Female led and so nice! They changed my oil in no time and had the most lovely waiting room with complementary drinks and more. They also did a complementary inspection and checked my car and then showed me with photos certain problems. They even have a kids waiting room which Ive never seen! They took amazing care of me and will be coming back!

This is a clean professional shop that does most everything mechanical and electrical, even problems that other shops wont touch. The waiting areas are exceptionally nice, on a level with luxury car dealers showrooms: childrens play area, internet room, beverage service. Two nice restaurants within an easy walk.

Chloe’s is the best auto shop I have ever been to. I have been taking cars to auto shops since I was 16 years old and I have very rarely found an honest auto shop. I came to Chloe’s when they first opened and I love the fact that they were female owned and operated. Deidre, The owner, was in there each time that I came in. I had a chance to talk to her about how she runs her operation and was very impressed with her philosophy. I love the way that they treat their customers and even years after they had opened they still have the same staff working. That means their employee retention rate is high which also speaks volumes for the establishment. I recently took my Kia optima there and wanted them to look over it because I had a terrible experience at an auto shop in Tennessee. They kept my car for two days and looked at everything possible they called me after finding nothing wrong with it and they didn’t charge me anything. That’s two days of manpower and hours of labor put into making sure that my vehicle was safe to be on the road. They are the most honest auto establishment I have ever been to. I would definitely recommend anybody and everybody taking their vehicle to Chloe’s. Make an appointment when you go because their parking lot is always filled due to their excellent reputation. I take my F150 in there over going to the Ford dealership any day. I also took my Toyota 4Runner in there and they worked in it. I go to Chloe’s for oil changes and any type of repair that is needed. Im from Virginia and was visiting a family member in Woodstock. On my drive down, I encountered the 28 miles of road repair in South Carolina. At the end of it was a smooth section of blacktop that came to an abrupt end and my car went down several inches and made a horrible sound. I was concerned it had damaged my front end so I took my car to Chloes. When I came in I was greeted by a very helpful young man who said they would take my car and put it on a rack to see if anything was loose or broken.I waited in the waiting area and it wasnt long before he came back told me that the car was fine but would probably need the strut replaced in about 6 .months. They then checked all my fluids and tire pressure. When I asked what I owed them, he replied nothing, glad we were here to check it out. What wonderful service!! I wish we had this repair shop in Richmond!

I had a bad experience with another shop that couldnt do the job when they said they could. I dont mind driving 45 mins to get to Chloes Auto Repair, because I know is worth it. Keep it up team. Very professional and work was done well and I am happy with the repairs. I would never accuse the staff of being friendly. You most likely walk in and stand there with no acknowledgment from the staff, until you say something. Other than the lack of friendly customer service, it was a good experience.

Was in a tight spot due to my battery unexpectedly dying. Luckily Chloe’s not only did a great job getting my car in and correcting it within about 2 hours they were able to get a tow truck to me quickly to haul my car to their shop. Everyone was so nice and professional. This may be my new auto shop!!

Great business. Customer service was amazing. Brought car in for A/C repair early afternoon. Had an estimate of a condenser and compressor replacement in under an hour which was texted to me, itemized. Was told it could take up to 24 hours to get the parts, so it may take up to the next evening or following day to get finished. Very reasonable time frame. To my surprise, part arrived early and car was done by the next morning at 10:30 am. When I picked up my car the price was exactly what the estimate stated and the A/C was blowing cold. Will definitely use again.

I went to Chloe’s on October 8, 2021 and had a terrific experience. I went in for a small number of issues and was given a quote before the work began. I was kept in touch with as needed and was consulted about redoing some wiring another mechanic elsewhere had done a hackjob on sometime prior that I’d not been aware of. The price even came up $20 under the quote despite the extra work. I doubt I’ll be going to a different mechanic anytime soon!

Amazing group of people. Scheduled a time to take my daughters vehicle in, due to no AC. A few hours pass and they called with the diagnosis. Gave a good quote and with our approval had it completely fixed by the end of the day. When I went in to pay (expecting it to be a bit more due to my experience elsewhere) it was actually spot on what we were quoted. Very happy to have found our new mechanics!

Most auto mechanics in my recent experience charge $90-100 per hour in labor fees for anything period. Some charge less than that pending on who you go to.Chloe’s auto repair charged me $150 just in labor and the job took less than an hour to change out the rear brake pads on my truck. Mind you they were one of the only places open on Labor Day but I feel like I got taken to the cleaners and over paid for my service.$250 dollars for rear brake pads on a 04 Silverado. Ouch. :(

Dropped off vehicle the night before for next day appointment to inspect and or service differential. Nobody called all day so I called at 5PM to see if my vehicle was ready and they said it hasnt been looked at yet. An hour latter they called me back to tell me no shavings but my differential needed to be rebuilt. 2K plus parts. Told them to replace the differential oil and call me when it was ready. Never got a call back so I stopped by the next day and saw it was ready. Got invoiced for 350.00 to replace the differential fluid. They charged me for the service plus the diagnostic which they said was free during the initial test drive. Great initial sales and diagnostics but terrible communication and unfair billing.

Im new to the area and looked up local car repair places to take my vehicle for a specific issue. I needed help removing trapped water beneath my car floors (so random). Chloes did a great job assessing the problem and provided a quote before moving forward with project. They successfully completed the task with no issues. Very fair price for the tedious job conducted by their technicians. They even kept the vehicle an extra day to insure every thing was right. Great staff with lots of experience and smooth operation. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing their vehicle serviced or repaired. Good honest mechanics are hard to find these days, especially operations with the actual owner still behind the front desk. This is a good local business to support.

I was quoted a fair price for the work that needed to be done and they completed the job at $100 less than quoted. They also completed the repairs earlier than was quoted. Nick did a great job keeping me updated on the progress of my truck and letting me know as soon as the work was completed.

I had a bad leak in my Infinity. I took it to Chloes because they were referred by my neighbor. The repair was very extensive. I received a quote with everything I needed repaired listed in order of priority so some things could have actually waited. I decided to have everything repaired. Crystal was so helpful and knowledgeable. My experience from drop off to pick up was excellent. It only took a couple of days and it is working great. I highly recommend them.

Replaced headlights and fog lights on my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. Very reasonable, honest, friendly, and quick service. Highly recommend. Will go to them again for service.

Went in for an oil change, and was told that my air filters were dirty and that my drive belt was also about to break. Went to another shop and they said that it was in perfect condition. All these repairs would have cost over 300$, what a scam. Save your money and go somewhere else

They replaced my rear differential / axle and were very professional in explaining with full detail the issue and cause. Also had them change my wifes oil, coolant flush and brake fluid . Thanks !!

After the 3rd attempt of picking up my vehicle the communicated work was still not completed. Took my pickup to fuel up and the fuel line was left unconnected! Gasoline went everywhere! After coming back one of the managers literally walked me to my pickup and began showing me how to order parts and turn a driver, words cannot explain the level of are you kidding me? coming out of my eyes. A complete breakdown of communication, just like most of businesses; theyll check a box and take your money without regard or ethics.

I had a flat so I went there to get it fixed. They found that my tire pressure gauge was broken, so I asked them to repair it. They took two hours to tell me that the tire light was still on and I could try driving the car around and come back if it still didnt work.I didnt want to spend the rest of the week taking the car back for them to play with it, so I took it to my regular dealer and they put in the correct sensor in less than an hour, making it work like new. I returned to Chloes for a refund, and even brought back their sensor, and they refused.Apparently, switching out the sensor voided some kind of warranty they gave me (which wasnt written down anywhere I could see) and they couldnt give me a refund.If you dont have the proper part, dont charge me for a random one and tack on an extra hour of labor. Most expensive flat Ive had so far.

Not happy at all with experience. Was told I would be called back the same day about the issue with my vehicle. Was NOT called back the same day. I had to call them the next morning. DAVE did not even call me back that morning. Instead I got a text which was unreadable. Way over priced to correct my issue with my vehicle. Worst experience and will never return.

I have had issues with my car not starting for months now. The Mercedes dealership told me it was my Alternator now. After multiple attempts with replacing other parts. Not feeling confident I’m what they were telling me. I took my vehicle to Chloe for a second opinion. After running a Diagnostic. They were able to find out that it was not my alternator. It was simply a seat motor that was draining my battery. I was very pleased with the level of service I received. The staff was very friendly and informative. I would definitely recommend them! I have definitely found the place that I will be taking my vehicle from here on out.

Young lady was very nice and so professional. Had to wait longer than expected though. And when it was done my car seat and door was dirty from whoever worked on it. I will come next time and hopefully have a better experience.

Vehicle was a 2012 ram 1500 5.7 4x4I came in with a humming from my rear end. They replaced all the bearings, installed a 2800 stall converter, and put a muffler back on. They were quick with starting the job and with completing it. I had no issues and they did a great job with everything. They even put the tips of the exhaust out father from the bumper on there own and is a nice touch to the truck. Would recommend to everyone 👍

I have a Discovery Land Rover, the gear dial was stuck and would not move, and I could not drive the car. I was told to go to Jaguar/Land Rover as I normally do, but I just made the 100,000 on my car and warranty was gone. I pass by their shop daily and notice the the Land Rover sign that they service Land Rovers on the building month ahead, but never thought I would have to take my care in for any repairs no time soon. I want to say they did an amazing job in repairing my car and save me lots of money it was still high but not as high as the dealership. They had to order the part because it was only three within United States so we got lucky, because this never should have happen to Land Rovers say dealership. I recommend them A+. Thank you!

I cannot say enough about the amazing service I recieved from Chloes. I was a mechanic for 9 years, after switching careers I havent been able to find a shop that I can trust with my vehicles. Chloes has changed that. They are what every shop should strive to be. The typical shop will say come on in now we can have you fixed quickly and itll be there for hours. Thats not the case here, Ive been there twice now and both times Ive been in and out within 30-45 minutes. Im a customer for life.

I called Chloes on a Saturday because the car repair shop I would have gone to (because of proximity) was closed. My check Engine light was flashing and the car was riding a bit on the rough side. My experience with Chloes that day has made me a definite future customer.After running the diagnostic, it was determined the 4th coil was misfiring or not firing at all. They replaced the coil and all that that entailed to get my car running again. I did have to return because a hose had not been connected, but they fixed that quickly.Then my car wouldnt start so needed a new battery. When it rains it pours, right? I was given the option of 3 price ranges, which I was grateful to be able to choose.As some other reviews stated, while not necessarily the cheapest, I found them to be very reasonable. The customer service and work done on my vehicle was done with excellence, and I am quite happy with the service and courtesy I received from each person I dealt with each time I walked into the lobby. See you soon for my next oil change.

The repairs to my car ended up being under a warranty with VW, so my car has been moved there for repairs, but the awesome folks at Chloe’s kept in touch, got my approval before doing anything that would require a charge, and actually took the necessary steps to reach out to VW, made the appt, and had the car towed there. While there may or may not be anything left to repair after VW does its work, Chloe’s has gained a new customer for the maintenance and anything else needed on my car in the future.

The air conditioning in the wifes car stopped working so I took it to Chloes for free check up. Apparently The free check up only consists of turning the air conditioning on and saying oh it doesnt work it doesnt work we have to do a diagnostics check $125 which doesnt go towards to repair. So I took the car to mike the mechanic And in 20 minutes tell me what the problem was there was no freon in the unit Which causes the compressor not to come on. All it needed was a charge And all it cost me was a $150. I wouldnt tell Anyone to go to Chloes after that experience what a rip off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

5-star review1. The original reason I took the car in was because the SRS light came on. That meant I had trouble w/my air bag. I spent 2 days calling different repair shops to find someone who could ck it out. I noticed Chloes Auto Repair one day when leaving Walmart. Ive never heard of them. When I did a google search for Mazda repair shops, I noticed their ad. I read their website & their reviews & decided Id give them a shot.2. They had to do a diagnostic to figure out what codes presented telling them what part of the SRS system was defective.3. I work 3rd shift &, even though they werent through with the diagnostic in one day, they were willing to accommodate my weird schedule w/o complaint & took me home after dropping the car off @7⁰⁰am so I could sleep & picking me back up @ the end of their day so I could get to work that night.4. I dropped the car off again the next morning so they could finish the diagnostic, &, again, they took me back home & picked me back up that afternoon so I could go to work. I paid for the diagnostic & we discussed, in detail, what repairs needed to be made & an estimate of the cost. As Im on Social Security, I couldnt afford all of it, so they helped me whittle it down to what I HAD to do to keep me safe on the road.5. The next morning I was almost home when smoke started coming out from under the hood &the engine or transmission started acting weird. I drove straight to Chloes. Again, they took me home. I didnt get much sleep that day w/the constant phone calls between us to keep me informed of what was going on.6. It turned out that it wasnt smoke coming from under the hood, it was steam....my radiator had blown. It was going to happen sooner or later as the car was a 2002 model. So, I needed a radiator & a thermostat.7. I now had to forgo the SRS repair in favor of the radiator & thermostat as the car wouldnt run w/o them, or I couldnt go to work, thus no paycheck to pay for anything.8. They went beyond the call of duty to get the parts & do the repairs I desperately needed so I could go to work that night.9. I have never had faith in the honesty or customer care of auto repair shops much less dealerships. Now I feel I have someone to go to that I trust. They have proven themselves in every interaction Ive had with them.10. The people I dealt with was the crowning glory. They were nice, not condescending to me like most repair shop personnel. They took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my car & which parts of it I needed to fix immediately to avoid further damage to the car. Im sure Ill leave someone out & for that I apologize. My main contact was Jamie...she was super. She has fellow personnel that helped her get the things accomplished that needed to be accomplished & kept me informed when she was unavailable. One was Crystal, another lady whose name I cant remember, & a gentleman who was kind enough to make me feel secure in his knowledge of the SRS system.I thank them from the bottom of my heart & the bottom of my wallet. I will see them again shortly after the next paycheck to start working on the rest of the list! Im glad I found them!

My father broke down recently driving from Tennessee near Chloes garage. He needed a tow and possibly work that would require a stay over the weekend . He has a medical condition which requires him to take medication on a regular basis. I requested that Chloes do their best to get him back on the road that night. What customer service! They stayed an hour late to accommodate my fathers repair and to get him back on the road so he could get home for his medication. They properly diagnosed his mechanical problem and fixed it without taking advantage of our predicament. I live over 30 minutes away from Chloes and will take my car there for repairs in the future Just because of their honesty and concern. Shout out to all that stayed late that Saturday night!

We were on our way back from Florida (vacation) to Indiana and all of a sudden our car started making a lawn mower noise so we pull over and calm about 10 different places and none of them had availability and many needed an appointment until chloes. They were able to get us in within 15 minutes and resolved our issue within 30 minutes! My boyfriend was able to ride along with the mechanic and he explained EVERYTHING to him and made sure he understood it all. The front desk ladies were amazing and made everything go quick and easy.I WISH there was a chloes where I live because many here cheat you out of your money, which chloes could have done but did not!(If you ever decide to open a location in indiana I am more than willing to establish it with you, It would definitely be very successful!)You guys are GREAT! The quality of work is always good,BOGO is a great deal. With that said, unfortunately the customer service and appointment times has suffered over time. A 1:00 appointment for a simple oil change shouldn’t take 2.5 hours to complete. When you’re told 45 minutes maybe an hour, I can deal with an extra 15-30 minutes, I see more socializing amongst employees then actually work. I had always held a high opinion, I’ve often referred multiple people to them only to be contacted and said they would never return again. It’s a shame honestly, unfortunately with crazy schedules and multiple vehicles to service I just don’t have the time to spend 4-5 hours on 2 oil changes that any other shop will complete in under 30 minutes. I give them a 5 star for quality of work, but the customer service portion is a much lower standard then I have come to expect from them.

Im glad to finally find a shop thats honest, they diagnosed my check engine light, it was the O2 sensor and instead of putting a cheap sensor on we installed a OEM part for longevity, but it was on backorder, they kept in touch with me while we waited for the sensor to come in, Got the part and they got in done. Thanks, I will be using them on all my vehicles!

I own a carpet cleaning business and our service vans go through a lot of brake pads. They are very accommodating and knowledgeable. Great facility and very comfortable waiting room. Always very happy and highly recommend their services!!

I made an appointment online @ 2:30 and shockingly I got that appointment. They not only did the oil change but what I liked mostly my little sticker says to change it in 7,500 miles. I also received a 10% discount on future work and I got a BOGO offer. They did a good work and that allowed me to have lunch.4 months later I used my BOGO but I dont believe that I got a true 15 point inspection. I say that because a week later I decided to get a major problem fixed by another mechanic and he said he had to fill up my radiator overflow and top off the radiator. Now I dont know if checking the radiator fluid is part of that 15 point inspection but I think it should be if not. The mechanic that I went to for the major repair and a better quote than Chloes Auto Repair told me that he does that for his customers. When I received my paperwork from Chloes I saw nothing about fluids being low or that I should do such. The mechanic I just recently used even fills up the window washing fluid.

I went for the check engine light test. They gave me a bunch of codes then said it will be roughly $130 to figure out why I have the codes. Then once they find the problems, I would have to pay more to get it fixed. None of the $130 would go towards any repairs. Not sure, if that was because I had a coupon for them to check for free. But, to be sure I went to AutoZone shortly after and didnt get the same laundry list of codes. They are ripping people off, found another repair shop on the same street. $80 for the test and if they repair the $80 goes towards the repairs. Firestone charges $100 for test, and if they repair its 50% off but they keep your car all day. Shop around, and make this your last choice. They will politely rob you with a smile! So the owner replies to my review by airing my car repairs online, as if I didnt get a print out. Trust me honey there are better places and prices around!!!!!!

Let me begin by saying this a nice shop, clean and a nice waiting area. Payton at the front desk is a true pleasure to work with, but that is where the good stops. This disorganization of this place is only made worse but its mismanagement. The communication between the shop and the front desk has been an issue from the start. Only 1 of the past 5 jobs I have gotten done were completed within the time they initially stated and I have to spend atleast 30 min each time removing greasy handprints from the exterior of my vehicles after each pickup. I know there are no way to be exact, but every single job other than 1 was DAYS longer than originally told. I have had multiple vehicles worked on in the last 45 days. I kept giving this company benefit of the doubt and didnt wanna leave a negative review because of one instance. But after the forth or fifth time its not a coincidence. I hope this place can get things together, it has potential. Unfortunately they have lost me as a customer....Sad.

A awesome bunch of people going out of there way to take care of your needs . They go above and beyond the car repair process. I highly recommend them .crystal goes out of her way to keep you up to date on your vehicles progress.

Great service from great people. Multiple techs with a vast knowledge of all makes. Comfortable waiting room with playroom and changing table in the mens room for my baby.

Chloes auto repair was nothing short of a satisfying experience. They sent a tow to get us and also arranged for a rental company to come pick us up when we asked for a recommendation. They took great care of our vehicle and kept us informed every step of the way. I highly recommend them. Our vehicle happened to break down in their area and we live 2 and a half hours away but we are even considering bringing our other vehicle back out there for work. Very pleased with them.

This is the second time coming here and I would definitely recommend! Staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. I don’t feel like they try to take advantage of things. I liked the pictures they took of the problems going on with my car so I could actually see what they were taking about. Also the eating room is very nice and clean!

Went in to get my car repaired. They fixed it. Yay good job. Well a month later my tire/wheel bearing starts making weird noises. Like metal on metal grinding. seeing as how its the TIRE or wheel bearing and I commute from Georgia to north Carolina. Seeing as how its clearly something wrong i went to the closest shop to me in North Carolina. The shop in North Carolina said this and im direct quoting them either someone didnt know what they were doing or they were impaired when they installed the part and Chloes also damaged my abs ring. Since this shop in North Carolina isnt under Chloes warranty umbrella they wont reimburse me the money for something they are responsible for. To Chloes since you wont reimburse me what do I get for the 475$ that I have to spend out of pocket.

We have been using chloes for over a year and absolutely love them! They are so friendly upfront with pricing and have always explained everything to us and never pushed us into having work done that wasn’t needed. Their prices are fair and the waiting area is beautiful and has everything! Such a family friendly low stress environment!

I called a day ahead trying to set an appointment to get my oil changed. They said they were pretty busy but if I brought it in around 3 they would get me thru eventually. I knew from past experiences that some people set appointments and don’t show up so I actually brought it in at noon and said I would leave it with them because I lived pretty close and could walk home. They called me while it was there and said I had a nail in one of my tires and would I like them to plug it? I thought this was a nice gesture and said yes.They surprised me and got it done around 130. Very professional. Here’s were I have a little problem tho. On Monday I had to drive to Nashville for work and on the way my low tire pressure light came on. I stopped at a Loves truck stop to see if I could find the issue. Turns out all my tires were only filled to 35 or less PSI and I was missing 2 of the 4 red metal valve stem caps that came with the vehicle. And one valve stem had no cap at all. The max PSI on them is 50. I know it’s not a big deal and I realize that they are not a tire place. I had no problem filling the tires with air and had no further problems. Just for future reference please fill tires to proper PSI for customers.

Nick and the rest of the staff, was great. They listened to my issues and recommended me services that would solves my issues. I got the vehicle back the same day and, due to my own lack of timely maintenance, noticed the vehicle was driving and sounding better right off the bat. I am definitely coming back there for any and all of my routine maintenance or emergency car troubles. Thank you again for fixing many issues in only a few hours. Your shop is great!

I’ve been going to Chloes Auto Repair for a few years now. And they have not only been a great help to me and the cars I’ve had but my whole family has been using this shop for years. They always do a great job! Dave is very experienced and always gives great advice on things I can do to elongate the life of my car.

This was my second visit to Chloe‘s and I could not be more impressed. I would drive across Woodstock to have them service my car again. The entire staff is super friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately I cant use the service due to needing a easier way to leave the car for the time they need it and have a way back and forth to pick it up so il have to find a place closer to me but in the future il definitely go to this place for the excellent friendly staff 😁

A coworker originally recommended Chloes to me a while back, and since then, my roommates and I have all used them for one service or another within the past couple months or so (our car trouble was very synchronized...they say it happens in 3s). Anywho -- I personally came in for a battery, and their team was extremely kind and communicative. I am a little bit paranoid about taking my car to certain places, especially with it being a hybrid (Ive had trouble in the past at other repair shops), but they confirmed that they were able to work on it.They offered to take my vehicle in same-day, and despite it being a holiday weekend, I was satisfied with the turn-around time.They would keep in touch over the phone with any updates, as well as via e-mail, providing documentation/photos for anything that they found along the way.Their transparency was greatly appreciated, and its safe to say that our entire household will be returning for future services with them!

My contact there was Peyton and she did a fantastic job of staying in touch with me regarding the status of my vehicle. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Went into have my brakes looked at and they Wanted to completely replace my rotors, pads, & fluid when a turning of the rotors was only needed. Went elsewhere & saved $400.

I have used Chloes a couple times in the past. They are always very helpful and I like to support a local, woman owned business. My first couple times using them, I had no issues and they diagnosed my problem. I recently brought them my vehicle because my ABS light was on. The tech said I needed new pads and rotors all the way around. I found that odd since the brakes werent that old. I took it to another mechanic and the pads had 70-80% of wear left and the rotors showed no sign of warping. Im not sure if the tech accidently switched up my paperwork, but I always recommend getting second opinions or if possible have them show you exactly what is causing their diagnosis. Saved me $1,000 (turned out I had a bad ABS control module that was causing the light to come on).

This is my second visit to Chloes. The entire place is totally clean and two good size waiting areas and I believe a room for children too. Easy to social distance for sure. The staff is kind and courteous and they didn’t try to find more work to do on my car like I’ve heard a lot of places do.

We have been taking all our vehicles to Chloes for maintenance and repairs for the last 6 months. They are extremely knowledgeable, honest and great prices! In addition, they donated their labor to take care of the maintenance and repairs on a minivan we are giving to a local family that lost their only means of transportation when she lost her job. They make it a practice to help local families on a regular basis. We cannot recommend this business more strongly.
