I was having an eye emergency 🥴 I couldn’t tell you where my glasses were and I ripped my last pair of contacts. I called and the young lady told me to come on in. When I got there I was greeted properly.. they made me feel right at home. The service was AMAZING! I can’t remember her name, but she took great care of me. They were fast and very efficient. I was in and out with no time! I would def recommend this location!

The doctor was great and well as the staff, and the person who helped me was absolutely wonderful and patient while I went through the process of all the glasses I was trying on. She also answered and explained in great detail all of my questions and concerns. The whole staff was GREAT!!!

I had an awesome experience with Heather and Jafra. They patiently worked with me to pick out the perfect frame and put me in the right lens. I am a first time progressive wearer and I was super nervous. They explained everything in detail so I wasn’t surprised about the adjustment period! Thank you ladies for all you do! ***Excellent Customer service***~*~ I was getting ready for a trip when realize I didnt have contacts. Last minute I ran into my local LensCrafters to see if I could get new/nicer prescription glasses, but I was told impossible to get them within a week, my trip was in three days.Well, Mrs. Teresa there went the extra mile to fix my glasses the same day.... needless is to say she made my day!!! Im so very grateful for the good customer service at this location. Thank you

Imagine buying three pairs of glasses, wearing a sling, being a fall risk and wearing a mask. Theresa at the Outlet Mall LensCrafters store made it all happen. She directed us to the most economical frames & lenses, and then brought them to my husband while he was able to sit and be helped. Outstanding customer service and being long-time LensCrafters customers we know we will be pleased with the glasses we purchased.

I had the absolute best experience yesterday. Every single employee I encountered was polite and understanding. I didnt feel pressured to go outside of my budget either! The eye doctor as able to trouble shoot the contact lense issue I had been having for two years that noone else could solve. I will 100% be coming back here.EDIT: I came back to say attention to detail in follow up was unfortunately lacking for me. They had my number written down incorrectly in one place BUT correctly in another. They tried the incorrect number first and essentially quit after that. You would think they would follow up if glasses had been sitting there for two weeks, but they didnt and I instead had to call them to figure out what was going on. The only solution they offered was to ship them to me (would likely take another week) and then I would have to come in anyways to get them adjusted.

Dr. Chao is very personable and knowledgeable. He makes the visit go by fast and leaves no questions unanswered. The office area in general in always clean and organized, and wait times have always been relatively short. I have been coming here for 3 years now. He always has my prescription in stock to tide me over until my actual boxes of contacts are mailed in.

The one girl with the hexagon shaped glasses was great but the girl with tattoos was rude from the beginning. Worst LensCrafters I’ve ever gone to. Don’t care if you spent hundreds or thousands before don’t expect any type of affordable service especially if not using insurance. Was quoted almost $400 for some prescription raybans that I literally paid less for a few years ago but I broke them on accident. Got the same pair online with lense upgrades for 175.......... they also don’t have same day service anymore which was the only reason I was a LensCrafters customer to begin with.

I see a lot of reviews claiming poor service but I got the complete opposite. I was lucky enough to work with Theresa. I was pretty nervous about the whole process since Id never worn glasses before. Not only was she knowledgeable but she was patient and kind. She answered all my questions and told me more then I ever knew about glasses. Unfortunately the prices were far out if my range but they offer a great protection plan if you get your lenses from them.

I was at this place last week. Richard and another associate gave me a bad costumer service. I was told that if I tint my reading glasses they will look the same as sun glases. Not true. When I went back and complained, they gave me terrible costumer service.

The manager that worked with me (Kris) was fantastic, and extremely knowledgeable about the entire process of getting glasses, including about my insurance. She not only helped me with mine, but also helped to resolve why my wifes glasses from another LensCrafters store were twice as expensive as mine with the same insurance and features and is going to assist us with adjusted our bill.The other lady I met there was also very good, knowledgeable, and patient with other customer that was in the store. Great location, nice clean store with lots of options, and the latest technology that can show you what youre getting. Thank you so much!

I see why this place has 2.8 stars. I JUST left. Ive been searching for glasses for a few days that are very particular. I dont like the idea of shopping online as I have horrible vision. As the associate is asissitng me with looking for larger frames as I ha e a big head, another customer is at the register, presumably with an issue and the associate just leaves and goes to speak to her. No hold a moment, no let me see if someone else can assist, no apology. She just walked away. I have a script, insurance through the military, and I actually loved to Oakleys she helped me pick out but because of her rude dismissal and obvious lack of concern, Im just going to actually order online... These brick and mortars are really horrible at customer service and wonder why everyone rather shop online. I really wanted to purchase these today as my eye doctor can fax my Rx over. This was an easy sale because the glasses looked good and felt good!!

Five-star service! Vast selection of frames for every member of the fam, at every price point. More important, genuine interest in meeting extraordinary needs--CAN-DO attitude--from every knowledgeable and caring member of the staff. Eye exams are superior: the newest technology for the most accurate prescription. Best of all, the eye doc has the most advanced knowledge, listens with great interest and offers clear, practical answers. Honestly, I thought all mass eye shops were the same: SO wrong. Never going anywhere else.

DR is great and knowledgeable. They conveniently forgot to mention to me when they called to tell me my trial pair of contacts were in that they are closed on Thursdays. I wasted my time and money to drive up here to get them only to find out they are closed. Very unhappy. Will be coming back tomorrow to get a refund and go elsewhere.

I really like Dr. Chao. He is very kind and approachable. Also, he is the first ophthalmologist who told me that my insurance should cover the cost of my contacts/glasses due to the medical necessity. (YES, my eye sight is really bad.) He cares annoy his patients and answer all of your questions. I highly recommend him!!!

My family and I were there getting glasses (a total of 3 pairs) and have been there a total of at LEAST 7 times trying to get good lenses in my glasses. The first 4 or 5 sets had horrible distortion flaws in the lenses themselves that caused a blurry spot(s) in my vision. The head tech there said their machine was having issues and that they were ordering the part. I have 3 young children and this has become a fiasco so I asked the manager what they were going to do to make it right. They offered to upgrade my lenses so that then would be made at an outside facility and I could finally get a pair of well made lenses. I was ok with that. I got a call that they had arrived and a few days later came in only to be told that a person wasnt there and that I would have to come back later! Well, I went back this morning right when they opened only to be told that the tech was scheduled to be there at 11am instead of 10 and that it was a scheduling mistake. I have kept calm and composed this entire time, but when I was told that, I let him know how AWFUL this experience has been. Another lady (customer) heard what I said and said that it sounded just like her experience! After a month I still dont have my stinking lenses!

I got my eye exam with Dr. Chao inside the lens crafters (great doctor) and started browsing lens crafters selection. I found the glasses I wanted and Jason rung me up. He helped me get thorough the process quickly since I had kids with me. I definitely recommend this LensCrafters. I spent $600 and I’m glad I did! I’ve ordered lots of glasses online and they aren’t the same quality.

Ordered glasses December 21. Started calling store January 16th. Told they showed shipped and should be here tomorrow, or no later than the 18th. Nothing. Called Saturday. Still showed shipped, shed look into it. Got a call back - the lab insists they were shipped (though they could not provide a tracking number) but she went ahead and reordered them just in case. Its now January 29th. I gave them nearly $1k 39 days ago for glasses that were supposed to take 14 days. Now they dont even seem to answer the phone. Only reason for 1 star is I apparently have to give them something in order to post this review.

Lots of brand name frames display but there are very slow processing. Business services it take more than 10days and they never call to follow up status of my order. Little over month my frame something wrong so I walked in store want to fix but floor service whos name Doug not listen to me and I feel kind of being insulted. Unkind customer services overall. Not once but happen several time so I do not recommend.

Will not be going back to this eye doctor as Ive returned 3 times due to him not being able to get my prescription correct for my glasses and contacts. Now Im out $300 in contacts bc I bought them somewhere online and asked if they can exchange them since they carry the same brand and it was a hard no even though he caused me to order the wrong one. LensCrafters wont do a thing bc the doctor doesnt work for them which is deceiving since I thought he was since he was at their store.Ill be taking my families business to another eye doctor as this one doesnt care about his patients as he keeps trying to not take blame for the wrong prescription and made it seem like my eyes changed multiple times in a few months.I just picked up my 3rd pair of glasses and found the lens wont clean up as it looks as if they have scratch marks or burns from buffingMAKE IT 4 TIMES AS THEY NOW HAVE FORGOT TO ORDER MY REPLACEMENT FOR THE DEFECTIVE LENS WHICH THEY DAMAGED AND NOW IM HEARING THAT THEY FORGOT TO ORDER THEM AND WHEN THEY DID COME IN, THEY DAMAGED THEM AGAIN!!!!!So now the Lencrafter Doctor kicked me out of his office and doesnt want me back b/c he thinks IM being disrespectful. If i was rating the optometry side, i would give it 5 stars. The doctors were great and extremelly nice (went there 08/19/17). However, the sales side is very dissapointing. Initially when I picked up my new glasses, something was off. The girl kept saying your eyes will get used to it, they are fine. I took them home only to realize they were about half an inch lower on one side and i could not adjust them, the frame was just crooked. I went back the following day and received attitude from the manager. She kept saying they are fine and adjusting them on this machine that made them hot to the touch. Machine was not making a difference. One leg was still higher no matter what she did but i had to keep asking her to fix them. She did not like that and was acting like i am just being difficult. Finally she took a display frame and popped my lenses out of my crooked frame and put them in the display frame and handed them to me (fingerprints on them and all). I paid over $500 for my pair and this was not ok. The girl who sold me the glasses also pushed their protection plan and how if anything happens they will repair or give me new glasses, even if i just get tired of them and want to update them within one year. She kept saying just come back, pay $75 and you get a new pair. What a deal right? I went for it. Only to find out that the anything part doesnt cover loss or me getting tired of them. So they will repair your broken glasses but thats about all the plan covers (and you have to bring your broken glasses in and there is no $75 fee, only $25 or $50). This is not what was said to me when i was paying an additonal fee thinking i am getting a great deal in case anything happens. Maybe they get some incentive to sell the plans hence the misleading sales pitch? Or maybe the sales people are not trained right? Either way, i will not be returning. This is not a $3 pair of over the counter glasses yet the customer service is at about that level.

Its been over a month since ordering my new glasses,, so far all i have gotten is the run around,, now they claim they cant find my order, after telling me 2 weeks ago that they forgot to send the frames, now they claim their lab has no phones to contact them, but the fact remains,, theyve had my money for over a month & I STILL DONT HAVE MY GLASSES!!!!! this lenscrafters location in Woodstock is THE VERY WORST!!!!!

Stopped into store for help with a pair of glasses that needed a screw. The store manager was working the floor and did not have time to really help me. Only took a look at the pair of glasses and told me that she needed a custom screw to replace the missing one. Did not even offer to help figure out how or where to get it. Not good.

I went to there store today to buy sunglasses. There were no customers ahead of me . instead of helping me the employee messed around with fixing there computer for ten minutes. I wont be coming back. Horrible customer service.
