I came into this store the other day looking for a new phone. I wasn’t really sure what I wanted but the new manager Lupita really answered all of my questions and even provided me with some neat promotions to save money on my account! Came into this T-Mobile last week to get a new phone after my old phone died. I was helped by the manager, Lupita Escobar, and I can’t say enough good things about her!She was so helpful and thoughtful throughout the whole process. She took the time to explain the details about every phone I was considering and set me up with the phone that best fit my needs.Overall, I had such a great experience and was really impressed with the staffs professionalism and knowledge.10/10 recommend coming here!!

I would’ve gave this location 1 star, however the sales associates were very kind so I gave them an extra star.However, the store manager was rude. She simply didn’t care about the problem that occurred on my account due to her employee not being properly trained. I do not blame the new employee for my issues, because she is being trained by a manager who just sits in the back, or sits on her phone while on the sales floor.I came into this store about 3 or 4 times trying to resolve my issue and I only saw/spoke to the store manager once. And that was the first day I came in to start my service.This location is owned by a third-party, which I was never told, and I feel like that is important information to share with customers. Unfortunately, I signed a contract I did not fully read, and I ended up with a phone plan that was never discussed.This location has great/helpful sales associates but a rude/unprofessional store manager.

Absolutely horrible service. Went in asking questions about a promotion for the Nike watch ( how the promotion is distributed on the sprint account) was told yes to all my questions, and at the time of purchase the sales representative was friendly. Its now 2 months later and discovered that the watch isnt billed as expected. When this issue was addressed to the manager her response was less than helpful, and would only redirect us to call customer service.

I sent my family to this location because I live in a different state and they messed up my account. They put the wrong insurance on thr phone that was purchased that day and also put trade in value to an incorrect phone on my account. They also tried to tell my family that they didn’t qualify for a promotion when in fact they did! I will have my family go to a corporate location in the mall going forward.

I experienced great customer service when I came to this location. I believe a young lady named Claudia was the main person helping me. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and was very helpful when it came to picking products and setting things up for me. She’s a lovely woman and great worker

This was the ABSOLUTE BEST service I’ve gotten in a long time, even on the phone their tone is so warm and welcoming. When switching to sprint Claudia made me feel like family! Will definitely be recommending this to my friends and family.

Ive been a Sprint customer for nearly 7 years now and have to say that Sprint Store experiences have been one real downside - until I discovered this place!Claudia was amazing! She had my back - I was in a complicated situation for business and personal phone use and she spent the time needed while facing the pressure of a busy store (the store was surprisingly full that day down to a new father and his baby) and found the solution I needed to my problems!The phone activation had glitches but she was able to smoothly work with technical support on the phone while also quickly helping others in a way that didnt leave me feeling ignored or overlooked.This is my go-to store from now on.

I experienced great customer service with Roberto. He was very charismatic and knowledgeable overall made me enjoy the experience. He is a very handsome young man too who can create a very excellent environment just becuase he is a great listener .

The store manager in this Sprint store - Claudia - does not have leadership abilities. No integrity, no loyalty to customers, no transparency and absolutely no accountability. Stay away from this store because they use their art to deceive their customer base.10 Days Later:Recently, I received a follow-up call from this manager - Claudia - who mentioned that I will be credited for the watch because of deceptive practices directed towards me during iWatch purchase. This, again, was a false statement as my account was not credited.12 days laterI had to call the main customer service line and finally a solution was reached through a terrific manager named Ruth. I was credited $175 towards the iWatch purchase.

Best experience in a sprint store I’ve ever had employees were helpful, polite with a great attitude helped right away felt like I was at chick-fil-a. Ask for Claudia She helped me and was an outstanding representative highly recommend going to this branch if you ever have to go into a sprint store

I had the best experience at sprint today with the best salesmen named Roberto. I came in annoyed at first but he quickly solved my issues and made me feel content with the business as a whole. Roberto is an expert and knows how to take charge and car for his guest. I 100% plan on returning to do business with him.

I came in with little knowledge of what plans to consider and which smartphones to get after having your average LG for so long and was delighted at the customer service of this Sprint branch. I haven’t had the greatest experiences with Sprint in the past but felt genuinely cared for with Claudia’s thoroughness and expertise. I was able to purchase my first IPhone! Her sense of humor made it all the more worthwhile BEST BRANCH IN NOVA

I cant say enough good things about the employees Andrea and Cristina, these ladys went above and beyond to help me with my phone and took the time to do it right. These ladys should get a raise.

The female manager there is so rude! Do not come here they will add things to your account that you didnt ask for and they keep it.

When I came into the store, Claudia was very kind & helpful when it came to finding a solution for my phone..also, she was very patient with my children when they were inside. Which I’m extremely gracefully for.

Staff went above and beyond. Took time to make sure that I got the phone and the plan that fitted me perfectly.

I went in to just find out if I’m eligible for sprint plans and I left with 2 brand new iPhones (iPhone XS max and iPhone XR) and a brand new iPad lol but it’s ok I was helped by Victor Castro Reyes and Roberto Benitez and both of them did a great job and I am satisfied with their services they were very polite and friendly I give their service a 10/10 I highly recommend them to anybody!!!

The worst store ever...I was in there with my sister and the girl brushed her off was very rude to her. Not explaining anything. I wish I could not give them a star at all. I added lines and they didnt tell me anything about paying off my termination fee. About registration for the gift card nothing.
