Amazingly poor customer service. Employees couldnt, or wouldnt, take the time to answer simple questions about my new phone, even with no other customers in the store. Dont plan on them doing anything more than tally up the sales slip--which wont even be itemized

This place will not accept any payment that belongs to a financial system that does not have a branch and doesn’t accept Apple Cash or PayPal. They are unwilling to offer any compromise on it. So chime is not accepted evan Though the IRS deposits take your time disability checks appointment they offer the credit card ether and it’s the same bank account and card I’ve open and have been using for auto pay on my Verizon account. So i don’t know. I just ordered my iPad Pro online at Verizon and they took Apple Pay.

I was told by Robert who is supposed to be the manager that I was able to receive a BOGO offer. I got my wife and I new lines and was happy with the deal. To my surprise when I got my first bill there was no offer and Robert told me I had to call Verizon, which I did. Verizon told me that it was a GoWireless issue and they need to resolve the issue. It’s been 6 months now and I have yet to receive a single credit and Robert is of no help. I’ve called the corporate office numerous times and still no solution to the issue.

Tech/CSR- Nikki at the Woodland CA store, was incredibly patient and steady through out my lengthy transactions.. she listened and non judgmentally answered all my questions and addressed my concerns with assurance.I started my transaction with a phone I chose but shortly into the set up of it I made a decision that I wanted another phone... no problem said Nikki, she had to refund back the entire transaction then begin the new transaction.. She never once gave any indication she was perturbed with my indecision, she also informed me very professionally that there would be an increase required payment.I asked about a payment option that was specific and not of a routine type.. Nikki assured me that even the specificity paymentoption I was asking for could be done from my phone .!! Yeah for me, convenience!!I feel fortunate that Nikki was the Verizon employee who helped me!!!Thank you NikkiSarah

I came in to pay a bill for my son and Michael was able to help me get a tablet replaced with out having him have insurance he helped make the bill lower in the process as well. I wish i could do more for him with the excellent service he provided.

An employee (not from this location) sent a text message to my phone (recently purchased) but it was addressed to my husband. For example it starts as so: “Hey (husbands name) this is **** at Go Wireless - Verizon in ***** city”. So they sent a message to my phone, adressed to my husband checking how he liked the phone and if he has any questions to feel free to ask. Got it, so I love the phone, no problems but now four weeks later I get another one just stating: “ Let me know if you need anything”. Not very professional is what I’m thinking and kind of weird after four weeks of not messaging back. I guess what I’m asking is, is this the normal? Do employees message customers checking in and when we don’t respond they send another four weeks later? I am a main account holder on the account and I went in and bought the phone. So why is the message adressed to my husband when they can see it’s my phone number and why send another after four weeks? Just making sure this is the normal and it is a current employee there, should I be concerned our information got out? Just searching for clarity and safety.

Let me start by saying that this Verizon location is the BEST customer service I have ever received ( in particular Brian H.) On two different occasions (May 3rd and May 9th) he set up and transferred all my info. from my broken phone, to a replacement phone, to another phone with a wider screen. Anyone who struggles with new technology like myself can understand how essential customer service is. Both days Brian had a smile, was patient and understanding. I left relieved and extremely satisfied with his and the stores service. Thank you again Brian!

Came into the store today because my iphone stopped working Michael was extremely helpful in letting me know the deals. Ended up geting an iphone 11 and he made my life easier and transfered my stuff. The best part is if i crack my screen I have a replacement program where i get three more. Thanks again for everything and I will definently be telling everyone to go to him for now on.

Yesterday just before 1 pm At the Gateway Woodland California store, I asked an associate if he could help me put my screen protector on my phone. I purchased a lifetime guarantee screen thru Verizon when I cracked my old one. I received the item through the mail. He was openly hostile to my request for help. Said “ we don’t even sell this one, I’ll put it on, but won’t guarantee anything.” Then he proceeds to start putting the screen on the phone and I asked him shouldn’t he wipe off the phone first? I should have run out, my phone screen has a scratch and bubble. This guy doesn’t need to work in customer service. I have been a Verizon customer FOREVER, never had an incident like this . Everyone I have come in contact in a Verizon Store has been professional and helpful.

I just stopped at Verizon to change to unlimited on my phone. I could have called Verizon for the change, but I have developed a trust in Nestor who is at the Bronze Star location in Woodland CA. Each time Ive had questions or problems, he has solved it. I always feel he has my best interest in mind. I will continue to purchase new phones at this location because of Nestor.

I went there this morning to talk to an Associate after Best Buy was useless. I had cracked my screen and after talking and weighing all of my options, I was NOT forced to make a purchase or order anything. They even called around a little bit to get quotes. I really enjoyed their Customer Service and have always been really nice!!

They are the worst. I stopped in with my mother to upgrade her phone for Christmas and was told that it was going to be at least $150. This is before they looked at my account. The salesboy said that I would have to buy a screen protector and other accessories for them to be able to do this. Verizon should revoke their authorized retailer status because none of this is required to upgrade a phone. Pick somewhere else to go.

Bought a new Motorola Droid Turbo. I had the glass screen protector installed. Cracked the glass protector. Took phone back in to get the proclaimed FREE replacement if it breaks.Oops, out of stock. Well order some and call you when they are in. 3 weeks later I return to store to see whats up. We dont have them in stock still, Im sorry, I will personally take care of this matter for you Its been another 2 or 3 weeks. Still no call.In my opinion, this 3rd party Verizon Premium Retailer is giving Verizon a poor customer service rap. !! I will never give these guys ONE MORE PENNY !!

Worst ever. They seem like they dont want to help you. And are just flat out lazy. My husbands been there and they didnt really want to bother with him since it was about 1 hour to closing and then my mother went and they tell her they cant exchange her phone even thought its between the 14 days .. And doesnt seem too caring to help. Dont go here . best verizon customer service will be the one in Vacaville . !!
