There were some misunderstandings when I initially came into this shop. However, Brian (the owner) and his staff more than made up for it. I had a bad experience with a tint company by the name of Blackout in Waldorf Maryland. After taking my vehicle to them to fix the tint three times I decided to try somewhere else. The Tint Shoppe was recommended and I went there on Friday, October 30, 2020 and spoke with Jose who was nothing but professional from the moment I walked into the door. I explained to him my issue, he offered a solution and not to mention he offered a great price! I went back on Saturday with more questions and I spoke with Pablo who was also very professional and was aware of my situation. Luckily for me they had an opening! They removed the tint that the other company did which was horrible and re-tinted my entire vehicle! They took time and care with my NEW car to ensure that they did not damage the defrost lines on the back window. Both of these gentlemen were very attentive, courteous and understanding regarding my anxiety on how my vehicle was looking. They told me that I would be very happy with their work. Needless to say, they were absolutely correct!!! I love my vehicle! They did an awesome job! Wish I new about the Tint Shoppe first!! I highly recommend this company! YOU WON’T BE DISAPPOINTED!A happy and definitely very satisfied customer!

Easy access to tint shop, you can sit in the waiting room and watch TV (more than one channel, lol). Or you can walk across the street to eat some Chipotle or shop at Autozone.They do a Great Job and will ensure you like the finished product before leaving.

I’m a new car owner and this will be my go to place for any aesthetic work for my new baby! I recently got a 2019 Charger and have lots of ideas and plans but really wanted a one stop shop for all the work I’d like done. I came in on a whim to get some pricing for window tinting. Had a great conversation with the guys there, lots of info on types of tint and ultimately the best option for me. To make it even better, they took me right in as a walk in! I’m not condoning people just barge in as they have appointments but I was really happy and appreciative that they got me in. I’ve popped in a few times after as I plan on getting a wrap done for my car. The guy that does the wraps is awesome. He’s given me plenty of options to work around a budget and been very up front about pricing and the process.All in all, you won’t be disappointed. These guys are down to earth, very welcoming, and extremely personable. They did an amazing job on my windows and I’m really excited to bring my car in for the next work over!

I dealt with this tint shop in 2015 and decided to give them another chance. Their customer service, along with overpricing, remains the same. I agreed to the price because, at the moment, I felt they would provide quality service. Before posting this review, I allowed them to make things correct. I DO NOT have the time or energy to keep going back. I highly encourage you to check out another tint shop in the area. I recommend Capital Window Tinting; they fixed the problem.

Got my Accord windows tinted there today. Decided to come due to good reviews. Took about two hours and the results were flawless! Jose definitely earned my business. Professional job, super clean. Will go back in the future.

My husband actually made an appoint at another shop and saw this one on his way home and stopped, just to compare. He liked the guy, Dion, a lot and chose to get my car done there instead. 3/17/2020Brought my vehicle here for the second time. This time for tint and remote start. Dion was excellent I explaining everything and the finish results are amazing. I recommend this place if you want high quality end results.4 months ago - I went to the shop to have some decals placed on my back window. Dion was very helpful and answered any questions I had. He even helped me with deciding where the decals should go. I will be going back to the shop soon for other things I want done to my car and will be sending family and friends there also.

I took my F350 King Ranch here for tints. They schedule me over the phone with ease and were ready for me when I came in. They showed me the options and prices. They even showed me a few vehicles with different tints levels. They waited patiently as I decided what I wanted. They got it done faster than expected and it looks great. I highly recommend this place for tints. They do other stuff as well. Next I will order some WeatherGuard mats from them. Check these guys out. Its a solid crew.

Visited Thursday 11 Mar, was told to come in Saturday 13 Mar around 9:15 and they would get me in, because Saturdays are first come first come, I was the first one inside when they open, to my surprise others had appointments, we cant get you in today, what about Monday 19 Mar 4:00, got there Monday at 3:45, we cant do it today, what about Thursday 18 Mar 4:00, got their Thursday at 3:30, was told to have a seat well get you in about 20 minutes, after sitting for in the lobby until 4:45 with no help yet, I decided to leave and never return. This is the worst experience with a business Ive ever had. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. It sucks!!!!!

These guys are awesome! They tinted all my glass including the windshield. They were busy during the day and were still able to work on my car, they stayed open until 8pm to get it done. This place is overpriced they wanted over $200 just to tint the front windows of a Tacoma and they quoted me $600 for a bull guard. They definitely try to take advantage of people.

Having my fair share of vehicles though the years I’ve had my windows tinted plenty of times. The Tint Shoppe is by far one of the best shops I have ever been to. They came out and took a look at my car and then took me inside to breakdown the different types of tints that they offered. Then before I paid they had me take a look at my tint to make sure I was satisfied. Customer service was A1. If you are in the Woodbridge and need to get your windows tinted I recommend you stop by.

I absolutely love them💕 They are very knowledgeable of there work and I love that they take their time to educate their customer so that they are making the right choice. Oh and theyre efficient! I spoke to them the day before and explained that it was my daughters birthday and needed to leave by 11. They informed me that its first come first serve but if I was able to be the first car in line they would get me out by 11. Well I did my part and they stuck to their word. At 11:00 on the dot they were giving me a call to tell me that the car was ready and here I was running late😏 Also a great price for great work and great service!!

The tint shoppe in Woodbridge, Virginia is great! No appointment needed for any car I have had tinted. I dropped my car off and they said it may take about three hours and they were finished in two. I’m really happy with the outcome and can’t wait to feel the difference in the temperatures after the car sitting in the hot summer sun. Thanks Dion and Jose for a great job!

Used this shop a couple of years ago and was very pleased with the work. Used them again recently and unfortunately they scratched the outside drivers side glass and tried to pass it off as old. Cannot recommend them any more.

These guys are real professionals they helped me with all questions i had about tinting my 19 Camaro and even helped me with other auto questions i had, they are definitely Quality over Quantity, and have the best customer service and employees. My car went from a fishbowl to serious deal after i dropped it off. I will certainly be coming back after i save up enough money to add stripes and paint my wheels

I took my new car to be tinted on 4/27. I dropped it off at 2:30pm, & was told to come back at 4:30. I arrived at 4:30, but the vehicle was still not ready. Dion rings me up & had me wait in the lobby. About 45 mins later, my car is ready, he hands me my keys & tells me Im good to go. I should have conducted a visual observation, but instead I go home. I park my vehicle in my garage and leave it for the rest of the night. The next day, I go to my car to take a closer look & I notice greasy residue on all the door panels. I call Dion & he explains that its ArmorAll & to just take some soap/water to the panels & it will come out. So, I pull my vehicle out of my garage & begin wiping all my panels down. At this point, Im a little frustrated b/c I just spent $450 on Ceramic tint, & now Im having to clean up a mess in my new car - so something tells me to do a visual inspection of the entire car. I walk around my car & I as Im walking past my rear drivers side door, I notice a sizable dent on the quarter-panel, as well as a scuff on my fender directly under the dent. I immediately call Dion again, this time to ask him if something happened while my vehicle was being tinted. He asked me what year my vehicle was, & I told him it was a 2020, he then said to bring the vehicle in so he could see the dent.The next AM, I bring my vehicle in. Dion & the installer both come out to check out the dent/scratch. Immediately they denied the damage. We questioned the processes, & they mentioned that they can send the video footage from the time my car was getting tinted to prove it wasnt damaged by them. I leave my email address & Dion said to give him until the end of the week to send me the video footage. I waited all week and didnt receive anything. I called on May 4th to follow-up, and spoke to Dion twice that day. He told me to wait until Tues, & they would send me the video. I waited again, but never received the footage. I called again on Wed. but Dion was out of the office. I was told I would receive a call first thing in the morning (May 7) to discuss everything. Fast forward to 5PM, I still hadnt received a phone call, so I call yet again. Dion answers & apologizes to me for not being able to take my call. He then states that his boss saw the video and that he didnt see anything out of the ordinary, and that if I wanted to, I could call and talk to his boss. I immediately call the number he gave me, and it rang for about 2 minutes, but no one picked up. There was also no answering machine to leave a message.At no point during any of this situation has Tint Shoppe even tried to reach out to me. It seems they are actually going out of their way to avoid talking to me. This entire ordeal has been completely unprofessional, & I expect more from an establishment that prides themselves for being in business for over 25 years. Therefore, after much consideration, I have decided to leave this review. Not only as a customer, but also as a small business owner, myself. I do not take negative reviews lightly, & I am always willing to give the business the benefit of the doubt. During no time in this situation have I ever accused Tint Shoppe of intentionally damaging my vehicle. They wouldnt have 4.7 stars if they were a shady business. But what I have asked for was transparency and due diligence. I can accept if Tint Shoppe didnt do the damage, but right now it just seems theyre intentionally evading the entire situation, & that doesnt sit right in my gut.The facts are this: At the time I took my vehicle in, I had driven it a total of 3 times. Immediately before going to Tint Shoppe, I actually went to another business to inquire about getting PPF. At that time, a complete check of my vehicle was done & not one blemish was found. I even talked to Dion about PPF in his parking lot, and once again, nothing was detected. I understand its my word against theirs, & I know I shouldnt have left without conducting a visual inspection of my vehicle but I expect more from Tint Shoppe.

After deciding on the tint I left my SUV for installation. After a couple hours Dion called to let me know when I could pick up my vehicle and it was ready at that time. Getting tinted windows has been on my lists of things to do for the past year. It’s a pricy expense, so you want to make sure you do your research. I originally made an appointment with another tinting company which was recommended to me by a family friend. As I searched this company up, I came across Tint Shoppe. Not only did they have better reviews but after speaking to Jose on the phone, I knew this was the place. Jose was very helpful and gave me a next day appointment. Upon arriving, I met Dion. He gave me an understandable explanation of all my options for window tinting. Dion went above and beyond into showing me firsthand what each window film would provide my car and myself in all-weather situations. After discussing my options, it was a clear decision to go with SunTek Ceramic Window Film Evolution. Jose and Walter worked on my car and were extremely meticulous in their work. The amount of detailed they put into their craft is impressive and much appreciated. They treat each car as if it were their own, very commendable. All in all, Im so glad I came to Tint Shoppe. They not only offer top of the line market merchandise at reasonable prices but the job itself is beyond exceptional and exceeds expectations.

Came in and got my 2018 WRX done in just over 2 hours. Ended up being safe and going with the Virginia legal limit (50% up front, 35% everywhere else) and the windshield bar tint. I was worried that it wouldn’t be dark enough, but it looks very nice. Highly recommended.

The Tint Shoppe was able to squeeze me in without an appointment. I waited comfortably in the lounge area and caught up on some college football. I decided to bring my boyfriends car, to include a friends car, to the tint shoppe after having a near perfect/awesome job done by them 4 years ago on my car... driving 1 hour each way for what I thought was going to be another great experience. Appointments were made in advance at which time I explained that the previous owner of my boyfriends car had left the small triangle-shaped windows tinted. I specifically stated that I wanted it removed so that all the tinted windows matched. I was told it would cost a little bit more to remove the old tint on the small windows and was given a quote to include the cost for tinting my friends car.When I returned to pick up my boyfriends car, I noticed unusual marks on the passenger side front window. In addition, there was an inch long bubble on the rear windshield, and I found a door panel screw sitting on the car floor. I showed them both, and they fixed the rear windshield and put the door panel screw back in. He barely looked at the passenger window and stated that small bubbles can happen due to the water underneath and it should dry out/disappear within two weeks. If this did not occur, I was instructed to bring the car back. Although I was skeptical of the marks drying out/disappearing, I reluctantly left. Two weeks passed and the condition of the passenger window had not changed.Not only did I experience problems with the window tinting, but also realized after I left the shop that the drivers side speaker was not working due to it being unplugged. Also, after closely inspecting the rear windows, I discovered that they did not take off the old tint on the two triangle windows as I instructed them to do. As you can well imagine, we were extremely upset with the service. Two weeks upon completion of service, we returned to the company hoping to have the problems corrected. We arrived at their time of opening upon their suggestion after calling them to explain our issues, hoping to receive priority service.After waiting over 2 1/2 hours (which is how long it took to do the entire car the first time around), they finally finished the two small windows and passenger window. I explained (again) how unsatisfied we were with the service, and asked if they would be willing to do anything more for us (thinking monetary compensation of some sort would be fair). He proceeded to state that the only thing he could offer was to tint another car at a discounted rate. I stated, Why would I ever bring another car to your company based on the poor service I received? The issues we encountered go above and beyond merely flaws in the tinting (which is covered under warranty). He finally stated that the owner was the only one who could determine whether or not I could be authorized a partial refund. He would give my information to him and get back to me Monday, or at the very latest, Tuesday. It is now Thursday and I have yet to hear back from anyone.I highly discourage anyone from dealing with this company. It is obvious that the quality of service has drastically declined, not to mention the poor quality of customer service. I used to always rave about this place, and gave them many customers. I will never bring another car, or recommend them to anyone again.

Staff is very professional. I took my CLK 350 to be tinted in 2013 and 6 yrs later the windows still look new as if they were factory tinted.Here am today 2019, took my GLE 450 in and I am so very pleased with the work. I recommend this shop to anyone needing window tint, rim, weather mats, etc.The prices were pretty average as well.

An hour before they closed these guys got me in and had my car done with in an hour . I’m so impressed with the quality of service Dion,Jose, and Walter had showed I can be any happier. Best tint shoppe ever. Ive gotten 4 vehicles done by them. I moved across the country and still recommend everyone I know in Virginia to go there.

Good team god work but super expensive, over $600 for tint!? Lifetime warranty so I guess that makes up for it. Car looks good but not as dark as I thought it would be wish someone would have explained that better before I paid.

When I picked up my car from the dealership I had paid for tinted windows when I got home i checked the windows and they were so bad, there was a lot of dirt and bubbles . So I brought it back to the dealership to have them fix it, when I picked it up the 2nd time still there was dirt and bubbles . So I decided to take upon myself to get it done and I found Tintshoppe which was just I few miles from where I live . The guys I talk to were professionals and knew exactly what to do . I am so glad I went to them they did an awesome job and I can finally enjoy my new ride !!!

I came to Tint Shoppeand spoke dion, got a quote for $200. I then decided to travel to Maryland and get the tint done by G&S Auto Center for $100. I came home from G&S Auto Center and noticed bubbles on my back window, keep in mind I live an hour away. So I called tint shoppe and spoke to dion as they were the closest to me, and explained that I had a job done by another shop yet, a mistake was done and asked if they could fix it up. Then they hooked it up by helping me fix it up. If I could go back I would’ve for sure got my tint done by Tint Shoppe as their work is up to the best standards.
