This was a nice place and they were helpful. We didnt purchase anything, but have an idea of what we are looking for now.

The staff were very helpful: the cashier made sure we didnt buy the wrong size suitcase cover, rang up the purchase without having to scan the luggage itself (because we had already started putting our previous purchases in there). On the other hand, it was a little off-putting when we said that no one had helped us (which was true, before the cashier started helping) and the cashier didnt seem to believe it, as he kept asking other employees, Did you help these guys?

Consumer Beware! False advertising. The store merchandising advertised 40% off. When we found a piece of luggage that we liked for $199 and tried to buy it with the 40% off, the manager, Chad ripped the tag off the luggage and gave us a different higher price for the luggage. Classic bait and switch. Surprised that Samsonite, a brand know for quality and trust, would operate like this.
