Not very friendly or helpful when I bought shoes. Had to return them the same day. The 2nd person was very nice and helpful.

Helpful staff, good selection. The only issue is they have a very small selection of womens size 11 shoes and nothing bigger.

We decided to spend Father’s Day in Portland from Bellevue Washington.We heard great things about the outlets so took a trip down and after three stores ended up at this location. After looking around for maybe 10 minutes we decided to leave and were stopped at the door with an associate screaming in front of everyone how I had taken a pair of shoes and stuffed some in the sock section (which I never walked near) the entire store stopped to stare which was quite embarrassing and after we left my children who were in strollers all of which are toddler started asking questions about why this stranger was yelling at me and what happened.I got extremely upset and went back to let them know why they would do that to me and it turns out it “was a different person” who they thought was me. I’m pregnant and apparently every fat brown person looks the same to them.After saying some things I’m not so proud of my family was forced to leave the mall entirely because of the emotional distress from this altercation in addition to my depression.This is my first Father’s Day after my father has passed from covid 19 and being away from my family entirely after a cross country move and this is what I got to deal with.I’m waiting for a call back from the store in regards to the employee who harassed me.

Like this store very much, though didnt have the sizes we needed this trip. Well be back

Selection was poor and staff was not friendly like Im used to.

Horrible customer service. The workers follow you around and look inside large purses/bags secretly like every customer is there to steal. They chased a customer who had shopping bags and were talking about them to one another in their radios. A cashier also rolled her eyes and gave a huge attitude when a PAYING customer had a $50 bill for her $52 purchase because the employee wanted $10s & $20s instead. Do not recommend. Spend your money elsewhere.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went into store to get matching air maxs for my daughter and I. Customer service re who refused to disclose name followed me everywhere. I picked out my daughter shoes and went to my pair and she STARRED entire time. I handed her box and told her she can shoes at register. (so she would leave me alone to shop). Very uncomfortable looking around with lady breathing down my neck. She told me I could leave store. I had no raised my voice just simply handed her shoes. I couldnt believe it. I cant shop there because I dont want to be followed. Looking at other reviews it appears bad experiences come from people of color. Im going to see if I can get an investigation started for racial profiling. If lady actually knew me she would know Im a single mom who works 2 jobs and doesnt need to steal. Will be following up with upper-managemrnt and an investigation will start!

Good shoes. Ok selection. I opted to get spammed so I can get notified of the good sales, and I live close to an outlet store. So it is our preferred spot for name brand shoes. But you will pay above retail even at the outlet store if youre not taking advantage of stacking discounts, in which case you can get good bargains.

It was great there everything was buy one get one 1/2 off I was able to find my granddaughters shoes does she want it should match outfits that she had the prices were great the people were wonderful very helpful parking was right there it was really good parking I went really enough to where it was not really crowded Im actually on my way back now to get my grandson some shoes and they will send them off for you my grandchildren live in California and they are willing to mail the shoes all for me for free thats great customer service

We took a pair and wore outside an hour and shoe is getting toring (bottom sole) apart. We visited woodburn famous footwear outlet to return. They are not accepting those as it wore outside. I am not sure how can we test footwear with out wearing outside. The sales executive and store manager suggesting to use in house until satisfied. I just left in store my pair of shoes purchased for 25$. Be careful if you are one trying to purchase and thinking about return.

Do not shop at this store! Today about 4pm my family and Inlaws entered to buy shoes for my family. Upon entering the clerk/manager confronted my mother in law and said she could not be in the store with her purse bag. She claimed it was the mall policy. She treated my family as if we were criminals telling us we had to leave. I asked her several times whose policy this was. She claimed it was the malls policy and when we informed her that we have been into miltiple stores without anyone telling us that. Her response was the other stores dont follow the policy.We left. We then went to three other shoe stores and asked if they are familiar with this mall policy and no knew anything about that policy and apologized to us for the treatment we received. We were very happy to spend our $600 on shoes elsewhere. Utterly appalling customer service and this manager needs to review common sense service!!! Never ever spending another dime in this shoe store again. Do not shop here because they assume you are a criminal before being a customer!!!!

Im from Salem. Werent to one of the local store. Didnt have pair we wanted so they searched on computer said woodburn has them. So we asked can you call make sure lady said there phone not working they cant call. Um ok, fine, I called woodburn outlet store said we dont have them. I said lady here says you have 2 pair they said well of it says we do then we do but they not on the floor and we not going to dig through 200 boxes in the back. I was very shocked and will not be shopping here agai .

The staff is not very friendly, even with very few people if you ask them for help, they just point with their finger where you can find what they are looking for, but it would be easier for them to take you to where the product is and help you find the number you are looking for
