Its always nice to know there is a place a girl can take a car without the mechanic treating her like a child or to try to take advantage of her. When you can trust an owner of a repair shop, you dont worry about how much repairs cost because you know you need them. I know you can take these owners at their word.

I was amazed at how much they cared and the professional way they worked with me. I was impressed with how quickly they can diagnose the problem. Advice on what to prepare for and what maintenance is needed is the added bonus of working with professionals like this shop.

The team here is nothing short of professional. You will always receive a very fair/honest quote and the goal of this shop is to not charge for the unnecessary.Their work is clean, and they will notify you if an issue is found. This repair shop is a true blessing to all Porsche owners. The staff cares for the customers and basically love Porsches. In fact, I would say they are obsessed with working on Porsches, BMWs, VWs Audis, and Benz. Why would you take your car to anyone who isnt as passionate about its performance as you are?

Needing some extensive engine work, I was turned away by another German import shop. At a certain age, many shops are afraid to work on a vintage Porsche, or don’t make you comfortable that they have the required experience. I called Charlie, and it was very clear he knew exactly what was needed. Very reassuring. Charlie offered recommendations for quoted services, and worked with me on a repair / preventative maintenance plan within a budget. There was a slight follow up issue, and Charlie admirably stood behind his work. I have no reservations using My 911 Shop for all my future Porsche repair / service needs.

My husband dropped his car off with Charlie last July and we still havent gotten it back. Instead, he keeps telling my husband different dates the car will be ready and every time its the same results. My husband gets excited, we stop by the shop and its still not ready. Now my husband is just furious and fed up after being lied to multiple times. At first, I thought no big deal, but now its just gotten to the point where there is zero professionalism and no time management skills. Please stop making promises you cant deliver on.

My 2003 Boxster S was running hot. I read that sometimes the coolent reservoir under the rear trunk could be a problem. I had 2 German auto service shops look at it and shared what I had read. Neither could confirm and suggested the coolent was getting into a cylinder. I had been content with previous service from both. I was ready to replace the car when a friend referred me to Charlie MyNineElevenShop. He came to my house, Took the car and found that was the problem as well as a pinhole leak in a front radiator.
