Jessica & Andrea rock; They are Tech savvy and figured out my cell phone issue and with great character .Other store recommended me to them since they could not figure out my issue with my phone. I highly recommend them

So I went in the T-Mobile store #2878 today because I needed a SIM card Sense I’m a Sprint customer and soon it will be required to make the change Well the young ladies Amy (store manager) Andrea, and Jessica made me feel super welcome from the moment we walked in. I explained my issue to them and they sure got on it to make sure my sons phone and mine were working smoothly with the new SIM cards. They answered all my questions without hesitating. Amy also explained to me the changes that will be happening with now T-Mobile taking over Sprint and his I can still access my information without a doubt. These girls provide a great customer service definitely will be coming back for any other purchase or questions I have regarding my service. Thank you Ladies.

Worst customer service I have ever received. Jessica the manager was waving her finger while rocking her head. I was very disappointed in the lack of respect for herself. I do not recommend this location to anyone.

Extremely helpful.We showed up here after the other store refused to give us an updated sim card. Other store mention that a new sim card was not needed because it was not a 5G phone😑. Came here to the T-Mobile store #2878 and the reps here gladly gave us the new cards, not just for the two lines we had with us but also for two other lines that will also need to be updated. We did need to come back after a failed sim card within minutes and again they gave us another sim card no questions asked. Amy, Andrea and Jessica, please excuse me if i misspelled your names but your store here is very friendly and welcoming.Note: I was not paid or compensated in any way to leave this positive review. Review is left from personal experience on a visit today.

Dont by anything with t mobile its going out off business my Internet service is not working last 2 month and keep saying its Wil be working next week I have new phone cost me 1100 same phone at best buy have for 800I Ben store ones I call the customer service 10 time

The services for these phone company is not good at all. My calls would always drop I would get not services if i. Was at a long distance so now Ive switched to my carrier good bye t mobile.

When you walk in a store you know what youre buying it shouldnt take over an hour to get out of there with service for that phone. Lame

The staff lacks any form of professionalism, including calling parents curse words in front of thier children. Staff doesnt understand its not a personal night club they get to blast music off there choice.
