The staff was very accommodating and had a lot of patience with me.
The staff was so helpful and friendly. I couldn’t ask for better costumer service. They were able to answer all my questions.
Great experience dealing with Maleah she was very helpful!!
I purchased sunglasses for my husbands birthday at your Eugene location. We were at the shaved ice cart outside of the Woodburn outlet location and he had got some hair grease on his lens and could not get it off. I kindly asked a worker there if they could help us out and use the cleaner to get it off and he was VERY willing to help. There was also a super sweet girl working who chatted it up with us while we waited. It was such a weird request for me to ask but I know the cleaner works well since we own it and I was just very appreciative of there willingness to do so that it make the situation less awkward for me. Thanks guys!
Sunglass Hut is a great place to buy and try on new sunglasses. They have a wide variety of brands and styles, the employees are very friendly and welcoming and the store is clean and has good lighting. I will definitely be stopping by again when I need a new pair of Ray Bans.
The sales rep Sarahi was phenomenal. Asked the right questions, maintained a low pressure positive attitude and help us find exactly what we were looking for even though the item was not on display. She knew her inventory and found what she thought will fill our need from their stock room. Super cool experience.
They had a decent selection - not great. I felt like a lot of the sunglasses looked alike. Like everything was a variation of 3-4 different styles. Not sure thats Sunglass Huts fault. Its just what the companies are making, I guess. The staff was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. They did have a good range of prices available. Store was clean.
A male worker was extremely unfriendly. I asked him whether they had more options and he said no. Yesterday a female worker showed me more sunglasses in the closets under the showcases, so I bowed and opened the closet by my hand. The male worker SHUT the closet door BY HIS FOOT. I told him he could just tell me don’t open the door and he made me very uncomfortable. He insisted I shouldn’t open the closet by myself and apologized VERY IMPATIENTLY.What’s more, I saw when others asked the male worker about more sunglasses. He opened the closets immediately with smile. How ridiculous!
The gals at Sunglass Hut are super awesome, friendly and more than willing to go out of their way to find you the right pair!
Went to return a pair of glasses, in order to get a better pair. Originally cost me 129.95. Cashier says my bank got the $ back. Try to purchase new glasses that are 159.95 and my card is declined. What she actually did was charge me again for the glasses I just returned. Says her systems are down and cant do anything about it. Now Im out $260 and have to contact my bank. Week later i get a charge for the glasses I wasnt able to buy because of her screw up. She drained my bank $420 for nothing. Never coming back to this store again.
Found what I was looking for at about 1/2 the price in Portland. The girl with the nice nails did a great job helping me out.
Went in looking for some cheap sunglasses, said as much to the salesman and he promptly directed me to some of the most expensive sunglasses they had. Overall it was Blah
I had purchased several sunglasses for myself, family, and friends from this location. The bright lighting in the Woodburn store makes it hard for you to detect any defect in the sunglass. I noticed the defect on the frame and lens only after a few days in normal sunlight. I couldnt do return it immediately as I was out on vacation for 2 months abroad. The store had initially told me that I could return the product anytime within a year, so I wasnt worried about the return. I took it to the sunglasshut near my home, which was at a Macys store and the representative there highlighted some more defects in my sunglasses. He also told me that they shouldnt have even had these glasses on display. He spoke to his Manager and offered to buy back the sunglasses for 50% of the cost. I declined the offer and was very disappointed with what happened to me at the Woodburn store. I hadnt used the sunglasses for more than 3 months, as I was using the old ones and I didnt feel like even touching the sunglasses when I felt cheated. Their customer service at the store was good, as they were polite and patient in showing the sunglasses, but they shouldnt have sold me a defective piece. I spent nearly $300 and ended up with defective Prada and Oakley sunglasses. I am never coming back to this store and I am not sure if I will ever trust any of their stores. Tip: Please be very picky with the sunglasses you choose and to check for very minute details. Its your hard earned money.
Very friendly staff helped us make a stylish choice.
Didnt purchase anything but had great service, honest advise and will definitely go back when I am ready to buy!
Where is Beth? She is your best!

Great service! Got some Oakleys
Special thanks for Sam. The best service.
Took them 1 month to do a transfer from one store to another ... customer service sucks ... never received call back ... people working there have no clue what there doing ... they need to hire responsible adults not kids in these high end stores!!!!
Great selection....very helpful staff
