One of the best bakeries anywhere! My wife is from NYC and says the Italian cookies are legit. Excellent cakes with a wide selection, truffles, cheese cake, cup cakes, etc.. Counter help is always friendly, helpful and efficient. Stopped in to get my wifes birthday cake and a few treats. Its over an hour drive but they are that good.

Alpine Bakery did our wedding cake and it was wonderful! I chose a different flavor for each tier - raspberry, chocolate, and carrot - and the cake was DELICIOUS. We received so many compliments. The design of the cake also turned out beautifully and exactly as I had imagined. They dropped off the cake on time and we had no issues. They were reasonably priced and we were very happy that we chose Alpine Bakery for our wedding!

Its a great bakery with so many cakes, cheesecakes, high end desserts, cookies, cupcakes, truffles. Everything I bought was delicious!!! The NY black out chocolate cake slice and the Turtle cheesecake slice, were amazing! A must have. Even the pizzas. customer service was A+! It was a little far but worth the trip.! Will go back. P.

Alpine Bakery made a cake for our couples wedding this past weekend. It was absolutely incredible in every way. The bride and groom had a very specific vision for what they wer looking for and this team made it come to life.They also provided small cookies and other desserts for the event. Everything was perfect and they tasted just as good as they looked! Their communication was clear, they arrived on-time for delivery, and were extremely flexible when the cake needed to be moved more than once in the reception space during setup. We would recommend this team to any of our couples and look forward to the next time we get to work together! Truly a one of a kind experience.

Never had a problem until today. Apparently the crew today didnt like people that dont look like them. Was passed over a few times before having to ask for assistance. Food is great but customer service today needs to be better.

Our Carrot cake was simply gingerbread sliced thin with gobs of icing between the layers. Did not find any nuts or other ingredients. Was not edible. Threw it out after one piece

I love them. You can always pop up after work and get a variety of different things. I dont like very sweet stuff, and everything that I tried there so far was delicious and always fresh.The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and its always clean. And they give you nice rewards for being a dedicated customer. I highly recommend this place.

Just ordered my first pizza from the Woodstock Alpine this evening and while I love their baked goods I really was unsure how their pizza would be. Well, any miniscule concerns I may have had have been laid to rest. The first thing you see when you receive the pizza is this huge box, the kind of box large pizzas use to be in when I was a kid. So, right off the bat, I was impressed with the size of the pizza. It seems most everything these days gets smaller and smaller and yet costs more and more. That simply is NOT the case at Alpine for any of their products. Everything in that bakery is HUGE! As for the pizza, its a NY style pizza with plenty of excellent toppings, layered in a sea of cheesy goodness! The crust was just as I expected it to be, Fantastic! Crispy on the outside edges while soft on the inside but not doughy like a lot these other fast food pizza joints make. Bottom line, its really a great pizza folks, do not hesitate to give it a try.Kudos to Alpine Bakery for producing another winner to add to their collection of the best cakes, pastries, etc. in the business. The pizza is just another excuse for me to visit my favorite bakery, Alpine Bakery! Excellent pizza! I guarantee, Ill be back for more.

Two days in a row they did not have Mocha!

Went to pick up the White Chocolate Raspberry cake for my parents 45th wedding anniversary. The large is $60+ and the regular is $45+...& they were actually sold out. They had the cheesecake version, but my Dad opted for the Coconut Cream cake and it was Wonderful. Unlike the WCR which is HEAVENLY. Also, got a thumbprint cookie, and two macaroons.

Been coming here since they opened a few years ago. Is the only place around where you can get an authentic cappuccino just like it’s made in Italy which is amazing. Staff is always super friendly. It’s a bit disappointing that in the past few months the cookies and pastries have been exceptionally over sweetened. First time my family and I thought it was just a “one off” but has certainly been consistently over done for a while. Hope it gets better soon or unfortunately we’ll just be going there for coffees and no sweet treats.

Very nice bakery with beautiful cakes and pies a huge variety to choose from it’s located in a great area and very easy to see from the road and very easy to get to the employees were extremely helpful and very nice the prices were not bad at all especially for the sizes for the cakes or pies they also have mini cannolis and truffles that were a dollar so you can get a great little dessert for a few bucks

One of the best bakeries across the contential US. My favorite is their blueberry cheesecake bars and their tiramisu cake. If you can ever get their cannoli cake its the best cake Ive ever had. Worth the try.

Nice layout with display cases. Prices a bit difficult to see because they were social distancing anyone from approaching the cases. My first visit. Expected to pay a premium price for my slice of cheesecake-- and I did! It was diet-busting good! One piece would serve two people, or one indulgent person two times. Looking forward to tomorrow already!

I had their Raspberry Cupcake and Italian cake delivered. I absolutely don’t regret it. It’s not a picture perfect masterpiece with crisp edges like you see on cake boss, but considering the exceptional flavor and moistness, the presentation is superior. Just wow! What a treat

Fast and very friendly waitstaff. Very helpful in describing all of the bakery deserts. I gained 5 pounds looking in the display cases. They also have superb pizzas and Stromboli’s.

Their business model is strange, in the fact that they have lots of delicious looking treats in their display cases, but they don’t serve these treats to their walk-in customers.My family and I walked into their location this afternoon and waited for about ten minutes without anyone speaking to us or acknowledging our presence. Their lobby had five separate customers needing to be helped, five employees behind the counter, but only one customer was actively being helped in the time that we were there. We eventually gave up and walked out.Awful service. Awful experience.

5 Star food, 3 Star service. Really good Pizza and Calzones! Really bad 1 Star service this time! I have ordered a Pizza or Calzone EVERY Friday for months and months with a only a few exceptions. The bakery is less than 300 yards from my shop. I typically order 30 minutes before leaving work and, for the most part, service has been acceptable. Last Friday I ordered a little later than usual (it was 5:55 pm) and I was ordering from home. They told me that it would be 55 minutes because they were running behind. No problem I said. Ill be there at 7:00 the girl on the phone said that would be fine. I arrive at 7:00, give them my name, they go to the back and return asking me if my order was a Door Dash order. I said no, I called the order in directly. He again went to the back. This time when he returns he tells me that it will be 15 minutes before my order will be ready. I said are you sure? 15 minutes? he said yes. So, I go across the street to the Kroger and do some shopping and return in 15 minutes. Still not ready! It will only be a few more minutes he said. I once again asked how long and did not get an exact time estimate. So, I told them to cancel the order. Once I got home I decided to call back and pay for the Pizza. I know how difficult staffing is these days and there was no reason to punish the owners. When I asked to speak to a manager Ross answered the phone. What a buffoon! He actually argued with me. He tells me that I must understand that it is Graduation Friday blah blah blah. I told him that I did not care if it was a Papal visit and all they had to do was give me an accurate time. In the end he would not accept my payment. As much as I like the White Pizza and the Calzones I will not be going back.

They have a nice selection of cupcakes, cakes and other decadent treats that should please any palate. Although the prices are higher than your average bakery, the portions are generous. They also make pizzas, calzones and strombolis. I had the stromboli stuffed with italian sausage and mushrooms and for dessert, I cant remember the name of the cake but it was dense like a brownie with multiple layers with chocolate frosting and chocolate sprinkles, aaaahhh- mmaazzzinngg. I would go back again.

First, Ive been going to both Alpines for years, and i love their food. However, the last few times I have purchased individual slices here they are now about half the size they used to be! As you can see its barely the width of a small plastic spoon...about 1.5 inches at the widest. I dont know if its the person cutting or if its the new standard, but either way it stinks when you are paying nearly $10 per slice.

It was amazing! Prepare for a delight cessation of hourly strokes and clogged arteries. The service was great! All the employees are invited to my funeral when I die from high blood pressure.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful my wedding cake was from Alpine Bakery! People are still talking about it! The entire process was great too! We had so much fun at our cake tasting, and really appreciate that they let us still have that wedding experience even with COVID when many places are not! Every question I had was efficiently answered. They were hands downs the easiest choice we made.

My family loves this bakery! They have been happy with their various purchases of yummy goodness. I am lactose-intolerant so I will just have to take their word for it. But if I wasnt, I would surely indulge right along with them. Their individual slices of cakes, pies, cheesecakes are humongous! The only thing one of my sons would suggest is to have a couple more items available that are not chocolate, particularly in the cake department.

Never in my life could I ever imagine that restaurants could get it so wrong when making a pizza. Crust, Sauce, and cheese seems to be a real struggle when Georgia restaurants put them together to form a Pizza. Crispy crust through the entire slice. Crust needs to have flavor. Sauce needs to not only be red, it actually needs to have flavor. Also, I need to know who the brain child was in Georgia that said Hey lets cut our sausage to look like Gyro meat!.Im going to give you the best advice a consumer can give to a business who makes terrible pizza.........Go to a real pizza city and eat at a dozen or more famous pizza places! Seriously, get good, get better or get out!

The best deserts ever! Staff is super friendly and theres a ton of parking. I just wish they opened earlier. Cant tell you how many mornings ive wanted a piece of coffee cake, apple struddle or a cannoli with my coffee only to remember theyre closed in the mornings. I hear their pizza is great too although ive never had it.

Ordered a Million Dollar cake & a Raspberry Chocolate Torte for my mothers 90th birthday. Both cakes were a huge hit at her party. They were both wonderfully delicious & everyone loved them. Everyone wanted to take an extra piece of each home. My favorite was the Raspberry Chocolate Torte. It was pure heaven! They also make delicious cheesecakes, too. My go to bakery for cakes!

The staff member in woodstock was very helpful. I ordered the New York Black Out Cake. Great chocolate flavor. It has chocolate mousse in between the layers so its not overly sweet. I highly recommend this chocolate on chocolate cake.

Not quite worth the pricey payment. Some things are better than others. Cookies tend not so fresh. Cakes have always been good but they are proud of their product!

Pizza is good, however the service is horrible! They told me 40 minutes and once I got there, 45 minutes later, they told me it was going to be another 20 minutes. Unacceptable. All they said was I could wait or cancel. Frustrating because I drove 20 minutes for the pizza in the first place.

We stopped here on a long car trip today, and it was really lovely. Beautiful pastries and cakes. We’ll certainly drop by again.There is no dine-in currently which makes the place very spacious and wheelchair friendly.

This place is amazing! I recently found out this was where my local diner purchases their Turtle Cheesecake. When I found out, I decided to patronize this business instead.I stopped by to pick up a Turtle Cheesecake slice and found out someone had bought them out for the day. This sweet lady recommended the Turtle Cheesecake bites! They were amazing too!!! I drive from Atlanta to this location and it is worth every bit of gas. The food is amazing, the service is excellent and the facility is clean. Not to mention, this business has gone over and beyond to make sure they follow COVID guidelines and customers are safe!Let’s support our businesses! Don’t forget to tip, y’all!!!

I have heard about this place and finally decided to go check it out. I completely loved it! I had a mocha frappe and it was by far one of the best coffees I’ve had, plus their desserts are delicious! Customer service was excellent as well, very friendly staff.

Came in to get a full size cheesecake. I asked if I can get half New York and raspberry cheesecake and they told me it was ok. A minute later they told me that they only had 3 raspberry cheesecake and I will be charge by the slice. Being my first time I thought it will be fine and thought it will be the same as a complete cheesecake. When it came to pay they were charging me 78 dollars for 8 pieces of cheesecake, I then immediately saw the prices from above and saw that a full New York style cheesecake cost 40 dollars, which comes to 10-12 pieces. I then said that I change my mind and wanted a Full New York style cheesecake. The person then said she needed to check with her manager and went around whispering to each other . A minute later they came and made up an excuse saying they can only give the cake the next day. I concluded they were trying to rip me off never again will I be coming back to this store I don’t want this people to receive my money they don’t deserve it.

I do not believe their policy on making a customer wear a mask before they can make a purchase. It is unconstitutional and simply a bad business plan

We tried the 3 different desserts all wonderful. I enjoyed a Carmel latte also very good. Prices are to be expected. Definitely not overpriced Id say. Good place to have a coffee and a bite to eat. Good customer service.

Good food, but poor service.

Ordered two slices of Cake, the Chocolate Mousse and the Raspberry White Chocolate Mousse Cake. I will say that they were Delicious, the best cake I’ve had since Coming here two years ago! Will definitely be making this my new go to for Cake, Loved It!

Cant say enough good things about this place. It is our go to spot for pizza, its just consistently excellent NY style pizza. They have an amazing assortment of pastries and cakes as well. Everyone at this location seems genuinely happy to be there and help the customers. Do yourself a favor and check it out!

I am giving this place one star based solely on customer service. All of the gentlemen in this place were very nice, but the females were very rude, and not friendly at all. The pizza we ordered was excellent, but very very poor customer service. We were told 25 minutes for our pizzas. Went in twice to pick them up and had to wait in line both times even though we already paid for the pizzas. an hour and a half later our pizzas were brought out to our car. We will not be coming back to your store

This place makes me want to try to get type 2 diabetes. I want everything. There is too much to choose from and it all looks delicious. The staff wants to make me obese and they are very friendly. I was shocked at their product knowledge. Im thinking about cupcakes now. Exotic cupcakes.

Theres so much to choose from and everything looks delicious. Staff is friendly and helpful. Even with a crowd you are served and out the door quickly. Always have to get the Million Dollar Cake, slices of the Coconut and Italian Creme. The Red Velvet cupcakes and cant forget the cookies.

Great place to grab dessert! They also do Pizza and some other things but Ive only ever gotten the dessert. They have cheesecakes, cookies, cupcakes, cakes, macaroons, truffles, and cake rolls. My favorite is their cheesecake with fresh fruit including strawberries, kiwi, and blueberries. It goes super fast though and I havent been fortunate enough to get it the last two times I was there! I have had their lemon cake, coconut cake, cheesecake both plain and with fruit, red velvet with cream cheese icing, strawberry roll with fresh strawberries in the filling and sliced on the outside, and their capachinno cake. Their fillings and frosting are very light and I almost wish they were a bit more rich. My personal taste has me wishing everything was overwhelmingly sweet when its not overbearing but they do a wonderful job of making tastey desserts! Ther service is absolutely wonderful they are very friendly especially if you are struggling to make a choice of what to get. The prices are a bit high but the quantity makes up for the price. They also have a rewards program if you are local to the area!

Great! We went to the one in Woodstock and the displays were very nice. They have plenty of room and it would be nice if they offered a few tables to sit and enjoy your sweets. Might increase sales since the customer might get something for there and then carry something home. Just keep it simple... bottled soft drinks and basic coffee/cream/sugar. Well go back and bring our goodies home.

I literally get overwhelmed every time I walk into this place. So many beautiful selections and everything looks SO GOOD.I specifically wrote this review cause I got a cake for my boyfriends birthday from here and WOW. the million dollar cake is to die for. 10/10 recommend.
