Chloe and the team at the Woodland store were proficient, patient and professional. We were quickly acknowledged upon arrival and received thorough service with the purchase of our daughter’s Apple Watch. Couldn’t be more pleased with the ease of this transaction. What an enjoyable experience. Skip the customer service line and go see these folks in person for great service.
I cannot say enough positive things about Marco at the Woodland store! He was incredibly helpful, professional and very personable. I had put off purchasing a new phone for months because I’m not tech-savvy and I was dreading the experience. Marco put me at ease immediately, answered all my questions and was very patient. ATT is lucky to have Marco working for them, I’d definitely return again!
I went in to cancel the Internet account my mom had set up. She died without leaving information available- Passmore, etc. I called customer service and they said to to talk to someone at the AT&T store. Its no longer a corporate store, but Chloe helped me anyway by contacting corporate for me and confirming that I brought in the official paperwork. She was so kind through the whole process.
The customer service people were super patient with helping me set up a cellular account for my iwatch. I would never have figured it out on my own. It took some time, and they had a great attitude about it.

Don’t join a new service at this place, they will lie to you about the price you are going to pay to your face. I was told I would pay 180 a month, now it’s 220. I was also told my trade in would pay off nearly the entire price of my new phone, now I check my bill and see that I was only given credit for $100 for it. I’m pretty sure it’s criminal what this place is doing

The staff is pretty friendly. One of the workers there, (I think his name was Julian) helped me when I was there and went above and beyond to make sure that all my requests were met.

Horrible! They are always charging me extra fees and fines and then have some excuse as to why. My bill is outrageous for no reason! And they are charging me more than what’s advertised on their website. Poor customer service. Had to call 5 different numbers just to get to customer support and now I’ve been stuck on hold FOREVER. I will be taking my business elsewhere

I visited the Woodland AT&T store to inquire about upgrading my phone. The clerk was not helpful - which I have experienced in the past. She questioned my wanting to buy a new phone when mine was working just fine and I owed six more installments to pay it off. I was quite taken aback - as I am of the mind that the customer is to be serviced professionally and in a timely matter - not treated like a child. I much prefer the Davis CA store.
I returned today and had a different sales associate from yesterday. Today Steven was very good and knowledgeable. I wish Ishmael from yesterday was as good as Steven.
Very poor customer service. This store has always been worse than others but its now below standard. It is very obvious that they are not there for the customer. Its just job. Left the place and drove to Davis where I received wonderful service. Thank you.
Bad customer Service.Bad signal everywhere (including my house if I don’t have WiFi)I don’t get my data until the middle/end of the month even though they charge me at the beginning, then it’s gone in 2 weeks, even if I’m not using it.
The Woodland AT&T store employees have been wonderful to me. I have been in there three times in the last two months. Each time they have given me accurate information, and helped me through the process of switching out a faulty iPhone. I am tech challenged, and they are incredibly patient and thorough.

The employee that helped us (Raj) was fantastic. He wasnt the issue at all. However, other employees there were. I had a slight issue with a tempered glass that was installed on my phone so I went back the next day and the girl said they wont do anything for me and it isnt refundable. While I was waiting for Raj to get in for his shift, the two girls working were also having conversations complaining about customers from their previous shifts (which is extremely unprofessional.) The one girl even admitted to me that multiple customers have been complaining about the tempered glass they sell (yet they refuse to refund it or pull them from inventory.) These tempered glass protectors are 50 dollars, so they arent cheap either. Fortunately, Raj was able to help me out and took care of me. I wrote both the store manager and district manager about my experience of how Raj was great, but I had concerns with the attitudes and professionalism of other employees there, but neither wrote me back. Im only giving this store 2 stars because of excellent service from Raj, and if you decide to go into the store, request him.
Ive visited this store over 3 weeks ago and Ive asked to have AutoPay set up on my account.Ive asked a second time So you confirm my account is on AutoPay, right? the lady said Yes, youre on AutoPay nowK.Just recently I got a warning because my account was past due. She DIDNT set up the AutoPay when Ive asked.Poor customer service!

This is not about the store, but overall att service in Woodland. Service has tanked in the east side of woodland in the past year, it’s so bad that at times data won’t load at all, I’ve reported the problems via mark the spot, over the phone, and even to store employees who admit service has gotten really bad in Woodland. I’ve come to the conclusion AT&T doesn’t care about Woodland, and literally every other carrier, even sprint for gods sake, works better than AT&T in east Woodland.

When trying to trade in my at&t next samsung phone, management said they would not accept the trade-in because it had a small crack on the back glass in the top right corner. Although there was no frame damage, no screen damage and no camera lens damage like at&ts policy states, they still would not accept the phone. We are talking about one of the largest corporations in America telling me that their multibillion dollar partnership with samsung says they cant accept trade-ins with a tiny crack on the rear. Its absolite rubish. At&t agreed with me and took my trade-in after speaking with support on the phone. Woodland AT&T will turn customers away because they value their relationship with their corporate partners over their relationship with there customer. Ill spend my money at other at&t locations. Customers beware! Dont trust what these guys tell ya, do your own research!
I just signed up for att service in Woodland again and am shocked at how much they’ve improved, they recently added a new tower in east woodland and seem to have upgraded all their other towers here as well because they’ve gone from worst in town (even worse than sprint lol,) to best in a matter of months, I get great data speeds all over town and can now recommend them again. Good job AT&T!

I had a screen go bad stripes all over the screen. It was insured and I paid the deductable as discussed received the Iphone in the mail. charged it up but was unable to use the phone. I visited the store for help was told that it was not a att problem but rather a apple problem. Apple was contacted said the phone was not activated. Showing no service on the phone.. Also in the process of trying to activate the new phone my apple id was lost on all my apple devices. Very frustrating experience. When I asked in I admit a annoyed manor who I could yell and complain to the service representative said the sky? maybe it was a long day for both of us. It shouldnt be this hard.

Why are you so bad, I did not owe you money, why did not notice any stop my phone service. And on Saturdays, and no one in any of your departments can help me to reopen the phone. Must wait until Monday. My business is to accept orders by phone. Two days !! The other I suffered heavy losses !!

One of exactly two choices in Woodland for AT&T costumers who want some face to face customer support and sales. Employees arent particularly approachable, though perhaps thats not a bad thing as theyre not particularly helpful either.
Dont waist your time buying their internet packages... theres a reason all of the plans say up to the amount offered. We pay for 50mbps and have only 4-10 about 90% of the time. When we called to have it fixed and someone come out they rescheduled 4 times in a row. The last time we had an appointment I was at home waiting and the guy never showed up and when I called they said we didnt answer. Even though I was there the whole time. I finally got someone to come out after about 2 weeks of all of this going on and the guy was over an hour late to the appointment. We are switching our internet to wave. We have heard wonderful things about the internet they provide and how they actually match the numbers they sell to you.
I’d been an AT&T customer for 15+ years, and it had been ok, the cell service has declined over the past year or so, and I couldn’t even use my phone reliably anymore. I know I’m not the only one in Woodland with this problem.Avoid RAJ!!! He doesn’t know what he’s doing!!I went to get released from our family plan and go to T mobile. The attendant “RAJ” said it was super easy and just gave me a code to send T mobile a code to take my phone number over and that’s it.“Cool” we thought......Went to T mobile, on Pioneer, Gabriel, the attendant there was awesome. Made it fast and easy.Gabriel said there was a problem, AT&T still had a lock on my phone, (the actual device, not the service.)I couldn’t start using my T mobile SIM card until ATT let go. He said I had to go back to ATT to get the Phone released.(You would have thought RAJ would have mentioned that. Key take away, BOO RAJ, BOO. Thumbs down)Anyway, Mohamad AT&T (round 2) was very helpful.Mind you, at this point, my phone has no cell service to call a home, basically a paper weight.Mohammad helped us do some online request through corporate to release the phone.... the downside, it would take 48-72 hours to get it free. Then and only then could my T Mobile SIM card work.That was my only move left. So that’s what happened.Had RAJ said that I needed to do that in the first place, I wouldn’t have closed out my plan before they turned my service off. (An industry Pro, yet he didn’t mention that this was a step in this process to do in his own store. Wow)

Quickly activated a new phone. No issues
The Samsung Galaxy 3 phone is faulty. Three phones later and two sims cards (in two months) they only replaced it with the Galaxy 4 because I threatened to buy out my contract. Now the Galaxy 4 just shut down. Even the AT&T customer service rep was having problems with corporate staff getting it resolved. Two days later, still no phone. This all started at the Woodland store, when they suggested a solution to the faulty phone. Sell it to some unsuspecting buyer on a social media website, and buy a new phone here. I did not agree that I should pass their problem on to someone else.

Im not a customer of AT&T, but was considering changing over. I walked into the store and an employee swarmed to me like a fly on a rotting carcass. I just wanted to look around and she starts pestering me and asking me to tell her my name. It reeked of desperation and was overly aggressive. I just had to turn around and walk out the door.
When multiple AT&T stores tell you something different, its hard to know which one is lying to you. I think these guys were actually telling the truth, but who can know. I dont get service at my house, and they tried to sell me a 3g microcell. After asking for the manager, and complaining for close to an hour, they finally gave it to me for free. Still frustrating. My advice for AT&T: STAY AWAY!!!!

I have been standing in the store for 15 minutes waiting for someone to help me, I need a new sim card and the only help I have received was from one of the employees who told me they were busy and went back to playing on their iPad.
