These guys were completely honest with me about what I did and did not need. I initially called them because of the impeccable 5 star rating over other places. The guy who came to our house was right on time, but that’s it. Knowledge was lacking and was more of a know it all than actually knowing, & started to tinker around with my husbands car. He improperly changed a part that has now caused more problems. Well, tomorrow we plan on taking it to a dealership so they can actually fix the problems. Somewhere we were trying to avoid because it’s overly expensive.

I could not recommend Nick more - he actually came to my house and told me I did not need service after an unscrupulous mechanic tried to sell me on an expensive break repair. He then even gave me a credit towards my next service when I needed it. He was prompt and courteous and clearly knows his stuff. And his prices are very reasonable.

I cant say enough good things about Brakes On the Spot. Because Brakes On The Spot comes to you, where you are, I havent had to pay exorbitant tow truck fees.
