Great selection of products but now no one answers the phone. Is this place still open??

Great selection of wigs. Great shopping experience!! Love the display area with the photo lighting. Great to be able to try on wigs and take photos to share with friends!! I sent several pictures of the wigs I wanted to.buy to my BFF in FL to get a second opinion. I couldnt decide so I bought both wigs!! Great shopping experience. I have a medical need and it is very important to feel comfortable. Staff at this store was super friendly and helpful. This is the reason for my review. I have salon gift cards but wont go back to purchase my wigs. I did not feel comfortable. I was just left sitting there then rushed out. Not a good experience at all. Thank you to the folks at this store for making your customers feel valued especially. You definitely have a loyal customer for my future needs. Stay healthy and safe.

Im so disappointed in the customer service that this beauty supply offered. I called yesterday at 6pm to ask what time they were open til. the lady that answered the phone I felt was very sarcastic and type rude with the way that she replied to me. she informed me that they are closed now extremely sarcastic but that they will reopen up tomorrow. (mind you, the website states that they are open til 730, it was 6) I know COVID effects hours. so I asked what time they will be open tomorrow and the lady told me from 8 to 7p. With absolutely zero time in my schedule,. I took my lunch break at 120pm just to take the drive over there only to find out that they are closed! I then called Shirley as instructed on the hand written note on the window only for them to pick up hear me say hello and then hang up on me. I called numerous of times as the mail box was full and I couldnt even leave a message. I would think that they would want business during these trying times or if she needed to step out, at least leave behind a note for your potential customer. Not the way to do business especially when your fairly new....

Good experience shopping. Great customer service black owned small location but they are always adding new items.

Very very small beauty supply store not really anything in there ! Black owned but I feel like it can do a little better with their products inside.I was a little disappointed I have to go to Rahway for all my natural hair products .. but loving the black owned businesses
