to right 4 times before answering. then he continued to ignore me. when i asked for help, he said give me one moment and i had to ask another employee for help. i am young boy of color which really irritates me about this situation. i hope the guy sees this
I moved to Virginia from the West Coast two years ago. I have been taking my car to Pep Boys in Woodbridge. They are great. Kevin the manager has always been a great help. They have been very good with my car. The prices are reasonable. I definitely recommend coming here.

I got there to get a flat tire fix. They seem very lay back which made me doubt their quality. Also they skipped me and serve a guy that had come after me for the same service. I was there waiting for like an hour and then I had to asked for my keys and left to a different shop ( Tire Zone of Dale City) and they fixed the flat tired in less than 15 minutes with no waiting time.If you have unlimited time come here, but I would recommend to go to a different shop where they would treat you more like a customer.I am never coming back here
Installed 4 new tires, picked my car up and a tire had low pressure (the light was on). Went back into the building for assistance and we were shrugged off. The next morning, we had a flat tire. Called the store-no help on getting the vehicle in there. Put air in the tire and we were involved in a fender bender. This would have never happened if it was done correctly the first time. This should have been looked at and fit dad before we left.

Great experience today, will definitely be coming back. I came in a few days ago and bought tires out the door. Then came back and wanted to return them. I instead exchanged them, and got them mounted and installed, along with a balance and alignment. The service was performed in the time frame that was expected, and my car looks and feels great. The car drives straight for about a quarter mile with no hands on the wheel and there is no longer a vibration in the steering wheel at highway speeds. Most importantly though, the customer service is top-notch, as soon as I walked in I was welcomed and treated like a valued customer. I especially want to thank employees Allston, Kevin, and John, for making the experience so smooth and explaining the process and effectively answering my questions. Fantastic place with great service, if your car needs something done, this is your shop.

I came into the store to get tires installed, and waited 25 minutes to be seen. I went through another 20 minutes of dialogue with the attendant before they told me I ordered the wrong tire size when they called me TWICE before I arrived and the website recommend THE EXACT TIRES. The garage management should be reviewed immediately because it is being severely mismanaged.Not coming back.
Why do I have to chase cashiers to pay?. Theres never anyone at the cashier computer, 3 times already, first time I had to go back and forth to have someone charge me at the back building counter, second time I just put my items down and walked away, and just now again, someone was at the front cashier computer helping a guy just to find out he was a tires guy checking tire prices for a costumer, he asked me to go to the back counter if I needed to pay. Seriously, so incovenient. Is not like they are in the isles helping customers or restocking. I dont know whats going on, but this is how you lose business and go under.

I made a appointment a day prior for 12pm on Saturday. I arrived at 11:50am and now it’s 1pm and my car still isn’t in the shop. I think there is no point of making a appointments if there not gonna follow through with it. First come first serve kind of place.
I needed an emergency repair while traveling. I’ve been a Pep Boys customer for 25 years so I went there. Another reason I went to Pep Boys is because they have an extensive parts inventory in stock AND a capable Service Department in the same location. That saved me time and money. The Pep Boys team worked together to get me back on the road quickly! Hector in parts found the parts and tools for the job; Kevin the Store Manager was able to squeeze me in at the end of the day while I waited; Devante prepared my service order. Pedro the Mechanic stayed after his shift to complete the repair. Pedro also inspected the vehicle to note other necessary repairs. Diego the Service Advisor explained the work that was done and provided an estimate for the recommended additional repairs. Parts and Labor costs were very reasonable! The whole team was courteous and professional. I was back on the road in a couple hours.
Tried to have tires ordered through Amazon installed here. Tires were delivered according to UPS but Pep Boys lost three out of the four tires. This store claims its an Amazon issue even though Pep Boys corporate confirms it is this store.So if you want your car serviced by idiots that cant find a tire, this is the place for you.
I stopped in today traveling from Massachusetts to North Carolina due to a deflating tire… although they were Extremely busy Kevin was generous enough to see what he could do by stepping out to see the what my issue was-- He could have easily had me drive down the street to obtain the services that I needed elsewhere but was loyal, concerned and devoted to his customer. WOW was this true Southern hospitality! Kevin represented himself and the company professionally, respectfully, and with great knowledge! He shared minor things that needed in my car and showed me where it was needed Of which I appreciate it this service was exceptional! I left there today feeling safe and back on the road again... Because of the service he has given me today I will definitely grow my services back home with Pep Boys!
Ive never had a problem with their service, only thing is when they are really busy definitly make an appointment and make it clear what is what you need cause they have definitely forgotten to do things I requested from them.
Very poor customer service. Calls customer but does not leave message when car is in their possession. Snatches paperwork while customer is reading and says “I’m going to give you your own copy”. No explanation of what services were performed with oil change. Staff definitely need training in customer service. Will not go back.
Loved the service I received today from the this wonderful store. After getting the run around from two other auto parts stores on route 1. I called pep boys and asked if they had my parts in stock. Not only did they have them, they pulled them, set them aside and had them ready for me by the time I got to the store. This made my work day that much easier. I will continue to use them from now on with this type of heads up service. Thanks you
I came on a very busy day. It was a holiday. I honestly didnt think they would be able to do 2 oil changes on my cars. They were extremely busy but they said they could take me! so I left my husbands car. They changed the oil and did a tire rotation pretty quickly! they called and I came and switched cars leaving my car. They were so busy I was expecting it to take hours and hours. I was shocked when they called in about a hour and said my car was ready! they were able to rotate tires to!. The guys there were so nice and friendly! Michael took care of me at the desk . Justin and Kevin took care of my cars. I usually hate going to car places. I always feel like they think this girl doesnt know anything about cars. They usually try to sell me things I dont need. Not here. I was treated great and no sales pressure or telling me I needed a bunch of work done that I didnt need. Honest mechanics!! they do exist!! I will be back for sure!! My car was kept clean to! I loved that!! quick service, clean car and friendly service!! other places should take notes!!
My air-conditioning knob had been pushed inside the dash and someone helped me ASAP—easy fix in less than 5 minutes. Thanks for being so nice and helpful. I was even shown how to fix it if it happens again. :)

I like this Pep Boys because it reminds me of auto parts stores of the past. They have the hard to find parts in their inventory. Not only parts but tools too. Drill bits and taps for automotive restoration. I have purchased from the web site and picked up in the store. In addition, the prices are competitive or under other auto parts stores. They carry name brands and part for rare cars like Porsche.
Honest, quality work from their technicians. Today I came in for an oil change that then came to include a needed transmission flush. I had an appointment and waited WAY longer than expected. However, in all fairness...it is a Saturday. They even went above and beyond to repair a problem with my light at no cost! Alston makes sure my vehicle is good to go from bumper to bumper which keeps me coming back! (And Diego is also learning fast and doing a great job!)
I had two tires installed on the back of my car. I arrived early Sunday morning and Alston was behind the counter multitasking better than any admin assistant I know! They didn’t have my tires in stock but he ordered them and installed the them next day. I was pleased with his service and ladies he was easy on the eyes🙂
Only good worker there is a guy named Allston. The rest of the staff has horrible service, they can’t even give you an estimate on how long it’ll take for an oil change. Came in for an oil change, person up front said ‘it’ll be a while’. When i asked how long he said he didn’t know. Ended up waiting 3 hours, my car still in the lot, so i left.

Had an appointment and waited 3 hours for them to even start on my car. Maybe management needs to hire more technicians or maybe the appointment system needs a rehaul but I spent my entire day there. its also fairly pricey, even after coupons. They said theyd check out a noise for me if they could, then they told me it was the brakes. Brakes replaced, noise still occurs.

I walked in for service for an oil change and an alignment. The gentleman at the counter, Allen Hilbert, was very courteous and forward. We discussed the service and I waited for the service. I knew the service would take time due to appointments and services being performed and Mr. Hilbert kept me informed throughout the service. I cannot begin to state how much I appreciated his honesty and integrity throughout this visit and will be sure to recommend and return for future services.
Absolutely the best service! I was stressed out when my car wouldnt start and I absolutely couldnt miss work the next day. Louis was a Godsend, getting us in at almost closing time and ensuring my car got fixed. Definitely earned our business! Thank you to the whole team!!!
Horrible customer service. I called Pep Boys and was told that I didnt need an appointment the mechanic had one car and could work on my car. I needed a tire looked at; possible slow leak and was going to have tires rotated and balanced and oil change done. I told him I would be there in 20 minutes. I went to the counter and the assistant manager was there and he told me that he was sorry but didnt have time to work on my car. The mechanic came up and said that he talked to me on the phone and he would check my tire. The assistant manager said no, I could drop off my car but he didnt know if it could be done.I was at the counter and he said he had several things to do and he would get my information later. I told him I was there a week ago to have my nephews car done and he said he could drop me off at my house if I needed a ride. I left upset..one of the worst customer service experiences I ever had.
After giving $100 for an oil change the sales manager tried to reconcile by promising to give me a good deal on the remainder of the work if I ordered the parts for them.Decided to call in advance to get an estimate because after the first time I did not trust them. They said they would do it for the CRIMINAL price of $500!Never going back for service at Pep Boys.
I Went in for an oil change and new brake pads and it was a really easy and helpful process, The service advisor Diego was very friendly and clear with his explanation of everything that they were going to Be doing to my car. Great customer service.
Got there at about 3:45 left at 5. They did 3 things: 1 changed the transmission fluid, 2 power steering fluid and 3 the coolant. Total of about $360. This was all $160 or so cheaper than the Honda dealership. Highly recommend.
They lost my service for good. Got a synthetic oil change in September. Paid over $100. Oil light come on in October. Had to add oil. When I call, the guy gives me a million and one excuses. I dont have an oil leak or anything. Checked the oil and the oil didnt even look like new oil. It was too dark. I just told the guy that I would never come there and again and Im calling the corporate office. Will never go there again. Not even for tires.

Took our car in yesterday at 740pm. They diagnosed the problem, changed the battery, changed my oil and had us on our way. They didnt have to go out of their way to fix our car 20 minutes before closing but they did. The best support Ive ever experienced. Because of the support, I will always take my car there, and will recommend to others. Thanks Louis.
Worst service ever.
So I go in about a couple of weeks ago to get my tires balanced. They tell me I have a nail in one. I say ok fix it. Next morning Im back at the place cause my tire light comes on. They said the tire lost some air but not sure why. I guess they put the air back in. 2 weeks later the same tire has the same issue. Guess what the problem was, the PLUG that the dude used to patch it up! Bingo tires told me that, along with another person. I use to love pep boys but ill have to find another location.

My car broke down about a 1/4 mile from this Pep Boys location. I must say that was a great blessing. I called and Charlie was very helpful. Even though it was the end of his work day, he took the time to get the paperwork in order, so it would be all ready for when I arrived with the tow truck. Charlie went more than the extra mile to help me.I hope Pep Boys realizes how blessed they are to have him on their team. I watched him handle all the customers with top service and he really works hard for smooth operations, despite them being understaffed. He is a take charge kind of guy and makes customer service a top priority! Kudos to you Charlie and the team there at Pep Boys on Wigglesworth Road. I hope management gives Charlie a big bonus and raise, he truly deserves it!
Got my tires there last year and a replacement tire there today. People were helpful and I used the online scheduling feature. From what I saw, every customer there seemed pleased.
I just went in to get a second opinion and their staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I insisted on changing a lightbulb on my own and although I was in the process of doing it myself they let me know how to do it. Overall the staff was great, honest and friendly.
Ive always heard good things about Pep Boys and wanted to give them a shot. I usually always go to Jiffy Lube. Honestly, they ruined my first experience and I probably wont go back there again...well the Woodbridge location at least. I set up an appointment for an oil change for 5 PM and I arrived early. They asked me if I was going to leave my car and I said Id wait since they supposedly have this 30 minute guarantee..so I stuck around and shopped in the store for car supplies. The first thing that ticked me off was the customer service in store. No greeting, no help, and the guy that checked me out, didnt even bother to bag my items which was windshield fluid and air fresheners (???). I then check to see if my car had been attended and it was STILL sitting in the parking lot. 45 minutes had passed and they finally took it into the garage. I literally came in at 4:50 PM and didnt end up leaving until 7 PM. The only good thing was that I had my sisters company or else I wouldve gone off. I dont understand why they have appointment times if it does NOTHING for the customer. I wouldnt recommend this Pep Boys at all unless you have a lot of free time on your hands.. (PS. 2 stars just because I wanted to be nice).

If you like wasting time, feeling frustrated and experiencing poor service come here. After calling the location to check on the availability of a part, with positive confirmation that the part was indeed there, I drove to pick it up. There were two people waiting to be helped with parts when I arrived, however the solitary staff member was not knowledgeable, or timely and was unable to satisfy their needs. Talking to the staff member, I realized he was the same person who looked up the part over the phone and said they had it. In the store however he was unable to recall the part or the conversation which prompted this review; in the hopes that no one else has their time wasted here when they can ACTUALLY be helped at a different establishment.
Took my vehicle to be serviced today 12/12/19 got home and noticed items missing. Granted its just a pocket knife from the center console in plain view, thats just bad business. After calling back and giving them an opportunity to just return the knife. I was told that they are not liable for items taken from the vehicle. I was like ok I can file a theft report regardless if I get it back or not. I will never return to Pepboys in Woodbridge VA.
I had an appointment for 4pm today for a simple oil change. I got in there by 3:36pm and the customer service associate tells me I gotta wait for 2hrs.Okay, life happens, appoints may get distorted and I give them a chance. The time now is 6:34 pm and my car has not been served yet. Im still waiting.....whew!Why do I have to schedule an appointment if it doesnt get me prompt service? This is the worst service I have experienced anywhere in a very long time.
Had Tires put on two weeks ago and they gave me a list of things they claim needed to be done. Things I just had done like oil change, filter replaced, etc. Took car to two other mechanics and only one out of the 10 things was an issue. Today had them put on two other tires I had delivered and they found different issues. Didnt even mention the other false issues. Place has gone down! I wont be returning!!!
Pep Boys Woodbridge saved my life.Okay so I understand that this sounds a little dramatic, but you have to hear why.On Thursday, October 3rd 2019 at around 3:30pm I stopped by a pep boys close to home to see if I could get a well needed tire and break replacement. The gentleman at the front desk was kind, informative and very professional about what I needed and how much I could save. After about an hour of my Nissan Altima being up on the lift, I was informed that I should seriously consider replacing the rotors as well since they were warped over years of neglect. It was a relatively inexpensive option so I went ahead and approved the addition.Heres where it gets exciting.On my way home from my home from Pep Boys, I was listening to my favorite podcast when all of a sudden a full grown tree fell down right in front of my car. Now Im not talking I was a few cars behind the scene of the crime... I was right there!!! A 50 foot tree dropped right in front of my car. I was able to stop within inches all because of the professionalism and care that Pep Boys in Woodbridge provided me with. Like I was saying to a guest in they waiting room this afternoon. I think I found my new mechanicThanks Again,

They balanced my tires incorrectly now my tires have something called cuffing and i have to replace all my tired. I bought new tires in December 2018. They ruined my vehicle!

The worst customer service ever!I have been at this location twice in the past 6 years and I have always received the ugliest customer service.The staff is arrogant, you are charged at higher prices no matter the circumstances.Avoid this place at all cost and look for a better place if you dont desire to be deceived.
False Advertisement, untimely. Got my motor dirty during a simple oil change, left old all over the motor and oil cap. Not very friendly, didn’t even tell me about what problems if any they found. The manager must never work or they lied about him not being there every time I called.
This will always be my go to place for an oil change. I dont mind waiting, I don t trust other places like Jiffy Lube, Midas, Etc even for something as simple as an oil change... plus they try to push extra service on you to rip you off! Ive even had horrible experiences w/ Lake Ridge Autocare and Lake Ridge Automotive! I really like you can watch everything Pep bous does w/ the large window while working, I like that transparent way of providing service!
The service in the shop was very slow one service writer who did a great job (Alston) maybe should have a second person on the desk to support maybe store manager dropping off and picking up my vehicle took entirely to much time I got three tires replaced been a customer for a long time but the service needs some improvement.
Went in for an alignment and they sold me on the lifetime alignment. Sounded like a good deal. Car came back out of the bay. I paid and requested to see the print out of the before and after on the suspension. This has always been given to me everywhere else I have done alignments without request. When I did receive it there was not a single change made and there were still anhles that were out of spec. I requested a refund and express my disgust and lack of trust in the shop as they charged me and performed absolutely no service. A refund was issued with no further incident. Stay clear of this place..
This store is my favorite one. Charlie here is one of the best managers I have observed working: Honest, caring, attentive to customers. Always treat me on a first name basis--like in those old movies.

Rude Customer Service - Non Responsive.I had my car towed there from a blow out and was told they would let me know if they would be able to get it that day - it was about 3pm, I went to pick up my car at 8pm because no one called and I needed my car, come to find out they couldve done it within 10 minutes of drooling it off, the young guy just didnt feel like messing with it!!!!!
I have never had any issues with Pep Boys, and today they went above and beyond with their customer service at this location. I am leaving this evening for a family visit about 300 miles away and realized Id forgotten to get new tires (front were quite bald). They did not have the tires in stock, but a Pep Boys employee went and picked them up at a local warehouse. They also ordered a Lyft ride to take me to a local Panera to get some work done while I waited, and to pick me up when the car was done. They offered to take me home and back, but its about 20 minutes each way so I offered the Panera as a closer waiting location where I could get work done and have some lunch. Now Im all set and ready to drive. Thanks a lot, guys!
Went in and dropped off my car for a brake check at 11am, they told me it would take 2 hours and that they would call me with an update. I waited until 2pm and they guy told me they still hadnt even checked it and that it would take another hour and as soon as i said ill just take my car elsewhere he said itll take 30 minutes instead. I went to pick up my car instead and the handbrake was pulled up so much, like who does that? Never coming here again.
The oriental or Mexican short chubby guy doesnt have experience, he lies customers to spend money. I was there with my Mercedes Benz. He said tire has leak and need to buy new. I left to merchants and they say is ok. Now its almost six months Im driving with same tire without any issue. If possible try to avoid this place.
These guys have impressed me three times now over the course of several years. First, they were the only parts store that understood which alternator I needed for a particular application (and ordered it correctly.) Two other stores had failed. Second, I called them to see if they had a part, but they did not. Instead of leaving me hanging, they referred me to a local custom shop that WAS able to fill my need. Solid. Third, I went in to have my front tires balanced after another shop was unable to do so due to the size of the tires. They pulled and checked my rear tires also, as a courtesy, but they did not require balancing (and they did not try to up-sell me or perform service that was unnecessary). When I returned to the store after leaving while they serviced the tires, I returned to find the service counter swamped, so I went to shop in the retail area for a bit. The service manager paid attention to the fact that I had returned and sought me out in the retail area to provide me with an update on my vehicle once his counter had cleared. In this same visit, I discovered that they are the only store to carry SINGLE spark plug wires (really handy when you convert from a GM HEI to an MSD ignition system, and only need a cable to run from the coil to the distributor). Other stores could only sell me a full set (lame). A lot of the negative reviews on here seem to be due to peoples lack of knowledge regarding their own vehicle (and the expectation that the mechanics will have mystical insight). As for the attitude of the employees, everyone from the service counter manager, to the retail clerk, to the guys who have taken my calls have all been courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. So, from my perspective (I can turn a wrench and I oversee the work of others on a daily basis) and based on the three interactions Ive had with this place, I have been quite impressed with this particular business and would recommend it to anyone needing either parts or service.
Staffing is sparse, at best. Hard to get assistance on the sales floor because theres so few staff on duty at any given time.
Run down appearance and unfriendly customer service. Chose to go elsewhere in search of better price/selection and customer service.
The store manager was very nice, and I told her Id leave them a google review :) The kid working back in parts didnt listen very well but we got it worked out in the end and he was nice the entire time. The cashier at the front, had a bit of an attitude with me when I asked to speak to the manager, I guess he thought it was something bad. Not the case. Over all good experience.
Staff is not helpful.. the male manager at least had a sense of humor.. Good amount of product on the shelves.
I got a quote for tires from them, 4 tires installed was $180 more then what I ended up paying at a small tire place in triangle (dont want to adv. the name, but they sell cooper tires right outside Quantico). This included their buy 3 get one free sale. If you want good prices look elsewhere.
The auto merchandise shop is good, has products in decent price and their rewards membership isnt bad at all. But their service department sucks big time. Very unprofessional attitude, takes longer to get the service done, dont explain in detail upfornt what went wrong and what could be done or whats my options are about a car problem, act like always trying to rip their customers off, use unnecessary and costly merchandise for their repair. they might have some good technicians i believe, but people at front desk have a damn-care attitude and very rude sometime. i went three times and finally gave up on them.
Had a nail in my AWD vehicles tire. Pep boys Told me I had to change all the tires not just one. Told me a whole rigamarole story Not true. Went to my cars dealer and they changed our just one tire without a problem. If you do a Google search you will see that having to change out all tires when this happens is different for each vehicle. Bad advise and feel pep boys was trying to scan me. Never go back there!!!
My Wife left today to head down to North Carolina from New York. We are in the process of moving down there and she left first because of of a job and Im following in about two months with our son. Anyway she stopped for gas and when leaving noticed she was having problems with her vehicle as it started shimmering and somewhat of a burning smell was coming from her front driver side brake. She instantly knew that something was wrong with the caliper as a few months ago the same thing happened on the passenger side. She saw Pep Boys and stopped for help as she was stranded with not being able to drive much further. She went in and told them what she thought was possibly wrong and she was really upset and scared being alone and that it was an emergency situation as she was a long way from home. The Customer service basically was rude and flat out told her there was nothing they could do and said she had to go somewhere else. They wouldnt even take a moment to look at the car. My wife left crying and found another tire service center near by that has helped her out greatly. They confirmed it was the caliper and ordered the part and started working on it right away. Thank you pep boys for being real douche bags stranding my wife in an unknown area. Atleast there was a good shop with understanding people to help her and get her safely back on the road. I appreciate that.
I went here to get new front brake pads and rotors. Within a week I was back because my brakes were making a worse squealing noise then before I got the new ones. They told me the hardwear was defective so theyd replace them. Then I was back less then a week later for the same reason! This time something was out of alignment and there was some friction, but we fixed it. Now 2 months later, after the squealing just wouldnt stop, Im sitting here at Midas about to pay over $1000 for then to fix what Pep Boys botched! I will never be going to this or any Pep Boys in the future.
Fair prices on parts. They usually have what i need in stock ( brake pads for 4 cars) Good mount/ balance service on tires.

I only wish that I could rate my experience with zero stars instead of 1. I went online and made an early afternoon appointment When I arrived at the service center I was met by a rather rude employee who informed me that I would have to wait 3 hours before my car would be seen and I quote:we can make appointments all day long, but that doesnt mean thats when we will see your car.Then what is the point of an appointment system at all??? People take time out of their day based on the crazy notion that the appointment time actually has value behind it. Beyond that the rude, bothered, flippant psychic at the service desk managed to diagnosis my car trouble without even looking at it ....impressiveIf you want an unprofessional experience, and interactions with rude, unconcerned employees....then this is the place for you!!!!I wont be returning.
They took great care of Mazda! And they give you discounts. I will be returning.
Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had at a shop in my entire life. I would not even send my worst enemy here. I took my car in to have 4 tires put on. The little boy at the front desk barely knew how to do his job. His name was Diego. He advised me that my car would be done in about an hour. I left the store. Waited an hour, called to check on my car. He told me that it hadn’t even been moved yet. Then told me it would be about another hour and a half. SO I WAITED TWO MORE HOURS. Returned to the store and saw that not only did I not have new tires. MY CAR HADNT BEEN MOVED. THREE HOURS LATER. Then the rep has the audacity to say “oh I was just about to bring it around” I asked how much longer and he said ANOTHER HOUR!!! I took my keys and just left. Nobody apologized.. nobody said anything. This place is the worst. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!I took my car to merchants. Got 1 tire free.. and they were timely. GO TO MERCHANTS. DONT GO HERE. YOULL REGRET IT!!
