Fabulous! These guys are amazing, specially anything you need for modifications. They were done in an hour for my headlights and fog lights while I worked using their wifi in the store!! I will 1000 percent will go back to do them for more upgrades in the future. Highly recommend this place. They are honest and not greedy like some of those dealerships service center.

I’ve had my tires balanced at this shop before and noticed some scatches on my wheels but that comes with aftermarket wheels and tires but my problem is the customer service, Came in to see if they could install some front struts for me I understand if you busy and can’t do it cool but I guess he was the owner told me he’d be right back, I waited for 15mins nobody else that worked in the shop never asked me did I need help with anything or was I waiting on someone. I know QT will always do work for people and you’ve been in business for 30yrs but you never know who that one person that comes in your establishment might be,first impression is a major factor in doing business.

Got my truck lifted, air intake, and tonnuea cover. I worked with Jeff and he took care of me and gave me a great price. Watched their interaction with other customers and these guys know their stuff.

Great customer service and prices. I looked around for 2 days to change my customs to my factory rims and everyone gave me unreasonable prices. These guys took care of me and charged me 50% of what everyone else was charging. If your military like me in live in the area, I highly recommend. Top tier service.

I went in this past Saturday so Brian could take a look at the aftermarket headlights and tail lights I purchased for my 05 4 Runner I set up my appointment for Wednesday (today). Brian told me up front to drop off at noon and he will have it ready by 4pm. I dropped it off today and I kid you not at 4:01pm I got a call saying my truck was ready. Everyone who I spoke with while I was there was so kind and professional. Everything was perfect when I went to my truck and looked at the lights. Brian with Quality Tire has restored my faith in humanity. Over the weekend my parents were out of town visiting their newborn grandson, while returning home they hit a chunk of concrete on I-95S blowing out a tire and splitting the rim. We had the vehicle towed to an unaffiliated shop in Woodbridge who was unable to find a replacement for the rare rim lug pattern and offset until 3 days later. My elderly parents were stranded at this unaffiliated shop while I attempted to find a replacement rim from 400 miles away. I called over 20 shops and dealers trying to find a rim to get them back on the road to no avail. I finally got in touch with Brian who showed extreme interest in helping my elderly parents get back on the road. Long story short, Brian found a perfect match replacement for the rim, from a private third party seller, drove on his personal time to go and pick them up with his own money AND deliver them to my stranded parents at an unaffiliated tire repair shop! They are now back home, 3 days sooner than I found from talking to 20+ other vendors, businesses and dealers.Thank you so much Brian for taking care of my stranded parents. Very knowledgeable and helped me get my used tires mounted and balanced when other shops wouldnt. Very fair pricing and had me in and out within an hour (remove wheels from car, dismount 4 bad tires, mount 4 tires, balance 4 tires, install 4 wheels).

Professional service and great shop for aftternaket wheels, tires and accessories especially for truck and jeeps. Had them rebalance my new tires and wheels on my 18 Toyota tundra after experiencing vibration in steering at around 50 mph. After they did it, no more shaking. Shouldve had them install it to begin with!

I found out about this place from a recommendation of a friend of mine. Over multiple years, Ive brought 5 different cars to have the windows tinned and its been an excellent experience each time - thats what keeping me coming back each time. I actually have an appointment set up for next Tuesday to get my new car tinned.

I needed a new tire asap. I called over 20 places but no one had the size and Quality Tire was the only place that could order the tire and get me in the very next day to change it. Everyone else said it would take three or four days.

Got new rims and tires put on. They didn’t tighten the rear left side lug nuts, almost had my tire fall off on my way back home .

Brian was phenomenal running the front desk, simultaneously addressing customer questions and handling calls like a pro. He minimized customer wait time by having customers fill out forms while he went out to the parking lot with other customers to ensure he got their service ticket right, and didnt keep people on hold too long. He was very calm, very professional, and very knowledgeable about the business and made everyone feel like their time was valuable. If the quality of the technical service is half as good as the quality of customer service, Ill never go anywhere else again!

I personally have done business with this place which came highly recommended by a dealership where I purchased my recently new Jeep. Brian,Did a huge favor for us. We were having issues with our 2016 Toyota Sienna key FOBs with the remote starter we had installed back in 2016 at Lustine Toyota in Woodbridge. He had his technicians work on the issue and resolve it and didnt charge us anything for the labor or time! While this isnt standard practice Im sure, we are very grateful because the original issue wasnt even what he was anticipating and it was probably more labor intensive, but he took care of it. Couldnt recommend these guys more especially during the COVID-19 uncertainty.

Great service! Very helpful! We were driving from Maryland to North Carolina when I noticed a bubble in the sidewall of my tire. We were close to Quality Tires so I went there to see if someone could help us. Brian could not have been nicer, more willing to help and knowledgeable. He checked the tire, told me what he thought was the problem, and recommended that I should not continue driving on it. He then helped me get a new tire (easily recommending what tire fit my needs) and quickly had it installed. He also had the rest of the tires checked so we could get back on the road as soon as possible. From the moment we pulled up outside of Quality Tires until we left with our new tire, I could not have had a better experience. The waiting area was perfect for my daughter and her friend who found a cool place on a warm day to get some water and recharge their phones.

Quality Tire did an outstanding job consulting and upgrading my exhaust and air intake on my Dodge Ram. Brian was AWESOME to work with and I cant say enough how HAPPY I am with the finished product. Quality Tire provided me with a great experience. I called several areas to check tire prices and Jeff answered the phone. Jeff gave me a great deal compared to many other local shops, including Costco next door. Jeff was very customer service orientated and answered all my questions. My tires were ordered and ready the next day. The day of service, Jeff was there, and I was only in the store for approximately two seconds before I was greeted. The tires were mounted very quickly and I have absolutely no complaints. I will use Quality Tire for my Ford F-150 again!

Although this place was able to install my tires quick when they 1st opened and they are able to take lowered cars they did not fill my tires to the recommended tire pressure. Upon asking they about the tire pressure light being on they told me they it will go off after 10miles. Now my sensors may be different then other cars they could of at least put in the recommended tire pressure.

Customer service sucks. I went inside the store nobody offered to help me out. After five minutes i left my information and they said theyll get in touch with me and its been over a week and im still waiting.

Do not use these guys!!! They only want your money. They up charge you with BS additions to make it appear as youre getting a good deal but youre actually getting ripped off.I came here because I needed experts to help with buying wheels and tires but instead I got ripped off and poor customer service. Not only was the customer service poor but my order was a week late.Next they charged me $1000 more for wheels I found online cheaper. They guaranteed me that this would ensure a smooth ride. It didnt.They forgot to install gaskets costing me an additional trip back to their shop. When all was said and done I was not satisfied with the product or the service but remain patient. I went back to the store to discuss the possibility of trading the wheels in but the little short shop manager had no customer service skills. He wouldnt even try to help me resolve the issue with the wheels I just bought from him.He even went as far as lying about his own store policy, as if I couldnt read. You guys are lucky Im not an attorney.Dont waste your money or your time. You will be very disappointed.

Been going to Quality Tire since 2005, from my Honda Civic, to my Mazda RX8 and to my current Ram 1500. Every job has been top notch. Ive taken my vehicles there for tint install, custom fog lights, numerous installation of aftermarket suspension parts, and of course, tires. They do it all. Highly Recommended! The associates have always been kind and knowledgeable.

Wonderful job on my husbands 2016 Silverado. I was skeptical at first but then when they called me to pick it up I fell in love with the truck once again. Quality Tire installed lowering springs and tinted the windows on my 2011 Mustang GT/CS back in February 2012 and did an excellent job. I was so impressed with the quality their work and how great the tint looked after almost 4 years that I am now a returning customer. They just completed tinting the windows on my 2016 Mustang GT and once again, a fantastic job. I will be bringing my 2016 Mustang EcoBoost to their shop in the near future for sure. Very professional service and Bryan was so patient with me to answer every question I had (I ask a lot of questions). Had weather guards and full window tinting done in less than two hours, on a Friday, and then they squeezed in window tinting for my other car with out an appointment!!! Both cars look GREAT!! I talked to “The $100 Tint” people and they quickly recommend a better and more $$ film. Upon comparing there slightly better tint film to Quality Tire’s standard film, the price different was only $25 and the “other guys” tint film is metallic based and can interfere with electronics, they try saying that it will only interfere with in-dash navigation systems. If you want great service, great products, at a great price- Quality Tire is the place to go!!!!!

This is a great place for window tinting. They did an excellent job. Took a couple hours but Im in love with the tint. Ive noticed a difference in UV rays coming in and how much less heat is in the vehicle.

I called on the phone to ask about putting spacers on and they said $40.00. When I arrived, it required additional labor. They arbitrarily charged me $125.00 to put spacers on with the new studs. I had all parts myself so this was purely labor. They told me an hour and a half, but it probably took them twenty minutes. They kept me waiting though, maybe to give the impression of hard-labor. :)Had they given me an honest deal, I would have rewarded them with repeat business. But because they tried this on my first experience with them, Ill never be back. Maybe this will serve as a lesson, and be an example for why there is incentive to doing good business. No receipt given either. This place stinks.Their rims arent great, are overpriced, and all appeal to a certain demographic. Buy online and save a TON of money. Get them installed at a more reputable shop.

Went to QT to get my car lowered. They did an outstanding job and from what I checked around a much cheaper price. I thought about ordering the springs online but found out it ended up saving me more money to have all the work done at the same place. Salesperson knew his stuff and made sure I was take care of.

If you plan on bringing your vehicle to this shop, I highly recommend you make sure you look out for anything that may be broken or missing after installing anything BEFORE you leave the shop. I recently came in for a powersteps installation and one of my interior side panels was broken. Didn’t notice it until next day, and 100% I would’ve noiced it before and would not be typing this review. I called back and Brian’s response to this was that my truck is “used” and the part was already broken before they started working, and the guy working on the truck pointed it out to him the day of (why would he specifically go and point it out?). Overall, If they brake something they should take accountability for it.

I am very impressed with the customer service and promptness of their work. They answered all my questions and I was able to bring in 4 tires purchased online and they installed them in less than 45 mins.
