I purchased a triple wide from them and can not say I would buy from again. Its is not because of the materials but rather the quality of work. Drywall is sloppy with waves in the walls, texture is mismatched through out the home, and there are visible seems. There just seems there is no pride in the work they do, The home has great potential, but I was rather disappointed in the finish work.

Do not let Chris Manley of CRM construction set your home. He doesnt know what hes doing and has zero integrity when it comes to owning up to his mistakes tries to lie his way out like a little kid. Man up and pay for your mistakes! Very poor workmanship! Nothing in the house is level, mirrors, electrical boxes, switches and shelving. you cant even install a fan in the master bedroom because there are no ceiling studs to mount too. real cheap product, build stick built! Chris Flanning the customer service rep has zero skills and does not take care of the customers there all in bed together!!

I would give them zero Stars. My daughter bought a home from them one year ago, it has defective plumbing. The whole subfloor has been compromised and they won’t repair it in a timely manner or use proper protocol. The home is so mold infested that atlas labs deemed it unsafe for humans to live in. They laugh at us when we tell them we are sick and need the home repaired properly. We are currently living in tents in our front yard. I am considering calling a the local news companies to see if they will make the issue public knowledge. !!!!!!!

Amazing company to work for.

Had a few problems at first. Part was due to the setup crew. number of things problems the setup crew caused. They ran over something which split open the underbelly of the home let all the insulation out. Hit something that caused the outside water faucet to break and leak. Did not use enough blocks. So the house was not level.the main cross over from the furnace came loose and was laying on the ground. We needed a warm of the furnace to dry the plaster... But most of the heat was going outside.Other items fixed or compensated.Have owned now for 17 years. No major problems.

I am a contractor doing repairs on a Fleetwood home. Cant believe they passed any kind of credible inspection.Interior pressboard extending 2 feet past ext. wall to accommodate a tip outwindow. Rotted entire cardboard wall. 0 quality involved in building or materials in this deluxe model. not my home but the owner really got taken for a fool

If you want your tools stolen and have a mind of a zombie, this is the perfect place to be working. Also if you want a skinny old man who treats you like a slave, still surprised that he hasnt retired, then this is the place. Dont just take my word for it, go there yourselves.

I bought a house with Fleetwood and the electrical installation of the furnace was wrong, no interior door closed, the paint had 2 different colors in all places of the house including ceilings, the cabinets had no covers behind and you could see the wall with patches and lots of paste that were not removed, the kitchen island had 2 cuts in front of the wooden buttons, the thermostat works but it has a crack, sinks plumbing was not sealed.. And I made the report and sent photos of everything but they only fixed the electrical problem. Im still waiting because they said they would fix everything but now they dont answer my calls or emails. I buy manufactured homes every 6 months and never had any claims with another factory, but with fleetwood the defect list is very large and the customer service very poor.

Previous employee. Wasnt aware a good portion are lazy ex cons when i started working. ( Without a criminal background.)I just wanted manual labor.Had a handful of great workers some of which were ex cons.For that i hope your home is sound.. Its scary what they cover up...Good luck

I own a Fleetwood home built in 1999. See the photos! The trusses are made out of 2x2! I am replacing my roof and almost 30 sheets of plywood. Most roofs should last at least 30 years, I got less than 20, and by the look of it, probably didnt make it 15. I have had to rewire entire circuits because half the house was fed by one breaker. My 4 bed 2 bath has had needed more manufacturer caused repairs than a stick built home. My recommendation, spend the extra few grand and build, do not get premanufactured.

The pay is to low for the worker esspecialy for those been working there for while and the starting rate is to low the owner of the compampanie need to wake up and smell the coffee .
