I enjoyed the attentive nature of the staff. I believe I was helped by the owner who was very helpful. He guided me to what I wanted and had his jeweler size a ring for me within 2 hours. I enjoyed this experience. I will continue to frequent Helzberg Diamonds in the future for my diamond purchases.

💥9/18/19 Outrageous pricing on jewelry repair. I contacted multiple jewelry stores, this was the only one that charged extra for cleaning the ring after soldering repair. Every Jeweler I talked to said they clean before soldering and after and that is part of a soldering repair.This place tied to charge me the same price as a band repair to get it cleaned?Rip off, cleaning before and after is part of the process, when you solder the material it needs to be clean for the solder to bond and when done soldering the material it needs to be cleaned because of soldering.After reading previous negative reviews about this company and screwing up jewelry repairs, I am very glad I did not choose this company.Something else I noticed that is odd, every photo on Google is taken by the company? My take is that they are blocking people from leaving honest photos. I have been reviewing on Google for a very long time and I notice things like this.The only positive experience out of contacting this company was ok customer service.🛑 STOP being greedy and ripping people off.I would not recommend, I called at least eight Jewelers.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Having visited a jewelry store just before this one with exactly the opposite qualities, I was very put off at looking for the perfect engagement ring with my fiancé. Helzberg not only turned that lack of desire around and helped me find the perfect ring, they also helped us find the perfect ring for him. Already planning our return visit for the wedding ring.

Amber is the best! I bring my rings in for the 6 month check and I always get to work with her as she is the first to come forward with a welcoming smile! Her great customer service, knowledge and helpful attitude is the best I’ve seen at any jewelry store!

Purchased a wedding band here and have had to take it in to the store 3 times to have the diamond replaced... It fell out 3 times. Glad I got the insurance on the ring. Manager told me today he would Try his best to call me back once my wife dropped off the ringFriendly... But really? Would not recommend at this point.

Staff there very helpful. Wonderful selection many to choose from and prices there can range. Helzberg Jewlery is very worth buying. Once a customer they will mail you a coupon w a free jewlery if its your birthday . Bring in the coupon show it to them and you got a free necklace..ring..or earrings. They have great promotions and more .Not many shop does that.

Recently got engaged, and heard from a person to go there and get my ring resized. Alright, got it resized, reasonable price for couple hours done. Pretty sweet right? Wrong. When I got it back, it was resized how I asked for. I went back to my vehicle, and sat and stared at it before I started driving, noticed they had melted the ring some somehow?! I went back and asked her what they did to my ring and she said was sorry, might have happened during cleaning. Um no, Ive mine cleaned at Kay Jewelers and they were perfectly fine. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING. Least I thought they would do was maybe give me some money to help get it fixed where my fiancé bought it..? Nope. My mistake.

Im in highschool and have bought two things here. A ring as a Christmas present for my mom, and a watch for myself. Each time it was a pleasure being in the store and I was helped as soon as I walked in. The manager even recognized me and my sister after an entire year. Friendly people.
