I value a great mechanic like I do a doctor or dentist. The owner Bob and his staff are great. I’ve been a customer for 15+ years. Bob has the knowledge and experience you can trust. He’s honest and fair. I went to my Subaru dealership while my new car was under warranty, but after that ended, I was happy to put my car back in Bob’s care. He also kept my mom’s car in perfect running condition and would pump her gas for her since she was elderly and didn’t want to. I’m grateful to have this shop in my neighborhood.

My family and I have trusted Bob to be honest and straightforward regarding any issues with our fords for years now. He’s always friendly and professional. Only “complaint” I have is that his receptionists have attitude sometimes, but it’s not a big enough deal to deter me from coming.

Absolutely love Kristensens! The employees are polite and have great customer service. Prices are pretty fair across the board as well.

The cashier was very rude to me when I used $3 in quarters and dimes to pay for part of my purchase. I was told I should not dump my change at their station, and that they would refuse to take it the next time. It must be nice to be able to refuse paying customers. Get real people.

I recommend Kristensens Service Center. My Mazda has been repaired there several times and I would rate the place a 5 on a scale of 5. Mr. Kristensen is helpful and friendly with fast service. I feel fortunate to have his business just down the street for maintaining my 11 year old car!

Ive always had my oil changes done by whatever place happens to be close...the Jiffy Lubes of the world. But after meeting Bob and his crew, I will be seeing them from now on. These guys know what they are doing and I feel like I can trust ALL of my cars maintenance to them. Thank you!

I had my Oil Change done months ago and they were fast,friendly, and the price was great. The waiting room could of had a working tv but other then that it was an Awesome experience. Thank you so much and I will come back again.

My husband and I where on our way to Wisconsin and got a flat. Googled tow trucks and Kristensens popped up. We called & they got a truck here in 30 minutes on a Sunday!! Thank you! Our entire Sunday plans werent ruined thanks to you!! Highly recommend!
