Love the store and the prices. The staff was very helpful and made sure I was able to take full advantage of the sale going on. Nice selection of shoes in all sizes and a variety of clothing options to choose from, will definitely be back again

Pretty upset that I drove an hour through traffic to get here only to find out that this is the only day they close early and it’s not updated on maps. I was excited to get some new nursing shoes but now I guess I’ll have to wait awhile 😢 please update your hours so people don’t arrive so disappointed like I had to.

DO NOT BUY SHOES FROM HERE!!! After 90 days of wearing my shoes they basically broke. I went in to see what they could do for me. They said there was nothing they could do and referred me to there customer service number. Called them and they were very upfront that they could not exchange or refund my money. So now Im stuck with a pair of shoes I cant wear and cant get my money back or exchange. So avoid this place, because if anything happens to your shoes youre screwed. FAIR WARNING.

I will NEVER shop here again!!! The manager was completely useless and very rude. I have a pair of shoes that I have worn 4 times. There is something wrong with the seam on top and it caused a blood vessel to swell and burst on the top of my foot. I took the shoe back to return it and he would not listen to my case or do anything for me. I now have a pair of shoes I cannot wear and am out the money I paid for them. He was the WORST customer service person I have ever dealt with. I normally have no problem with customer service. This was my first, and last, time to shop here. I also never leave negative reviews. This is a first.

Comfy shoes, I have pretty wide feet and new balance has a variety of widths to choose from. Also, the souls provide the most grip I have had with a pair of shoes! Really helps when hiking!

The customer service here was great. The sales staff showed us the shoe we were looking for and a couple of other walking shoes as well. Then they kind of let us do our own thing but were close enough that when we looked around it was easy to catch someones eye. I love that kind of service when Im shopping somewhere where I can pick out my own shoe sizes! The store was neatly organized and very clean. You could tell the staff took pride in their jobs. On top of that, my husband loved the walking shoes he bought. They were top 10 rated by several different places and 40% off due to the Labor Day sale!!!

Staff were friendly, store was clean. There was a promotion (it wasnt listed anyplace), about half the shoes were marked as not pay of the promotion.

This store was super. My husband had a super wide foot. They carry sizes that you wont find in other stores. The employees were so helpful and the prices were terrific. My husband loves his shoes.

Love new balance shoes for sure!! However,, i can never find a size 15 that i wear so buying them is a challenge unless i order them...

I was in the store for over 10 minutes, neither of the guys working asked if I needed any help, just kept talking to each other about their problems... When I asked for something, it was very clear they werent interested in helping... That and the selection was slim - yes, lots of shoes, but only if youre really interested in grey or black....
