First time at this location and it was exceptional! Dr. Brown was wonderful! The exam was easy and thorough. Andrea was the sweetest- helped me pick out frames and was just as welcoming and friendly when I went back to pick them. Awesome experience all around!!

I drive from Acworth Ga to this store because of the staff. The absolute best! From Andrea to Dr Brown this is the only place Ill get my eyewear.

This was my first time going to this location and everyone from start to finish was very friendly, helpful, and professional. Dr. Brown made me feel comfortable and at ease, and was very friendly and extremely helpful with all my questions and concerns during the eye exam. Additionally; the office was very clean and sanitized and they have all taken Covid precautions. I highly recommend this location and Dr. Brown.

This location is very professional and the staff are so helpful and kind. The staff were patient and allowed me to try on frames and then cleaned everything very efficiently making me feel confident in the safety precautions everyone was taking per COVID. Lisa was especially helpful and patient. I had originally decided to pick two different frames for purchase. A day later I saw frames I liked even more online and called to adjust my order. Lisa was so accommodating and did not make me feel bad for changing my mind or that I was causing an issue. Lisa is a fantastic customer service representative and was able to correct everything in my order. Thank you Lisa for all of your time and effort!

I try not to write bad reviews because I understand that we are all human and we will make mistakes. This people left me without any lenses because of their poor communication. One person tells you something and the other tells you something else. Dr. Brown is nice but the staff needs to get it together.

Wont be using them. Needed to get my lenses replaced. Paid for worry free plan and wasnt told there would be an additional cost. On top of that, the lenses were supposed to be scratch resistant. Theyre not. So the lenses were cheaply made. Would rather drive almost an hour to east cobb to see my other eye Dr. They dont even charge extra for a one time lense and frame replacement. Because they stand for quality. Id recommend avoiding this place. Find a smaller mom and pop type place. If you want walmart used car dealership type service, go here. Want quality service, look elsewhere.

Ive been wearing glasses for 20 something years now and Ive tried almost every place that sells glasses and honestly the target optical center in Woodstock was the best eyeglass buying experience Ive ever had. The doctor, the front staff everybody was excellent.

I recommend this location, the doctor and the ladies at the front desk are very friendly and professional, they were so nice and patient and helpful, I’m so happy with my new glasses .

I would like to make known the experience I had at Target optical in Woodstock Georgia Ive worn glasses since I was 5 years old I am now 56 years old it was the best experience Ive ever had getting new glasses I dare say the best Ive seen with a pair of glasses they were so helpful and so professional and it was so quick and easy thank you very much to all the people working there

Ive been going to Dr. Tristan Brown for over 5 years -- he is wonderful! He doesnt rush the exam and takes the time to answer any questions I may have. The staff has always shown kindness and have been attentive, even during busy times. (Which, please keep in mind can be a busy location, especially at the end of the year.)

I Love Dr. Brown!! Ive been going there for over a year and he has always taken great care of me!! He is patient, and actually cares about your vision and the health of your eyes! Best eye doctor Ive ever seen!!

I can honestly say this is the most awesome optical office I have ever been to. I had a really bad experience at a totally different Dr, and my husband decided to make me this appointment at target. The front office ladies and the Dr at target optical absolutely have your best interest in mind. They not only are super friendly they are really helpful. Dont go anywhere else! I have insurance but prefer to pay cash and get the best service here. So far they have helped my husband, daughter and myself. Ill be taking my preschooler next. Thank you so much!!!!! ❤

I love Dr. Brown and his staff are very friendly. He actually took time to ensure that my prescription was going to be perfect. He did a very thorough and awesome job with my contacts! In the past, Ive gotten some pretty lazy exams from other eye doctors which resulted in uncomfortable eyes and blurred vision. But he made sure that it would be perfect, checking and double checking my preferences. He even took the time to actually look under the microscope at how the new contacts sat on my eyes. Very, very happy. Would definitely recommend Tristan Brown.

Dr Brown is very nice and pleasant. I did expect more selections in eyewear. I coincidentally ended up with a pair just like a coworker.

Dont even have the decency if answering their phone. They have set it to ring indefinitely. Would expect more from target.

Terrible service from Dr. Brown! I wouldn’t recommend him at all! Don’t waste your time - he made a mistake with my prescription and instead of admitting it he literally asked that I call him with my current prescription and he would just order that even though he charged me for the contact fitting and eye visit.

Very disappointed by the service, though I have no criticism of the doctor, whom I did not see. I miss Dr. Guy. I made an appt, and when I arrived they said my insurance did not cover the visit. No one called to inform me of this. They said they had, but why would I make that up? Besides, according to my insurance co, this optometrist is listed, so, huh? Moving on to a new optometrist!!!

Dr. Guy is an excellent optometrist. Great selection of frames - especially Ray-Bans. Unbeatable eyeglasses prices.

UPDATE TO ORIGINAL REVIEW: The VP called and did a great job of handling this. The problem remains at the store, but the company went overboard to make up for it. ORIGINAL: It takes effort to be this rude and uncaring toward your customers. I got a bad prescription from a visiting doctor who only works Mondays. The management would only allow me to see that specific doc again to finalize my prescription, and only on Mondays. This went on for three months, then Cathy informed me it would be an additional $55 to get it fixed. I waited 9 days for a return call. Finally, a Regional Manager agreed to send me contacts (3 months later), and Cathy said she overnighted them last Thursday. 7 days later, NO CONTACTS!

Ive had bad experiences since I started going to them for my glasses. I have had the wrong prescription given to me twice, brand new lenses have arrived chipped and cut incorrectly so they wouldnt fit my frames. Staff is nice enough, but unapologetic for their mistakes. I will be finding a new company for my eye needs in the future.
