When I walked in I was not greeted. Other customers were greeted but I was not. No one acknowledged my presence which made me feel very uncomfortable from the start. Once they did help me, I told them I needed my car back the next day but when I called them the next day no one had any clue what the status of my car was because the lady who helped me was off that day. My experience was great - called to discuss the truck I was interested in and when I showed up both gentleman had the truck ready to show/test drive. They were both personable and easy to work with. BEWARE!!!!!!! MY DAUGHTER BOUGHT A CAR THERE AND THEY LIED AND TRIED EVERY WAY POSSIBLE TO MAKE HER FINANCE THROUGH THEM INSTEAD OF HER BANK. HAD TO CALL LOCAL POLICE TO SEE IF WE COULD FILL OUT REPORT AND THEY SAID THEY GET COMPLAINTS ON THEM ALLOT. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

I am writing this review after the worse behavior of their sales person Shawn and finance director Hamza. We bought a brand new 2021 Camaro and to our surprise mileage meter was not available means the car does not show mileage at all. We talked to Shawn he said since its brand new car they have to turn on the mileage system while we do the paper work. As soon as we came out after signing the contract the mileage was not working . They said leave the car and pick it tomorrow since the service department is closed. We left the car and went to pick up they said bring it back some other day we have to order the new instrument cluster. We refused to take the delivery they said since we already have signed the contract all they can to fix it. We were not that knowledgeable and took the car. we purchased the car on August 24th and now we are without the car and they are so rude and disrespectful, one even can not imagine.This is the first part of what happened with us. When we sign the contract they added all extra worth of over $11200 without our knowledge, which they refused to take it back.Thirdly we are so scared whenever we go there to talk both Hamza in Finance and Shawn in Sales are abusive and when they see single women they intimidate us and always laugh on us. We have try our level best to get it resolve professionally but in vein. They do not have any General Manager or above them to help us to fix this stressful situation. We think our last resort to sue them in the court. We are not suing them at this moment to give them the opportunity to fix our issue. We know its illegal to sell a car with defective or without mileage meter. Be aware from this dealership especially HAMZA and Shawn they are very rude and disrespectful. It seems they do not have any women in their family. We have no clue why so far any manager on this dealership try to resolve this issue. It is a fraudulent sale and against the federal law to sell a car with out mileage. Hopefully we will sue them soon.

We spoke to internet sales manager to confirm availability & price ($43,844.00), advertised on the website. MSRP was $48,960 & discounts for financing of $2,000 & some others got to advertised price. We agreed to purchase & credit app was completed & returned. I was contacted with pre-approval & we should come to complete sale. I advised dealer we are traveling 8 hours from SC & wanted to make sure paperwork was ready. Upon arrival F&I director Mr. Aziz delivered Purchase paperwork telling us to pay MSRP$48,960 + $10,000 surcharge because he could sell the vehicle for “whatever” he wanted. We went back to price confirmed by Internet sales manager & website $43,844. He told us, “that’s the price for locals” & if we wanted the truck it would be $58,000. Mr. Aziz was condescending, dishonest, & didn’t care what we were told or was advertised. We are contacting MV Dealer Board & State Attorney Generals office for Deceptive Advertising & you should Not Buy from Chris Lindsey Chevrolet.

I had to buy a car under duress and I went straight to Lindsay Chevrolet in Woodbridge to replace my car. I have a 3 year old so I wasnt trying to spend HOURS in the dealership so Herbert took care of most the leg work before I got there and made my car buying experience smooth and efficiently. He was knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service and follow up.

Had a negative experience here trying to buy a new Bolt. The car I was interested was making a weird engine noise while we were test driving, but we still felt pressured to purchase the car that day. We ended up deciding to come back the next day as they assured us their mechanics could fix it the next day. We drove back down to the dealership after they said they had figured out the issue. Once we got there, they told us that the car did not pass inspection and offered to show us another vehicle, which was extremely frustrating since they told us the issue was resolved. We ended up going to another dealership in the end and dont plan on coming back here for future purchases.

Since my purchase wasn’t a ‘typical’ purchase (because of a broken truck that is at another dealership with only 7600 mi on it), Mario kept in constant communication and was extremely helpful in finding the right truck for me and my needs. The purchase process was very easy and I didn’t feel ‘pressure’ to get something I didn’t want or need. If anyone is in the market for a new or used vehicle and don’t want to feel pressure, I would recommend Lindsay Chevy - but I would highly recommend Mario!

I have used Lindsay Chevrolet in the past, however, I am unsure if I will continue their services. On Saturday they charged me an excess of $300. They did not refund me and explained that I would need to take time out of my work schedule to come and fix the issue. This is unsatisfactory. I recommend additional training for your clerks that need to be able to read a receipt and input numbers into the machine to prevent this from happening again. Furthermore I recommend that you have a capability to see receipts digitally or in print so that associates at your business can help your customers. Depending on how Lindsay Chevrolet chooses or not chooses to reimburse my time will depend on whether or not I continue my business there as well as positively endorse/ recommend to others.

Went in to look at a 2021 ZR2 Colorado. In 3 hours I was out the door. Great service and very knowledgeable. Got an incredible interest rate and they hit the mark on my payments and term. Ask about the Apple Financing, it is an incredible deal right now and you can shorten your loan by 10 months!!!

Went in for the Lindsey Price and it wasn’t the same price. Than my trades were $12,000 lower than another dealer offered. True Car offer from them was $29,000 just for my truck… They offered $28,000 for 2 cars!! That’s a rip off if I haven’t seen one. Wow what a joke. Don’t trust them.

I arrived at your dealership, was greeted warmly, we drove the Blazer, then we started over the numbers. The online add said there was a discount of 3207 .00 to everyone plus 2500.customer cash. for a total discount of 5707.00. The salesperson told me thaty I was misinformed, that the 3207.00 was only for first responders. not everyone. I pointed out what I thought I had read on the sales listing. he said I was wrong. when I got home I checked the listing just to see if I was right or wrong, I was right. the listing said 3207.00 .Lindsay cash to everyone, plus the 2500. customer cash from GM. I had a certified check from my Bank for what I had figured out from the information on their website to be more than enough to pay the Blazer in full. They played with the numbers a little bit. and said if I financed it through Gm, they could reduce the price a little bit. I drove about 2 hrs. and It was to be the wifes birthday present. so I played along with them. I should have just walked out of the dealership. Using the numbers on the dealers page, the Blazer should have cost about 38600. I have purchased 7 or 8 new Chevrolet or GMC trucks and I can say that I would only go back to their dealership only if they put their figures on paper. I asked them to send me the sales Information, ( the total price out the door) but they said they did not do that. and I had to come to their dealership to get the price. The 3207 Lindsay cash to everyone on this Blazer was not given to me. I know this will not be made public, looks like an old bait and switch scheme to me. have a great day

Easy to schedule appointment, service completed in time frame estimated. Great experience but definitely miss the donuts in customer lounge area.

The reps at the service center are not friendly, helpful or considerate. They dont care about the problems with your vehicle and have continously lied to me about an electrical issue with my vehicle that can potentially harm my children and I. I was told my issue is consistent with all of the Chevys and Fords, however there is nothing they can do. Nothing they have said has made any sense and I believe they just are condescending towards me because I am a woman. Would not recommend.

It is a great experience when buyers do not feel like a target and when they are not pressured into buying.
