And I wanted to share my amazing experience I had with Alpha and Omega automotive today! The guys are all so nice and so friendly Jeff was so helpful before I took my car in, he and Beth were able to get me a quote so I knew exactly what I was going to be dealing with when I went in. What blew me away was when they were even honest with me and told me that one of the things at the dealership said I needed to have done did not need to be done right now! You have no idea how much that honestly meant to me that sealed the deal right there! Thank you to everyone at Alpha and Omega for going the extra mile in providing such a awesome experience!

We purchased a used car from them. The price was fair. They were honest about the car and were professional throughout the process. They were also efficient with the paperwork, which I didnt think was possible!

Came in with a part for my right rear wheel bearing and got a call that it was not the issue I thought it was but it could still be done in a timely manner. Then got a call that their tire vendor quoted them for the wrong tires, so for the inconvenience they hooked me up with a free alignment, before I could even ask for compensation for the tire issue. Really appreciate the constant contact and the answering of my million stupid questions. Will be back for more work in the future!

Only reason for it not being 5 stars is had an appointment, arrived early, but it was a fair wait. I would say very trustworthy folks!

These guys are great. Genuine, honest and fair. Weve taken our cars there 3 times and my parents have twice, and we could not be happier. I also just took a flat lawn tractor tire to them to see if they could help. They found a stick in it, plugged it for me and then refused to take my money. I will only use Alpha & Omega for our automotive needs from now on.

Great repair and maintenance shop. They went above and beyond on my mothers older Audi to diagnose the problem and get it back on the road for an amazing price. These guys are very honest.. James was great with explaining the issues the car had. Ill definitely be taking my truck here for service.

My uncle had an older Ford Taurus towed to this shop to replace the starter a few days ago. They quoted a price of $350 plus the cost of labor. They called my uncle later and said that they had put on the starter, but the car still wouldnt start as the flywheel was missing teeth. They quoted a price of $1,400 to replace the flywheel. My uncle told them to remove the starter, and he would have the car towed back home, which they did after charging him $53 for a diagnostic fee. He related this story to another mechanic, and this mechanic offered to come by his house and take a look (and brought a starter with him). Within 30 minutes he had the car fixed and cranking without any issue. He showed my uncle the flywheel with a flashlight and it was clear that no teeth were missing from the flywheel.

My experience with this business was excellent. Everyone was very helpful, polite and honest. They really went the extra mile, and when the need arises I will be taking my vehicle here again. Thanks guys

Love these guys! I feel that I am always getting a clear and honest assessment of issues and what the repair entails, as well as fair pricing. I never have to deal with dog and pony shows or upselling for unneeded services. Never have had to take anything back because it wasnt fixed properly. Its great to have trust and confidence in your mechanics.
