I appreciate that the trainee politely asked me if I needed help but left me alone to look for furniture. I have felt stalked in store before and who wants to feel like your being watched and followed while shopping. As a trainee I could tell she really wanted to do a good job with customers and she was exceptionally polite. A smidge more explanation of the smaller fees that I already assumed anyway would have been nice before ringing it up, but it was not the final sale the trainer and trainee could answer every question that I had. Very pleasant experience. Shipping is going to take a while but hey, its covid...what are you going to do. Not their fault. Good deal on a nice couch and ottoman.

He also assisted with speedy delivery of our furniture!Only issue, is that we have not received our furniture cleaner and there is no contact number to the warranty department.CTS Delivery Service provided great service. They had a smooth process for unpacking and setting up the furniture. They also cleaned up and removed the packing.

Upon arrival Amir greeted my fiancée and I attentively assisted us in financing our furniture. What really stood out was his knowledge and patience with us throughout the process. In all, the customer service experience was excellent!

Nice selection, no amazing selection with some clearance items on sale. Luckily none of their staff was available to talk to us. So we got to see the things we want to purchase and make plans to re decorate our new place. We enjoyed the variety of styles and designs that meet every taste under one roof.

If you notice all the reviews... it all talks about how the sales transaction went smooth. Of course it would they want your money. BUT man after the transaction is a complete.... WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!! They continue to give you false delivery dates and continuously say that the previous person misspoke. How are you going to call me, leave me a voicemail saying my mattress will be delivered this weekend, and then I call back a day later just to be told it is not getting delivered until two months later. Receiving all my pieces of furniture sets have been an unpleasant experience. Please retrain your staff and stop lying to your customers.

The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the merchandise in the showroom. Hasan and the processing agent were great. I wish that I could remember the young ladys name. They really made me feel comfortable with my purchase and financing.

I wish a lot more salespeople had the type of attitude and charisma that he has. We were able to find a great mattress thanks to Jin.
