Ive been taking my vehicles here for about 20 years (first it was Goodyear, now Mr. Tire). Ive never had a bad experience. Nick, Scott & the rest of the guys are professional, friendly & honest. I brought my daughters car in a few days ago because she felt like it was pulling and also losing oil. They thoroughly checked out her car & topped off her oil. The best car care place in Towne Lake.

This is the only place I take my vehicles. They are honest and never try to sell me things I don’t need. They have even sent me away twice letting me know my vehicle was safe and once told me to replace the battery in my key fob and that would fix my issue (they were right). I cannot recommend them enough and every person that works there is so nice and professional.

I took my car to Mr.Tire today because it broke down and my check engine light came on. I have a Hum device that tells you what is wrong with your car. Mine said crankshaft sensor. They call me and say that they didnt see anything wrong and to take it to the dealership to have the computer updated. Dealership said the code P0035 is not a computer problem. My car broke down shortly after leaving Mr.Tire. I called them back and all Nick would say was he didnt find anything wrong. But the pcr needed updated. DONT take your car here if you want it fixed. I already had the error code and they still didnt fix it

This place was amazing. I showed up with a flat tire and Scott and his workers got it done in no time at all! I was greeted with an immediate helping hand. I plan to continue to give them my business, and I recommend you should too!

Mr Harold was great he kept the safety of the customer first always had his mask on any time he went to the shop and back always changing his gloves and in this time of uncertainty it’s great to know that they take this seriously. I took my vehicle to the dealership for regular service and the list of repairs they quoted me was 1900 dollars . Harold was able to cut that number below half for two tires and rear breaks also advising me on what needed to be fixed right now and what needed to be taken care of at my next vehicle service interval.The atmosphere he has created makes you feel like your not being overcharged or taken advantage of and to me that is top priority. I ordered new tires from Tire Rack and they delivered to Mr. Tire @ Towne lake. Harold was professional and honest! My new tires make the whole car feel so much better! But extra bonus points go to these guys. The dealership said I needed brand new brakes as well as a rotor rotation. Harold said that was not the case. Great and honest customer service today by Harold! I was on my way to work and my tire pressure was extremely low that the tire was almost flat. Mr. Tire Woodstock is great! It is the only place I have ever taken my cars for oil changes. The staff is friendly and helpful, and more importantly, I never feel pressured to buy anything/get any work done that I did not come in for. They were also able to quickly get records upon my request of all past services on my vehicle when I was ready to sell. Highly recommend taking your car here!

These guys definitely broke my tpms sensor when I came in. They were super nice and friendly which is why I left 2 stars instead of 1. But mechanics are still mechanics at the end of the day. They do all this little extra nonsense to make more money, they may break stuff on purpose just to resell it to you like they did to me, and they try to upsell everything to you. Its definitely a shame you really cant trust mechanics. I knew what I was getting myself into though so whatever.

Mr. Tire was awesome, I needed to get my two front tubeless tires for my riding lawnmower beads sealed up and aired up. I called them up and explained the situation and they said sure so I got there in 15 minutes and they completed the job immediately for no charge! They were very helpful in a time of need. I would strongly recommend them, they are professional, friendly and just want to help people. Thank you and well done guys!

These guys were great! I realized I had a leak in my tire this morning so I called my dealership, who put me on hold and then never called me back. So I drove by Mr Tire to see if they could help. They were busy at the time so instead of making me sit there waiting, he suggested I come back at 3p. Went back at 3p and was out of there at 3:15, nail removed and tire patched at no charge thanks to an online coupon I found on their site! Do not go here for engine work. Replaced my dads transmission, it failed within a month. Dealership replaced it afterwards and its been running fine for a while now. They replaced my o2 sensor that shorted out and failed to tell me it shorted out because of oil leaking directly onto wiring harness, which when it failed 2 weeks later i looked at it and was like oh looks like I figured out where the leak is and why my o2 is receiving low voltage. They replaced my intake manifold gasket and now I have all sorts of debris in my oil, to the point my oil pressure tanked and im having to run lucas in there just to keep my pressure up until the oil pan is dropped and cleaned. They have lost my trust and have cost me way too much money for seriously questionable repairs. Not to mention I bring my old car in to talk about rough idle and decreased gas mileage and somehow we end up on I need a new wheel bearing 😡. They claim to be a full service shop, do.not.trust.it.

On 9/7/19, my husband and I were almost 4 hours from home when our ac stopped working. Being that it was late on a Saturday afternoon, no one would let us bring our car in to be checked. I finally ran across the number for Mr. Tire in Woodstock and it was close by us. I called and spoke with Angelo, who told us to come on in. When we arrived, our car was promptly taken and inspected. The manager, Ron, came out and explained what the issue was and that it may be an easy fix. Turns out that it was and we were quickly back on our way. I really appreciate Angelo, Ron, and the technicians for a job well done.

I went to Mr. Tire to inquire on the right set of tires for a sports performance vehicle, with safety as the #1 concern. What happened next was an education. It was clearly explained the challenged with the type of wheels my car had on, and a detail of the various options. Left with a quote in hand and impressed with the time vested.Returned a month later, ready to install the tires. Happy to report that the tires recommended addressed my safety concerns of a vehicle that was subject to hydroplaning. The very next day, was a heavy rain and the car performed amazingly. Quite a difference. Bottom line, I will be a returning customer that really appreciates a high level of concern and customer service for the patrons.

Went to mr tire with absolutely no AC and spoke with Ron. Ron’s customer service was top-notch !! He helped me learn everything I needed to know to get my cars AC back in working condition. It took about 45 minutes and he had my AC blowing ice cold for bottom dollar. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to have their car serviced! Great place all around friendly attitude.

My wife went in for 2 front tires on her 2014 Toyota Camry. About 7 hours later she picks up her car. I was at work and asked why it took so long. She informs me the bill was $1,900 and that they told her she needed new struts. She never asked them to look at them, there werent any problems with them, there was literally nothing wrong with them or any need to examine them. Some shop guy decided to up sale to a woman who doesnt know anything about cars. They decided it was good business practice to just tell her based on some random recommended mileage that she should replace them. Should she have verified, sure, but she trusted in good business and now weve paid for parts we literally did not need.

Had new tires put on, a tire rotation and alignment done a few months back. My tires have only been on for maybe 4 months and all of them are worn on the inside and the rears have wire showing. I guess they never actually did the alignment when they put the tires on. Went to have new wheels and tires put on and found that one of my lugs had been impacted on way too tight and had broken the lug. It’s also worth mentioning they broke my tpms sensor and told me my car came in the shop with the light on. New management has ruined this place. If you care about your car, don’t ever bring it here.

Brought my car in for a battery cable replacement and throttle body repair. I was worried about the cost of both...this could have been a $750 repair.Imagine my surprise when Ron phoned me 90 minutes after I dropped off my car telling me it was ready. Imagine my EVEN GREATER surprise when Ron told me the total cost was $66. He told me they didnt need a full replacement of the cables (only the connectors) and that they were able to just clean the throttle body instead of repair it.What makes this all the more impressive is that when I dropped off my car, I remarked how many open bays they had. Ron told me its been a very slow January and they couldnt figure out why. They had every reason to try and get more $ from me and instead operated with integrity.Im a big fan of these guys. Been going there a few years now and decided that its going to be many more years in the future as well. Honest people who do good work.

Best tire place I have ever found. Ron is a pleasure to work with and doesnt try to up sell unnecessarily. When I brought my Mazda in I was saying so how much does a new tire cost and Ron was like well lets first see if we can salvage your current tire and save you some money. He is def always looking out for the customer and they get the work done quickly Cant say enough good about this place!

Brought my car in for a tire pressure check, the Manager noticed my tires are cupping, he suggested an alignment. After the adjustments were made my car drives so much better now. I trust Mr Tire working on my vehicle, they are always honest.

I have only been to Mr. Tire twice, but both times were the best experiences I have had with any auto store. They were very helpful and fast. I highly recommend Mr. Tire for anyone who is not quite sure where to go for any car service. Ron is the nicest guy and truly goes above and beyond for all of his customers.

Edit: The follow up I received from Ron (the owner) deserves an update to my review. Ron contacted me directly following my experience noted below and acknowledged the communication breakdowns, apologized and asked if Id be willing to let them complete the repair. Reluctantly, I agreed, and dropped it back off. The long and short of it is that Ron and his team made it right. They completed the repair, and also replaced a part free of charge that was damaged while doing the work. Its not ideal that what originally started as a simple alignment turned into a bigger repair, but thats not Rons fault, and he did everything he could to complete the repair honestly, completely and within reason financially. They also diagnosed the airbag light and we discussed possible solutions.__________________________________________I first brought my car to the shop Saturday afternoon for an alignment. After waiting an hour, I was told that an alignment couldnt be done because there was a broken bolt on the lower control arm bushing. A new bushing would need to be ordered and installed the following Monday and the alignment would be done then. I authorized the ordering of the part and brought my car back on Monday morning at 7:30 am. I never heard anything from the shop until I called at 4:00 pm on Monday to see what the the status was. I was told hes still working on it. At 6:30 pm, I still hadnt heard anything, so I called back to find out what the situation was. I was told that the car was done and was being test driven. I got a ride to the shop to pick up my car. It wasnt until it was time to pay for the repair that I was told that the new bushing wasnt installed because he couldnt get the bolt out because of the rust. They did complete the alignment and got it as close as they could. So, all in all, they had my car for 11.5 hours to get an alignment done as close as they could. I never got a call during this time to let me know of the apparent issues with removing a bolt, and to top it off, the airbag light came on during my drive home (for the first time ever) and now, 3 days later, continues to randomly go off and on. Im sure some connection got bumped and is probably loose.

Ron and his team were impressive as always. I was in and out quickly with no unnecessary repairs added in. Always pleased to hear suggested maintenance for next visit so I can budget. Highly recommend Mr. Tire for service as well as tires.

A good honest mechanic can be tough to find but Ron at Mr. Tire is first class. He always thoroughly explains things and the justification for needing services. Went there for an alignment on my Q5. They were very friendly and gave me a summary of the alignment adjustment which I found to be very informative! They have the best price for an alignment that I could find as well! I was in an out within an hour which never happens! Highly recommend and Ill use them again as they are in the neighborhood.

I would recommend this Mr. Tire location to anyone who requires these services for their vehicle. The manager, Ron Golden, is very accommodating, but more importantly is very knowledgeable, experienced and trustworthy. He always keeps the customer in mind when he determines what is required to solve their problem by explaining the different options available including the costs involved based on your particular situation. This allows you, as a customer, to make an informed decision based on good information. Also you can be sure that the work you are expecting to be done is actually done because he takes a hands-on approach to make sure that if there are any questions which arise during the service, that he is personally involved in the solution. This greatly reduces the chances of any errors or omissions which has not been the case with other service shops which I have used in the past.

The management here is par none. Prices are reasonable, and maintenance suggestions seem to be realistic and free of up charge. Youll be happy to have chosen this place to service your automotive needs.

I came in with their 14.95 oil change coupon. I was told to pick which oil I wanted and I picked the less expensive. At no time was I told that the coupon could not be used. They also fixed a small tire repair which was $25.00. The total bill ended up being 70 plus bucks. I was told then that the coupon didn’t apply. Long story short I got ripped off. I could have gone down the street and got a $20 oil change. I called the customer service number that Teresa provided for other customers that gave a bad reviews. You guessed it no returned phone call.

If you want an honest mechanic this is definitely the place to go. Ron has saved me from spending money when it wasn’t necessary multiple times, which is hard to come by nowadays!!! Great service from the whole staff every visit, always eager to answer any questions or confusion I have. My family has been going here for forever and I recommend them to everybody.

(UPDATE) We are very happy with the new management at Towne Lake. Ron is great and really knows how to treat customers with kindness and respect. He points out mechanical situations that needs attention and takes care of it right away. Cindy and I have been loyal customers since 2009 and have always received great customer service from Ron! We are very glad he is back.10 months ago, I had a negative experience with the former manager at Towne Lake and we proceeded to get our vehicles serviced at the Mr Tire in Canton and received excellent service from Ron when he was at that location.I didnt get my negative experience with the former manager resolved with customer service since they had a guy call me to tell me that he and the former manager were fishing buddies. I wasnt sure what was the point of his calling me.-------------------------------------------------------------(MAY 2017) Got there right before 8am for oil change and tire rotation. Was told by CHAD that he WILL do it at 9am while I wait. 11am not finished and came to me that he didnt promise but said he might get to me at 9am Meanwhile a couple of customers with tire changes got in and out before me. What happened to first come first serve? Others seemed like higher priority. Been long-term customer. NOT ANYMORE. CHAD IS A SCAM ARTIST!!!!

This is my first time came I called in for pricing and was told to come in for a brake inspection. I read several reviews and I went in sort of a skeptic but when I left out.... I am a customer for Life(as long as Ron is there)!!!!! The entire staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Ron took the time to explain to me what was needed, He answered all of my question and put my concerns at ease. He didn’t over sell me and he was honest!!! Had a puncture repaired, but the tire wasnt balanced well afterwards. Returned and asked them to check the balance. They were most courteous and rebalanced the tire quickly and without charge. Ill go back to them in the future.

Went in for a tire rotation and to fix a flat. Tire seems to be fixed fine, however they broke a wheel stud during the tire rotation and did not replace it or tell me. I saw it when I got home. Disappointed.

The personnel were very courteous, my vehicle went in to the shop on time and came out in the prescribed time. They gave me a detailed report on the condition of the tires, fluids and front end, etc.Much better than Colony Tire was there before. They need to change the signs to Mr. Tire, wasnt sure I was in the correct place.

I was tired of Havoline always upselling me and the shady feeling I got so I decided to try this place after getting a flyer in the mail. Im so happy I did. I have to say it was the best experience. Robert was very helpful and was determined to get me the best price for my oil change since it needed synthetic oil which could be a little pricier. Kevin and his team are great. I require No Flat tires and no tire stores in my area stock them or may not have the equipment to mount them to the rims. He didnt have my required tire, but searched the database and had them within an hour, called me, and I had my new tires installed that day. No one else I called seemed interested in helping me. BEST Tire store in the Woodstock area.
