Not enough employees to help with check out standsLong & unnecessary wait linesRoughly 75% of employees are not knowledgeable of their products of the store or dont even know what the customer is asking forThe other 25% of your employees are wonderful. They seem happy, enjoying their job choice & knowledgeable of products and services. Theyre eager to help, please the customers and go beyond the call of duty. They are the reasons why I at least continue doing business with Walmart.

I usually find what I need. Prices are great! The cosmetic department has great customer service always kind and helpful. The rest of the departments have little to no employees. Ive had to deal with employees acting like your inconveniencing them! Its rude and unprofessional! Other than that its a good store to shop at for basic necessities.

Walmart is getting really bad the employees have no customer service whatsoever you see some working on the floor you ask a question they act like oh my goodness youre ripping your leg off theyre very rude youre lucky if you find what youre looking for cuz theyre always out of everything registers it was ridiculous they only had one cashier open and then they had three or four of the do-it-yourselfs thats ridiculous and people dont know what the real trademark of Walmart is which if you really cared about your jobs if the managers cared about anything that theyre doing teaching doing their job they would be doing from the ground up the old school way which is totally family family and that is not the way it is at all again I will say the employees are rude hateful that store in woodland Walmart on East main Street nice to be completely revamped including mostly the employees that work there and Im sorry if youve worked there for 25-30 years then I know you should know what the store goes by and what it should go by.

I love Walmart. You get what you get.Assortment is ok. If they have things...Usually busy but not too bad.Prices are obviously great.This location is one of my favorites. They seem to have better things then others. In my opinion

Love the store but dont care for some of the managers a couple weeks ago I was shopping in the morning with my 5 year son and went through self checkout and after getting help from the nice self checkout cashier finished and paid. My son decided he was thirsty and want a watermelon by the exit so we turned around and proceeded back to the self checkout to pay when the two managers walked up and asked for my receipt and it was so embarrassing everyone else stopped at staired at me I looked at the cashier that was there and she told me sorry. Step up your game. By law I didnt have to even show you the receipt and yall need to read up on the laws and policys. Just saying

Eat there once a month.They have the best Ceasars dressing that I have ever eaten n I didnt like Ceasars till then. The French Onion soup is a must. The appetizer plate is excellent....a little bite of goodies. I try a different entree but a small salad w the best CD n French onion soup....Yep...yep...Oh top it off with a Dragon Fruit Margaretta!! The Bomb!!!!!

Went to have oil change thinking it was still open at 6pm. Place was closed. Says that auto area closes at 7pm online. Wth?

Avoid doing online pickup at this location. It isnt fully staffed. They have a button to push to ask for service if youre coming for an online order pickup. For me, it probably would have been faster to grab the one item I ordered and checked out at the self checkout. Awful. After pressing the button, I leaned against the wall and patiently waited. 3 minutes later, I pressed the button again. 3 minutes later an employee walks passed me and asked if I was waiting for an online pickup. I said I was. Hold on... I have to go get a key... (To unlock the door). Another four minutes later she returns with the key. Perhaps its just the location. Perhaps they just dont have enough orders to justify staff... But it was pretty absurd.

Great store nice clean found everything very easy the issue I had was it was a Saturday around 11:00 a.m. the store was crowded and there was only one cashier and four people were going to lunch

I like it most of the employees are friendly but the customer service desk needs a lot of improvement, they dont answer the phone, when you find a sales associate, they almost always said let me find someone for you n then waiting game, so whats the point of all the employees ???

This particular store is just gross. The employees are trashy and it reflects in the overall appearance of the store. From the parking lot to the aisles to the restroom, there is garbage on the floor and its just is sickening.

If you are not from the area, this Walmart doesnt have fresh produce section. Walmart is always busy the weekend, they could open more registries. But the good part is that they always have what I need and more. I love it!

This is one of the few Walmarts that actually had their shelves stocked, in every department. Very impressive. The downside was they did not have any bags so if you bought a lot of small items it was frustrating.

Large Walmart had everything I needed very neat and clean store in Ukiah

This place has very few workers that have manners and are nice to customers. One worker in the Cosmetic sat talking and texting on her phone while she was checking my things out for me. Never greeted me or anything. Today while doing self checkout the young girl working was very rude to all customers. Never greeted anyone just yelled at them when a spot was open to checkout. Over it.. they need new workers.

West coast Walmarts are tiny and everything is locked up. I cant imagine how frustrating an actual shopping trip would be when half the store is on lockdownOrder online and save the hassle I guess

This Wal-Mart in particular, is very stocked I always find what Im looking for, and something extra, from food to clothes to sporting goods almost everything, they dont have fresh vegetables and that stuff but other than that, I find everything.

This place trash. One cashier, oh wait thats the wrong title for the employee since they dont accept cash at the store. So what do they call that employee? Nothing. Might as well get rid of those checkout lines. And some employee is telling customers that the store is not doing cash, just card only. Scared of spreading germs? The shopping carts never get cleaned, even the handles in the fridge food never get wiped down. The store is a joke.

Other Walmarts around Sacramento Vallejo Yuba City they have a lot better products than they do here and willing Im sorry Woofland

To preface this, this is my second bad experience with this particular Walmart, but this is egregiousWent in to buy something, it was behind glass, so i had to get an associate to open the door for me, well, no button to call them, so i asked the pharmacist to page someone, waited 10 minutes, no one came, asked her to page again, waited 15 minutes no one came again. On my way out, i see a few groups of associates just gossiping. This place needs better management

This store has a few employees that ruin the whole store for. Self check out is there area. Caution they took my whole cart to ring it up again and exact or not they wont apologize for embarrassing you. They dont have that right. Once you pay its your product. Now I know the law. It wont happen again. Just say no thanks and keep walking. This store allowed this to happen twice to me. How many others

This is a nice newer Walmart, it has an okay selection, but it isn’t a big super Walmart so there is no deli.

Candace and the rest of the Walmart associate team came to aide like no other I could wish for when I had a medical emergency occur while I was shopping. Candace stayed with me and comforted me to ease the pain until the paramedics got there and took over.Im so grateful to her and the rest of the team members who assisted and think theyre the very best! Human kindness is still alive and well!

Employees need to take time and walk the whole store to see what they have. Dont call they will keep putting you on hold. I always get it not my department.

Pushed the service button in sporting goods 10 times! Before I ever pushed the service button I asked a Walmart employee in the auto center if they could ask someone to come to sporting good to assist me. While I continuously pushed the service button, 2 store managers walked past. Informed me they would send someone. While Continuing to push the service button, the 2 managers passed me again! Went to the auto center and asked another employee to ask someone for service in sporting goods, then continued to push the service button. 9 people, including myself remained in the area for 30 minutes waiting for service. Half got tired of waiting and went to another sporting goods store for service. I waited for 45 minutes before I received help, some were there before I was waiting! The most ridiculous effort to assist customers Ive ever had at any Walmart! The snide attitude from the managers was absolutely disgusting! Worst Walmart on the west coast by far!

Nothing like trying to find some one to help you for 20mins so you can buy something, a wait, I am still waiting. Had to go some place else to spend my money. 1 person working in the electronics department, And they are just enjoying having a conversation with a customer and not actually helping them do anything useful. Good times, Im sure another store will enjoy my money.

Store was decently clean however it was no cash only credit. Also went to get facial scrub in cosmetic section and when I tried to leave to get other items I was told I had to pay there. I am sorry but as a person over 55 I resent the fact Walmart thinks I would steal this item or any other item.

If you can’t enter and exit the same way. Have signs.. common sense goes a long way

What can anyone say about Walmart except the truth which is that they have probably the best overall selection of any store and at the most affordable prices for the most part usually.

Needs more attention keeping it stocked better, especially cat food . Also needs to look neater. Looks third world compared to the other walmarts in town.

Really good and convenient for me I enjoy expending my time getting what I need and if they dont have it you will find something similar at the right price its always nice to have everything in one store saves me a lot of time and money

Thought it was a SuperCenter so they didnt have as much stock as I thought they would. Cashier slow and had a hard time counting. Everything else was typical Walmart.

I’m giving a big shout out to the automotive team! I have been going here for a couple years now and the prices and great service always astonish me. They really care about their guests and always do their best. I would like to give them a tip or give a gift but unfortunately they arent allowed to accept. So instead I hope the managers see this review and give them a big thanks from me.

Walmarts answer to outrageously long lines was to install 10 new self serve checkers. Now the lines are 4 times as long as they were when it was only bad.

This is a very nice clean store I love this store customers its very friendly My last post I had an accident and put the wrong reply where is it left is suppose to say love .

Again short on staff,needed a cosmetics so went in got it then they said I couldnt check out they were closed, I started to go to the main checkers and they said I have to pay there but were closed. Very confused 🤔

I was so impressed...my 6 year old son ran off as soon as our family walked in to this store. I immediately we went to the toy department and didnt find him. After circlyin the store and splitting my family to search for him...nothing so I stopped at sporting goods and asked an associate to help look for him. He immediately called a code Adam. He asked for details of what he was wearing and name. Seconds later my husband finds our son and calls me. By the time I get to where they were at literally every employee was surrounding them they asked if he was his dad and if he was safe! Wow! My impression was that the employees stopped what they were doing to make sure my son was safely found. Thank you so much this. Walmart 🥰

Very poor customer service and a lazy employee that didnt care to help us to purchase propane. I had to ask another associate to ring it up for me and she was very apologetic and understanding. It was a simple task and wasted my time. If you need help with something, good luck.

Its Super WalMart Supercenter. The best thing around, well its Dixon, theres nothing else around. So if you need anything you cant get at Tractor Supply youre gonna find it here. Staff tends to be young(ish) and rather unhelpful.

This place is constantly out of stock, even if online it says they are available for pick up. The store is unorganized and messy. I dont blame the workers, it appears very few people work here.

Some of the staff is clueless, and doesnt understand English. I lost my wooden Zia earing (New Mexico state symbol) as I was searching I asked for some help, well she had no idea what a Zia symbol was so I showed her my other earing, then she tried to sell my earings to me. Only thing great (this Walmart is tiny compare to ours in Roswell, N.M) about this Walmart is they have SF Giants goodies at a reasonable price.

The Neighborhood Markets are the worst, I mean what store runs out of product and doesnt refill/reorder (common things like Friskies cat food) in a timely manner?What I do see is a preference to stock store brands while leaving name brands understocked or just not there. The Pandemic is no longer an excuse, but this was happening before covid any ways, so...

An old, small Walmart, but its well-stocked and clean. Its floor plan is also old, but very easy to navigate and items are easier to locate than at some other newer Walmarts and definitely easier than the remodeled Targets.

There are some amazing people who work in west sac, Dedrick was extremely helpful.aaliyah and evelyn went above and beyond. But the customer service manager gave us a bit of a hassle and the african american girl with curly hair started off by telling us that we cant place our order. We were buying pallets not small stuff. Then they wanted it taken right away, yet they charged us $100 delivery only to find out the guy was dropping it outside, when he arrived a week late. The customer service manager was fit to be tied re: our order and told us first we cant order, then we had to pick it up right away. Yet when we asked for delivery they couldnt deliver our stuff a week out. When I called customer service in Truxel because that is where our order was fulfilled, they said west sac never responded. I finally got through west sac and spent 45 minutes with customer service desk on this back and forth. Concrete bag was torn, over-charging us.customer service guy said we should not have been charged $100 because that service is no longer available only at the edge of the house I am an essential worker and got late going back to work, not once but twice.had to take more time off because home depot and their shehnigans. I have been telling everyone abt west sac & the amazing customer service in the store. But customer service is a completely different story.

Dont go there in the last hour or 2 of store being open. I think its name is Mel on cash register not only is that person slow at cashing you out and everytime that person always complains about keeping its mother safe if youre mask isnt on how she likes it but yet shes working in the most unsanitary place in woodland lol. Mel needs to get fired
