When I called to inquire about prices the man I spoke with so kind and patient with all my questions. I explained I was on a budget and they worked with me to get my oil change done in a quick and timely manner plus within budget. They go over and beyond to help their customers and for that I will certainly come back and recommend this shop.

Initial review was in error. Came in close to their closing time. Got me in and out quickly, but needed to figure out how to reset oil light/warning, since that was still up on my dash when I left. Been bringing our cars here off and on for years and always nice to have a place where you dont have to make an appointment. Techs are always friendly and helpful. Really a 4.5 star for this time around...

This was the best experience at a drive-in auto place Ive ever had. I moved from Woodstock to Cumberland and drove all the way up just because of the service the Manager (cannot recall her name) and the Technician that work there. Knowledgeable, thorough and NO up-selling on anything. Id filled my trans fluid too full and they drained it for me, as well as went over the laundry list of things I was worried about with the used Honda CRV Id just bought. WONDERFUL people, highly recommend!

Got a oil change. Fast and friendly. Prices are more than Id like but cant complain too much. Beats doing it myself.

I asked them to check air in tires which they are suppose to do.I still had the low pressur alarm when I leftTook it to discount tire and all 4 tires were down 7 pounds,alarm then cleared

My car had a right front wheel bearing going out so I ordered the part and tried changing it myself…. Yeah didn’t go as planned 😂 So I brought my car to Castrol and they fixed me right up. Very professional solid work. Cameron is the man to see!

Super helpful, friendly staff. First showed up 20minutes to close and Christina and Jonathan took the time to help me out, reset my engine light and give me some info i didnt know. Came back a couple days later to get the emissions run, and they were able to get me in and out super quick!

I took my truck to 3 different places, they tried but failed to fix the issue. I called Chase and Cameron at Castrol and they were able to do what others werent able to! They went above and beyond! If I ever need something done again, there is only one place Im taking my vehicles!

Cameron and Willie were beyond phenomenal. My car actually broke down at a nearby spot and Cameron drove over and jumped my car. Willie installed the new battery and gave me the fastest oil change (I know I had one due, and they didnt hesitate to get that done for me on the spot). They both got me in and out before I could even be late for where I was going. As a worker in the service industry myself, I was so happy to see other smiling faces at Castrol eager to provide good customer service. Thats really rare and you could tell them team had good chemistry. Major props to the fantastic customer service.

I can’t remember the girls name who works there, but she knows her stuff. She’s been there a very long time, so you’re not getting some teenager who doesn’t really care what oil type is going into your car. Lol. She was extremely professional and you leave feeling confident that you were taken care of. Definitely worth every penny and is my go to place for an oil change.

I had to wait less than 10 minutes for an open bay for an oil change. Never had to get out of my call and my entire oil change took less than 10 minutes. Great customer service! The technician was very polite and professional.

I went in about two weeks ago and forgot to post a review, but this was the first time I came to get my oil changed here and the staff was very nice. The service was quick and was taken care of right away. They ended up also replacing my air filter also and the total price was less than I have ever paid anywhere else. I will be coming back in the future and have been telling my family to go there next time!

Great value for oil changes and knowledgeable about most cars and service. I dont use them as a one-stop shop, but they notice small problems before they become large ones and my regular mechanic takes care of them. The staff is extremely valuable to me for that reason.

YOUR CAR IS ONE OF YOUR BIGGEST INVESTMENTS SO READ THIS BEFORE YOU BRING IT HERE! I just changed changed the oil on my wifes car and wanted to leave a review for Castrol based on what I experienced because they were the ones who changed the oil last.First off, the oil drain plug was so tight that I had to use a 2 foot breaker bar to remove the plug (WAY, WAY, WAY TOO TIGHT... VERY BAD).After I drained the oil I removed the oil filter. Looking at the old filter I realized that there was information written in marker on the bottom. What I was looking at was the date from when the filter was installed. Castrol oil change Sticker from when my wife brought the car there says 9-23-18 and the oil filter says 6-26-18... The oil filter was from the previous oil change months earlier. Castrol did not change the filter.When I called to discuss with the manager he told me that I shouldnt have touched the car and I should have brought it back to them so he could inspect it and insinuated that I could very well be lying because this type of thing happens every day... Then I asked so people call complaining everyday about having issues like this at you location? and he then changed his statement to happens every day, in the industry.Why would I bring a car back to a place where they have proven to be dishonest and deceitful to their customers...People dont trust oil change places because of things like this.Ive attached pictures of the filter and oil change sticker.

This is my third time here, second time getting an oil change... The first time I came here they were super honest and said I didnt even need one at the time and to come back after however many more miles... I was blown away. So thrilled they were honest that I did bring it back when it was time and got the same friendly service! I even had my dog with me and they let me bring her inside the lobby to hang out because it was hot outside. This time, same thing. Never again. Not a quality team. Brought in my new car. They placed the new oil filter clean-side down the dirty ground. Then they placed my oil cap clean-side down on my dirty engine. They clearly dont know and/or dont care that todays engines are precision machines. Introducing dirt into an engine is a sure way to DESTROY IT. I will never go there again.

Excellent experience! I took my truck to this location yesterday and worked with Roger. I talked to Roger twice by phone before coming in. Each time he was professional, knowledgeable, and polite. The big car dealers should be so lucky to have one service rep like this guy! The work was done within 30 minutes and I was on my way. Ill be back in the future.

The staff was very knowledgeable and fair. I feel that I got very good value for my money. They were very honest. I had previously gone to another shop and had a very large quote on my car without them even looking at it. I came to Castrol and have them look at my car, and what I had previously been told was wrong was not even wrong, and they were able to fix it for way cheaper than the previous shop had quoted me. I definitely recommend this place, its nice to know there are still honest mechanics out there.

This was my first visit here. I work for kohl’s department store and cover 14 of their stores here in Georgia and my work vehicle was due for an oil change. I was in the Woodstock store and decided I would come across the street and give them a shot. Well needless to say I am glad I did. It didn’t take them long at all. I pulled up and they took over. They were super friendly and I was shocked at how reasonable the price was. Cheapest I’ve paid for an oil change in a while. Big thumbs up from me.

They were friendly and diagnosed the problem with my 99 Tacoma Prerunner in a matter of 20 or so minutes. The problem was that my MAF sensor was miscommunicating with the computer. When I received the bill for the repair, I was surprised that the price was almost 10 times the price of the sensor on Amazon even though they had it in stock. In terms of how long it wouldve taken to switch out the sensors, it took me about 10 minutes at home and Im no mechanic. I paid $20 for a new sensor instead of $198 for the same sensor from Castrol. Overall, my only complaint was their cost of replacing the sensor.

Great Pricing and quick service

Castrol has excellent customer service, I could not have asked for anything better. I work two jobs and needed to rest before my second job. The manager of Castrol offered me a ride home and would pick me up when my vehicle was finished. I felt exceptionally safe the entire time. Steven educated me on what needed to be fixed in my vehicle. They offered me a percentage off of my bill, needless to say Im a very satisfied customer. I will be returning to Castrol for all my vehicle needs. I advise You to do the Same!

Cant get it right call get one price show up get another. guy comes to car what do u want. Really? Hey I have my own oil. So? Well they said it would be 20$ because I have my own oil. Nope. What? I have visited this location several times over past 5 or 6 years - This last time I called ahead to get a price quote for GTX oil change - I gave them my car make, model, and year as well as engine type and capacity. I was told $19.99 --The kid who took my car was very polite -- then came the same guy who on the phone told me $19.99. He is now telling me there is an additional $6 dollar cost because my car does not have canister filter but a cartridge - for those that do not know there is pennies difference between price of an oil filter or oil cartridge and the cartridge is many times easier to change. There was no excuse for this baited price on the cartridge because I gave him all the info over the phone to give me an accurate quote. A quality business would have eaten their mistake and not have charged the extra $. This is not the first time that they pulled baiting on me - once they told me I needed new wiper blades after I had installed new ones 2 months earlier. That same time they were trying to get an old lady to get a transmission flush that she didnt need - I was able to get her attention and warned her to go to a mechanic she trusted for that. Matter of fact they usually try to sell another service each time I have been. I go here because they are fast in and out - I have never been there longer than 20 minutes - Still the total $28.++ I paid is a good price for such quick service but I am only giving 2 stars due to the dishonesty (or honest incompetence) by the guy who processed the charge. But my strongest suggestion is that you go only for oil change and nothing else. I will likely not be returning. Id rather pay an honest mechanic a few bucks more...

I went in for an emission test. My vehicle was not wanting to connect to the system. But the technician didnt give up without trying everything he could possibly do. Highly recommend these guys from my experience.
