What an amazing 1st birthday experience for my son! We didnt see the special birthday bears so I asked the male associate where they were located. He kindly pulled one from the back and walked me through all the options and accessories we could do! My son was so enthralled by the stuffing machine. As the stuffing rolled around and around, his little eyes were glued! ❤️ The kind lady went over the different options for the noises that could be put in the bear. We picked a vibrating heart and a 1st birthday stuffed heart! Then when we pressed the petal to have the bear stuffed, he was so excited to watch the bear get filled up! Once the bear was done being closed up, the bear was gently passed to my son 🐻 my son immediately snuggled it 😍 Thank you Build A Bear for such a wonderful birthday experience for my son!

It was great! The manager Zude was really nice. She helped my child and showed much sympathy. She showed my child that she cared about the bear she picked.

Had a wonderful experience building our very own Pikachu, Kassidy and Veronica really brought the magic to life with a friendly, fun, and kind environment.

Got our 4 year old son buy one get one for $10 with his favorite outfits and he absolutely loves them. One Spiderman bear with Spiderman outfit and another bear with a Batman and Captain America outfit he can change anytime. Very well made.

My daughter loved her K.K Slider plushie.

Store just does not feel magical. I am not sure what is missing but I was not impressed. Prices are the same as mall stores.

Very helpful staff. Friendly and try to make sure your visit here is an experience to remember. Great place to take your kids. As an adult I enjoyed filling the critter I picked out for my son . Think its neat that they have a heart and a voice recorder you can put in the animals .

Me and my friend went hear today to make some bears... were in our teens and we made very silly bears, but the employees humored us well and were great. Really nice place, clean, great environment for kids, helpful and kind staff. Would totally recommend it!

They let us take home the last Light Fury, completing out How to Train your Dragon build a bear family! Always worth a stop

FYI the store hours just changed it now opens at 12 pm not 11 am like Google says. I also learned the birthday bears are full price if your child isnt 1 yet. However the staff was very professional and friendly and my 2 year old loves his new birthday bear. Thanks for making his day!

Cashier was rude we just had a few questions left when she turned away to a guaranteed paying customer vs us unsure of how it all worked we were thinking of making one each decided they didnt care if we spent or not

The staff were not very nice. I thought it would be more fun for my granddaughter. One of them yelled at her because she touched something. Wont go back.

Not much product and very demanding to wear a mask

The customer service is horrible. I watched a video of how the experience is at a build a bear. It was nothing like you advertise. The girl before my daughter got a little of the speel that was shown on the video. My daughter watched it. Then disappointingly my daughter wasnt talked to at all, other than to try to sell more. Sorry but this attitude will not sell more. My daughter felt very left out and I paid way to much for only a bear. Which is not what you are advertising.

The people here are so nice and patient. They really take the time to help you and walk you through the process :)

Bunny was not restocked

I spent $77.50 and they charged my card 4 times. Ridiculous. You cant reach anyone at the store. The phone rings twice then hangs up. I know the girl at the counter seemed to be having trouble, but to charge my card 4 times... now I have to go the entire weekend with no debit card. I will not go back to this store.

The gals that were working were grate.my granddaughter had so much fun.

This is by far the worst customer service build a bear location Ive been to. I came in and brought my build a bear passport to get stamped and usually when I get my passport stamped the employees would write the store number and location. In this case, the employee gave me a pen and told me to write it down on my own. I had asked for the store number so I can document it, and she said I dont know. So now I have a stamp on my passport that says I had fun at... with nothing else written on it because the employee was so lazy to do her job and fill it out for me!

The staff is very friendly but they have very little stock in the store

Okay, when I was a kid I never got invited to a Build-A-Bear party, so I never got that experience. So I was walking through the Woodburn Outlets and decided it was time I finally got it. I was delighted! The staff were super friendly and fun, I got an adorable little kitty with a pumpkin costume for Halloween, it was everything I hoped for and more! I wish I could give this experience now than five stars, it was wonderful!

This is a great place to take your children. Customer service and the floor staff are very helpful and friendly. They interact with children which engage and show interest in Build-A-Bear.The pricing is very reasonable

AMAZING! !! First time there with 4 very excited kids close to closing time (end of a long trip) The ladies were beyond helpful, attentive, and informative. They were not pushy and made sure the kids knew to ask the parent before getting anything. Loved it! !!

Love build a bears. It was my granddaughter 1st trip at 4mons old Everyone has stuffies from here, my kids, grandkids, my brides maids all have matching bears even.

Just horrible service. Ive been in several times. No acknowledgement whatsoever. Not wasting my time here anymore. Ill take my business to the Washington Square location where my son and I are treated properly.

While I was not able to go in with my son and my mother in law, I do want to leave a review and a word of advice to anyone who is planning to build a bear.My son had a great time with his Nana, and made a bear for himself and a kitty for his soon to be born sister. It was a special experience for him and he is anticipating giving his sister the cat he picked out and stuffed just for her.As for his own bear, he treats it like a best friend and does everything with it that he possibly can.The issue I’d like to note here is that the bear has already ripped. I know it’s easy to think it could be because of rough play but it’s not the case here. he is a very gentle kid with his stuffed animals, and yet within two days of making his bear it had popped a seam. I noticed when he went to bed with the bear the first night, it’s neck had a gap in the stitching where the stuffing was beginning to show through. I didn’t have any thread on hand at the time so I wasn’t able to fix it right away. By the time it was bedtime on Sunday the bear’s neck was unstitched a third of the way around and the head threatening to come off.I managed to get some high strength thread and stitched the bear up on Monday, which was not the easiest undertaking considering how slippery the faux fur is.My point is to check the seams of your animal before you get it stuffed, because putting all that love and care in to picking out a special stuffed pal means that it’s extra disappointing to have it fall apart within days of getting it.

We were there on the 15 of Sept near closing and these ladies were awesome and made this so fun for my little granddaughters first birthday bunny.

My Grandkids had fun. It was confusing at checkout. Things were not explained very well especially with the gift cards. They said I qualified for $ 50 in gift cards but didnt say how or that I would be charged for them. It was very confusing.

This location was super family oriented and their employees were great with kids!
