(I have not received my Park Model yet so this review may be updated after its delivered) I havent written a G-review before, but the effort and expertise of the person helping me select a home was so excellent I felt she deserved extra credit. I assumed this process might be like buying a car (ugh), but Laura A.s knowledge, responsiveness, attention to detail, and customer service skills were just exceptional. She made a complicated decision (all the features) as transparent and sensible as possible, giving me the confidence to purchase the home on the day I visited the model. She has continued to track and advance my order details with the factory in a highly professional way. A skilled employee like Laura makes her company look good; I have referred someone else who is looking for two similar homes to her and Park Models Direct.

While the finished product that these guys sell is fairly decent, theres a lot of hurdles getting there. To start with, even though they are located at the factory they are alledgedly different than Factory Expo Homes. These guys do the selling and ultimatley put your order in to the factory and then are no where to be found after that. You have to deal directly with the factory and thats a chore. I have reviewed them seperately. We worked with Ben who is the Sales Manager. Very nice guy and overall pretty helpful...until the sale is over then no more Ben. My biggest frustration with him is that we made 3 TRIPS from Canada down to Oregon to see a specific park model unit and never got to do that. The first time was just a drop in on our way to a vacation. The second time, we contacted Ben to make sure a King Creek model would be available and he confirmed it would be. When I got there....no King Creek!! Wasnt happy. 9 months later we changed our mind and this time asked Ben when we should come down to see the Beaver Creek model. He gave us a date and my Wife and I took the time off work to come down on a 3 day trip. We showed up Monday morning at 8am and Ben started to panick as the park model dissappeared and was no where to be found. At this point, we had already put oney down on the trailer but really wanted to see and walk this unit so we can make final decisions about everything from the lino to where outlets are to final window choices. Unfortunatley we did not get to do this and now have a few regrets and would have done things differently. We are VERY DISSAPOINTED by this as now were stuck with a unit with choices we dont want. All Ben did was apologize and moved on. We ended up getting our new unit after a 6 month wait and it is truly a beautiful unit. Unfortunately we found 27 deficiencies inside and out of the unit. None of the 4 doors would close, inclduing the back door that was wedged shut and we had to break into our own unit. The shower leaked all over the hallway. The microwave didnt work, neither did the ice maker we paid extra for. Breakers constantly tripped. 20% of the rodent barrier underneath fell down/apart. A complete pantry was missing? There were just numerous quality control issues and poor workmanship that was a head shaker. Ben said they have a team that looks over the unit before it leaves and everything is tested. This is absolutley not true. I CCd Ben on numeorus emails to the factoy as thats who you have to go to and not once did he bother to email back or help in any way. This is very disspointing to us. In short, we would NOT recoomned this place or buy here again.

Mary was very helpful in getting us a replacement mso certificate. Her communication was exceptional.

I made an appt to see models on a Saturday after driving from Seattle to find only one model available for viewing because the manufacturing part of facility is closed on weekends. It would have been nice if the woman had told me this. I would have scheduled on a weekday. I was very displeased and will take my business elsewhere.
