I went in to the AT&T store yesterday to get a new SIM card. Santiago helped me get my phone set up and I was in-and-out of the store in a few minutes.

I had to come in to change my service from Verizon to AT&T. (I had no cell service at my new house.) Christina helped me and she was very resourceful and very fast. Easy breezy. Thank you so much Christina for helping me!!! Switching to ATT is almost $50 cheaper than Verizon! Stoked! I’m sending my family in. Two hours later....Happy to report that I can FaceTime and zoom perfectly with ATT from my new place out in the country! Thank you so much. I have to work from home so you are saving me a lot of time and pressure. Thank you thank you thank you! I could cry!

I was in a time crunch and needed a new phone. I was in & out of the store in less than an hour. In that time, Adrian completely set up my new phone & watch while proving competent and friendly customer service. Wonderful experience. Totally recommend!

I bought the screen protector and it cracked. When I called they told me that they can’t help me. I have to call AT&T’s customer service and sit on hold for ever. Terrible customer service. Wouldn’t even look up what I bought because I wasn’t in the store. Thanks for nothing!

Went to the shops to get fresh sneaks, saw the AT&T store and was like “my phone trash” so I walk in and it was amazing! Cool crew and they hooked my new fresh phone with all my info in it and also save me money on my cable bill! Got 2 pair of fresh sneaks after!

Awesome people and the manager treated me like royalty. Listened to my needs, and didnt sell me on stuff I didnt need. Wont go to any other store from now on!!

Quira helped me resolve a situation that I’ve been trying to deal with for over a month! I went to 3 different stores multiple times and called 611 multiple times and no one would fully help me!!! She was so so so nice and if I have to go back for some reason I’ll drive the 3 hours it took to get to her rather than going to the guys in bend :) all the employees were just super nice!

The customers of AT&T were so helpful they looked up online for the Macon Mall on the phone and how much its going to cost and it can even order if they want to so yes the people like theyre helpful the hit everything is small and it told me where to go which they have that make and model but its at Home Depot guarantee they actually have it

The new guy at this store don’t know if it was a manager or not continued to argue with me rudely and had to prove his point all the way acrossed went in there asking how to make my bill cheaper from 300 dollars like come on and I as I asked him give me a sales pitch to make me stay when I could go to xfinity and pay half as much and as he said the don’t have unlimited data I use to work for them I will not go here anymore the guys at the Keizer one have my business

If I could give a zero I would. I have had the worst time with this company. I hate how they get you to sign a new contract for everything. I have had crappy customer service and had to have 3 refunds from this company in last year. Cant wait for contract to end. I will not recommend this company to anyone and we have a few businesses and know a lot of people.

Horrible customer service. I went in there right when they opened on a thursday. my phone had died and i needed to get a new sim card to switch phones, not a long process. The single sales person helped me immediately but after 5 minutes answered the phone when it rang. he proceeded to talk to a customer on the phone for 15 minutes before getting back to me. after i had finally explained what i needed the phone rang AGAIN and he proceeded to talk on the phone for another 10 minutes while i waited there patiently for him to complete the simple task. A month later i decided to give them a second chance as he was the only person there that day. I went in on another thursday and there were three sales persons. two were helping customers already and another asked me what i needed. I wanted to pre order the note 8, not a difficult task, could be completed in about 5-10 minutes. he told me that he had an appointment and couldnt help me immediately and proceeded to play on his phone at one of the tables while i waited there for 20 minutes. at that point i got up and left, drove to keizer, a 13 minute drive, and got helped and was out the door in 15 minutes. I will NEVER go to the woodburn AT&T again.

Visited the store a few days ago and was pleasantly surprised with how quick I was helped. Cristina was very nice and explained everything to me perfectly. I’ve never left a review ever but I am so grateful for her help I knew I just had to so everyone knows how great this store and staff is! Thank you so much for your help!
