Poor quality service they had 5 ppl working at once. None of them knew how to greet my wife and I. Or even ask what we were looking for today. I was looking to buy an engagement ring or gold earrings. They all made me sick to my stomach that my wife and I left immediately and are going down the street to my favorite pawn shop in the DMV Pawn USA

Woodbridge Gold & Pawn staff is top notch and knowledgeable. Went inside looking at their gun inventory and was immediately greeted by the staff. Even though I didnt purchase anything they were still pretty cool and helpful. I would defiantly come back again!

Though there were several employees in the store, no one greeted myself or my husband. I stood at the gun counter for quite some time completely unaddressed or acknowledged, got tired of waiting left.

Walked in looking for a loan until pay day and was given the help I was needing and came out with a Foosball table that my four boys are in love with. Thanks for the help and the piece of mind. The prices are always low, and they always give the most but the experience is why Ive been going there for 10 plus years. Walking into this shop is like entering into a second home. The employees make me feel like family and the energy is always welcoming and positive.

Eric is the BEST at Woodbridge Gold & Pawn.I believe and was told I was the number 1 customer with business transactions every month since 2004. The revenues earned from me as a basic customer exceeded thousands of dollars. If between 2004 to 2018 there were no cash transactions it was less than 9 months. Of the three pawn shops I used prior to Woodbridge Gold & Pawn, Eric won me over aa the one being the most real and true and down to earth. He is a true Soul-Brother, talks the talk and walk the walk. He also is not bad a Karaoke either. Today as I post my rating, I purchased a TV and got a loan on my wifes wedding ring. And then made 2 payments on my loan.His entire staff is great, and no matter who helps because Erics Minions are an extension of him....LOL they know I respect each one and we can even joke and call names for fun. Simply The BEST!!!!!

I entered this store to hear the manager, his associates, and another male customer speaking VERG derogatory about women.The comments made by the manager were “I could never work with Women because I would be trying to hook up with them.”They then proceeded to talk about a pregnant woman and how there “must be more to her story” and that her name, Olivia, was “a hot name”.When I asked them if this was how they always speak about women, the manager kept quiet and pretended as if he did not hear me. I’m sure he ignored me because he was embarrassed of his disgusting behavior and comments.I will never give this store my business again. and it’s a shame because i’m a regular customer at this Pawn shop. not anymore.

I used to like this pawn shop, until i guess the tall Caucasian man in there is the owner. But he def does not like black people im not sure what his problem is but he def has one. So im in line waiting behind a Caucasian woman and after she gets finished and leaves we start with my stuff and him being the racist ass hole asks me for a second form of ID like a credit card or something! Normally that wouldnt had been a problem if i was asked that everytime i went in there, but no not everytime just this time. None of that was mentioned to the Caucasian woman in front of me. I like all the employees there theyre all nice but owner is racist, and it just is what it is. However you will not receive any more of my business and i will let all my black friends and family know not to do business at this particular pawn shop because the owner will stand there and stare at you until you walk out, and if he really doesnt want to help you hell ask for a second form of ID like a credit card or debit card. He makes all black ppl feel uncomfortable in his establishment.

I have been dealing with Eric and Cat for years now.... Only buy or sell once a year yet they treat me like one of their best customers. For all the people that are complaining do you even try to negotiate or have you been to other shops?? They run a business.... You make an offer and they will accept or counter offer. They are there to make money. If you dont know how to negotiate how is that anyones fault?? They price the good high because they EXPECT you to ask for a better price. Sometimes they dont give me the lowest price or pay as much as I would like to get... them I find somewhere else to go. Thats the way it works. If they have too many iPads then they will pay l;ess if they have none they will pay more... Its called economics 101
