These people are thieves they take other peoples products don’t pay for it and make money by selling to their customers. Scam artists. Be careful before you do any transaction with them. I don’t even think they know how to change oil.

These People order shop supplies and not pay for it. Be careful. I had to file with Cherokee county court to get my money back. They gave me checks that bounced on closed accounts and after charging their credit card they disputed through their bank. Scammers be careful.BTW they were broke and i was trying to help them to get on their feet.

I came in for a oil change and seen lots of cars in the parking lot i figured would be atleast a hour but they were so nice the young man pulled me right in and got me took care of i dont speak alot of English but the lady behind the desk was very nice and spoke slowly so I could understand i would recommend this shop to any of friends and family

I came in late on a hot, Saturday afternoon. They worked me in, with no complaints. some recommendations were made based on mileage on my car, but there was no high pressure sales pitch.I will be coming back and hopefully the next experience will be just as pleasant.

It has been a minute since my last experience with this place, but I was at another mechanic and overheard a conversation that reminded me of my experience here.This place is horrible. The management team and owner are absolutely unprofessional and scoundrels.I brought my car over there after having my car there for several days and it was fixed, for them to figure out what was going on yet again. They stated that they would need to have my car for another several days. I explained that I need my car for work and expressed my frustration about why the car was not working even though they claimed to fix it. The manager then tried to fix the problem by telling me that they would cover a rental until the issue is resolved. They sent me over to Enterprise down the street telling me they had an account with them and they would take care of me under 2 Brothers account. I go to enterprise, they acted like they knew what I was talking about, made a phone call to 2 Brother and I had a rental car.About 8 weeks later after many calls, emails, even showing up over there to see the status of my car, they gave me the run around about my car. Came to find out used used parts on my car and claimed they were new. Stiffed me on my car. Stiffed me on the rental that cost me close to 2k because they apparently had owed so much money to enterprise they ended up charging me cause they could not get them to pay.I am still having issues with my car that they caused. Never saw a dime event though they said they would make it right. Seriously. The savings they provide is not worth the hassle. GO somewhere else. They are unprofessional and lie through their teeth.You have been warned.

These guys are the real deal! If you want great service at a fair price then look no further than two brothers automotive. RJ (owner) and his whole staff are top notch. This is a great family owned business where the entire staff is family. They are honest, fair, and stand by their work. I would highly recommend letting these guys do any auto work you need if you are in the Woodstock area. I hope I don’t need them that often but if I have any work the needs to be done in the future, I’ll bring it to them without hesitation.

These guys don’t even honor their own promotions.I purchased a 2 brothers discount service book in October of 2018. The book clearly states it is valid for one year from the date of purchase. In December of that year, I used one of the services in the book. When I went back in February to use another service, I was told they no longer accepted the discount book. Although their name was the only company on the book they said they are not the one who sold it to me and that I needed to get my money back for the person that sold it.Mack told me they would not honor the book and I was out the money I spent since it should not have been sold in 2018. No flexibility, no negotiation. They don’t even honor their own promotions.Also, the one service I had was an oil change and they tried selling my wife several items that were not needed. Like a new battery cable when all it needed was to be cleaned. These guys are awful.

Honest, skilled and reasonable. I had a simple problem that two other places couldnt figure out and tried to pin on something quite expensive. Matt figured it out and repaired it for just $20. Weve continued taking our cars there ever since and have been very pleased.

My previous repair shop shut down so I tried 2 brothers automotive. My initial visit was for an oil change but their detailed inspection uncovered the reason behind a new noise so they needed to keep my car for longer than I had originally plan. I was pleased when offered a loaner car for several hours. I recently needed a new water pump and various maintenance jobs performed. Naturally it was a larger cost than I expected but I appreciate the 36k mile guarantee on those jobs since I have an older car and no plans to replace it any time soon. I have found my new forever garage! Thanks!

None of the work was done properly and every repair has had to be redone.

5 Stars for these guys, my car started making a strange knocking noise that came from the steering column, i went in there and they took a look at it and suggested that i make sure that it isnt a recall that the manufacturer would fix for free, i checked it and it wasnt a recall but i appreciated the suggestion regardless. At first i was told that they wouldnt be able to take care of me that day due to them being busy, but once he heard the noise it was making he said that he would make time to take care of it because he would rather me not be driving like that, so he took time out of his day to go pick up the part from the dealer and got it installed that same day, i would definitely recommend !

I have been going to this location for years. I see many of the same faces every visit; I like low turn over. I actually enjoy going in to get my oil changed, they allow me to walk around outside with my dogs, and even ask where they are if I dont bring them with me. I am explained every detail when ever work needs to be done on my car. They never make me feel rushed and truly seem to want their customers fully educated on how, why, and the necessity of any repair. I would absolutely recommend to anyone.

I just went for the first time and I was blown away. I wasnt expecting much other other than an oil change at a great price, their customer service is amazing! All smiles, called everyone Mr. ___ or Ms. ___, apologized for the wait (which wasnt long at all, I think there were 3 oil changes before me and I was still out in under 30 minutes). I had my 18 month old with me and she wanted her drink (which was in the car), I told her she would have to wait. Without asking the guy behind the counter went to the fridge and got a bottle of water to give her. We just moved to the area and in have found where I will be going for all my mechanical needs!

I took my 2014 Q50 to 2 Brothers Auto to get a new engine in November 2017...after 8 months I had to get a lawyer involved. They did nothing but come up with excuses and such obvious lies as to why it was not done. Every week it was a “it will be done on Saturday”, Saturday comes and now it was “it needs a new part and will be done on Tuesday”. Every time I called, they gave me an attitude as if I was completely out of line for being upset that they had my car for 8 months. I dealt mostly with RJ over the phone and several times when speaking to RJ he was rude, gave me attitude and tried to spin it around on me and my husband and trying to intimidate me. One of his brothers was heard in the background yelling and cursing obscenities on several occasions about the car and the issues and how he wanted it off his lot. I was obviously on speaker. No remorse, apologies or accountability at all on their part. They couldn’t care less how we had to puzzle our lives with one car for over 8 months. Once I retained an attorney they were equally rude and disrespectful to the attorney. When I finally got the car back, they disputed that I had ever paid ANYTHING on the car, which is complete nonsense for so many reasons. 1. They asked for $2500 upfront to be able to get the engine to put in the car and said if we paid CASH, they would give us a discount. We could pay the rest of the balance upon picking up the car or make small payments along the way until the car was done. 2. WHAT business would take on a major job of replacing an engine with getting ANY payment at all?? Beware right there...cash!!! 3. We did pay cash I have the bank withdrawal. However, they didnt give us a receipt and unfortunately this happened right before we were going out of town for major heart surgery, so we did not think about the fact that we were never given a receipt for that cash payment, as we were in distress due to health issues. Of course, you should NEVER pay in cash and not get a receipt, but they know how to take advantage of a stressful situation with sweet hey buddy texts and reassurances. After 9 months I finally got the car back. Like I said, they disputed that I had paid anything on the car. All the texts I have from RJ telling me what part was now needed (numerous sensors, oil pump screen, main fuse, starter, first engine, second engine, third engine, etc.) and hence the delay, the parts were not on the invoice and according to Matt who now had taken over, they couldn’t put it on the invoice because the parts were not under warranty. Never been to a mechanic where they have refused to put all the parts and information on the final invoice. Upon review by an independent mechanic, they had scratched up the inside of the car under the hood in various places, forgotten nuts and bolts that made the car rattle when driven, they had torn the weather stripping, they failed to put back the plastic shield under the car, they had cracked a cover near the battery and a long list of other minor things. After 100 miles driven the engine light came on with 6 different codes. 5,000 miles later the flywheel broke. This happens apparently when things are over-tightened during installation, according to the other mechanic. They have great reviews online so beware, it is clearly not an accurate reflection.

Two Brothers are RIDICULOUS! My father, who lives pay check to pay check as most people, dropped off his work truck to have the motor rebuilt. Here we are almost 6 months later, no truck. No explanation why its not ready yet, even though they have told him several times well have it ready for you in a couple of days. Dad has gone on to flush THOUSANDS of dollars down the drain renting vehicles so he can work. All I know is DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! Im tempted to call channel 5 action news!! They essentially took his truck and money...great way to run a business fellas!

The transmission went out in my daughters car back in March of 2018. At that time I hired Two Brothers Automotive to replace the transmission and offer a one year 12,000mile warranty. From than the nightmare began! Every week I was promised a new date that was never met. A different excuse Everytime! This went on for over a month. I was always promised a call from Matt Wilson or RJ Wilson. I never received those calls, nor would they take my calls! I had to show up in person to get the next excuse! Finally after a month and almost two weeks they say the car is ready. I decide to never do business with this company again!Fast forward to November 15th. I get a call from my daughter saying the car is messing up again. I meet her and sure enough the transmission is skipping so bad it barley goes into third gear. I call the shop, Im told that their tow truck was down so I would have to pay for it to be towed to them. I was able to drive the broken car to the shop and drop it off. I talked to Matt personally and was told it was covered under warranty and would be ready in two weeks or less. He gave me a personal promise that it wouldnt take as long as the first time! here we are a month later and I havent received the first call back. Ive been told they ordered the wrong transmission and it would be completed this past Friday. Friday I called the shop and was told RJ would call me as soon as he got to the shop. No call all day! So when I got off of work I went by the shop yet again and was told he didnt even show up that day. My car was still parked in the back of the shop untouched!After discussing my options with a legal professional, I have decided to give the shop a deadline to repair the car or face legal action! I am fully prepared to file a civil suit against this company to recoup lost funds. I will also file a complaint with the DMV, Post reviews to every social media outlet and be sure to do my best to warn others of the kind of business this place is!

I have gotten my oil changed their for a few years now and have always been happy. Just today I had to take my car to them for a coolant flush after some bad advise from an auto parts store. I changed out my reservoir and the auto parts store gave me a coolant that was not mixable with dexcool, even after I made a point to ensure they were aware of my concerns with having dexcool. I promptly took my car to Nash Automotive and had them flush it, needless to say the auto parts store has been less than responsive to me and I will be contacting their corporate office. The tech at Nash did a good job of explaining why the two did not mix, explained what went wrong and explained why I was seeing what I was seeing leading up to it overheating. The tech said the owner will gladly write up a report to send to the auto parts store for reimbursement. Thanks so much to Nash Automotive, I continue to bring my car there for service and recommend them highly.

Very unprofessional. My dads truck has been in their shop for almost a YEAR. They clearly lack the knowledge or may be too lazy to fix our work truck. Legal action needs to be taken place. If you are considering 2 Brothers Auto.. do not invest. They will rob you just like they did my dad.

Very disappointed in 2 brothers automotive never in my life have to go through something like this before. Not only that my insurance covered in paying for 1500 for what needs to be fixed they never fixed it. I was supposed to get a new turbo for my Sonic and they never gave me one not only that they never gave me one but had my car sitting in they parking lot like they was fixing on something for about a week one night I went to check to see if my car had been moved from that same spot and it hasnt I called up there one morning and they missed my call so I surely new they had caller ID because they called me right back and said my car was ready I came up in there shaking hands by saying thank u for appreciation and the heavy set big guy response was now dont drive that much anymore okay. come to find out he was saying that for a reason as I drove my car right next door to town lake my engine light came on the same exact day so I took it back to them them they said it ready again u can come get it so I get it now the next day it comes on again Im like what is going on here so I take it back the younger guy recognize me because I keep coming up here and said my name its amazing how a person come back so many times now they know your stage name but he was nice to me he said he dont know why ur engine like keep coming on I said I dont know either this never happen before I then spent alot of money so after that in 4 hours they had my car ready so I take it next thing u know 2 days later my engine light comes back on so I decided to go to Auto zone and get a check on why this light keep coming back on he said I need a new turbo I said that cant be just this week I payed alot of money to get an turbo he said looking concern he told me something is not right because if u gotten a new turbo your engine light would not have been shown right after and plus would not had said u need a new one so I went to good year . they said the turbo I have in my car is very old and its not a new turbo whats so ever so they suggested in calling the brothers to ask questions the brothers couldnt answer they question or knew anything or couldnt give them any type of information but instead saying that she has warranty just have her bring her car back mind u. Let me tell u about the warranty during the time my car was over 1000 miles they lied to my insurance to get them to covered it I didnt think to much of because I needed my car fixed and all I had was 600 to my name and thought I can trust them well that they broke my trust. I feel they scams and didnt fixed anything but wanted that money. Im not saying that they all couldve had something to do with it only person I feel that dont have nothing to do with it was the younger one but everyone in there the big huge guy is the hardest husler in there and he knew exactly what he was doing he seen a young girl dont know much about cars and figure he can do this to me and get away with it. I work hard like anybody else Im not rich and for this to happen to me made me broke down in tears why did you guys have to do this to me why I came for help and trusted yall I come to u guys all the time but when I had this one expensive problem hat was yall opportunity why!! I had no way getting to work i had to pay people major money til I get paid again I had to walk I never thought in my life people could do this to other people but thats how they get u is with kindness to make u trust them to make u leave them with ur car in they hands I can just imagine what else they do to keep having people come back they are lessions learn to this world that there are people who do this I really learn my lesson off this one. I know good year is expensive but so far good year in Woodstock ga are the most trustful people right now I just hope this doesnt happen to anyone else. This is no make believe story this is real and this can happen to anybody .this is my first review I have ever did on the internet pls people becareful for people out there lesson learned.

Took advantage of me. Charged me $642, to replace a manifold gasket then admitted he knew it would not repair my car. Car broke down the same day, then again on the interstate the next day and was towed. Called Chris at Nash Automotive and told him about the car. Thats when he told me he knew it would not fix the car. Said he told me in the beginning the car would not run. Ok, I pay someone $642. EVEN THOUGH the tell me my car still will not run!

Dont stand by their work and are unresponsive.Beware.Do not use.
