Bought a car there years ago when having it repaired after an accident they found that it had a lot of Bondo from previous repairs. Maybe its something they couldnt have caught in their inspections, but paying over market and then finding that out..... doesnt leave me confident in CarMax

Our senior sales rep, Mazen was the best. He set me up with a 24 test drive in no time. Everyone wore masks and social distanced. There were sanitizing stations everywhere and the front desk had a large plastic shield for safety.I found out I was Mazens first 24 test drive customer and he was still able to get it all set up in no time flat. They even detailed my car before I test drove it and once again before we completed our purchase. We bought our first car in many years and we will definitely be back for our next purchase.Mazen offered the warranty but was not pushy when we declined it. He suggested how it may benefit us but didnt try to push us to purchase it.The business office rep that processed our paperwork and actual purchase was efficient and very sweet. The whole process did take a few hours between paperwork and getting the car detailed but it really was a painless process.I even got a pretty good deal on my old beater that I traded it. I didnt expect much and they told me why they couldnt potentially offer more. I had low expectations as we really had beat it up in the time we owned it.
