Walked into the store looking for a gift for my mother, the young lady working was very very polite and eager to help me !! Even though she had another customers in the store she was very respectful and helpful, left the store with more than I intended to buy but overall an amazing visit to the store, please let Patricia know her work ethic did not go un noticed .

Awful customer service. Very rude employees. They make the whole shopping experience very uncomfortable. Go to another store, its not worth dealing with these people with terrible, terrible attitudes.

I usually do not come to this store because the management is TERRIBLE. I feel unwelcomed everytime I come here by the manager. I am not surprised to see the other reviews about her, it seems like she treats everyone the same. However, I really had to come in today because I needed a product that I can only find here. I am giving it 5 stars because of the young lady named Patricia. She helped me alot today and gave me alot of advice about skin care. Very knowledgeable, kind, and patient. She is nothing like her manager and I hope that she can be used as a role model.

One of the worst shopping experiences I have ever encountered. The employees were rude and condescending. When I asked for a manager they tried to scare me out of the store. Horrible. Will not be going back.

Very bad service, I went to this store today and there was a very aggressive woman, she treats customers badly, she starts arguing with you and speaks ugly! I frequented this place a lot and bought a lot here! but after this experience I will not return, If you dont want to work, you better stay at home!

TERRIBLE STORE!!!! fix ur workers! i feel so unwelcomed and the workers make me not want to buy anything. i do buy many items at once but i do know my limit yet they are always always telling me how i should be mindful but in the rudest way possible. terrible experience. if i had another luxury beauty near me i wouldn’t step foot here again.

Horrible, the workers hold all of the things in demand and sell them all to one person and when you call them out on it they threaten to kick you out

I bought the urban decay shortcut on the run palette from here and when I came home and opened it, one of the eyeshadows fell out of the pan and got all over the place. I called them and they told me they’d have the manager call me back. They sounded like they thought I was lying and just wanted me off the phone. 3 days later they still haven’t called back so I called again and they told me they didn’t have anymore left in stock and would let me exchange it for something else if I came to the store but I’m in Maryland and Potomac Mills is 2 hours away. So they didn’t do anything for me. If I ever go back to that mall I am NEVER going to that store again

Went in to see prices and the girls wouldnt even stop talking about their weekend to help us. Horrible customer service.
