The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I came in with a few challenges related to older fossil watches and they met the challenge head on. I was able to have batteries changed in watches I hadnt worn in years and even exchange a 10 plus year old watch out toward the purchase of a new one. Thank you Hunter and the young lady that worked with you. 😁

Great selection of watches, jewelry, and bags. Theres frequently some kind of deal going on so be sure to speak with the worker first thing to get the extra information. Overall a fantastic store with even better deals on quality items.

The lovely saleswoman, Brittany, opened the store and was flooded with approximately 10 or so people waiting outside the door. She politely and methodically addressed everyones questions and was able to stay unflustered. What a great show of patience when many retail workers are under a ton of pressure. Good job Brittany!

It’s bit low on variety post the pandemic era but still nice selections

Love this location! Busted my hybrid watch recently and they offered me 50% off a newer one if I surrendered it. We dont live anywhere close but we usually make a stop in when we are around town to see what they have. Most if not all of the employees are always helpful and the manager Anna is the best.

Store has a good variety of watches. Although I couldnt find some of the models available in Internet and other stores like Macys. But I found what I was looking for and also I found good deal on watches here. The staff were very helpful, I was confused in deciding the watch and they helped me with different ideas.

This Fossil store has lot to offer; every time I check-in I see great deals.

I bought a fossil watch in the army. and it looked good. however it broke several times and had it sent to them via the warranty. ever since then, it breaks once a year... not to mention twice when I recieved after a repair it wasnt water proof (they didnt seal it right). so of course I had to send it back. this most recent repair they sent it to my old address when I could twice to update my address and they still sent it to the wrong address. what was their remedy... 85 dollars in credit for a new one. NO WAY!!!! they can keep the credit Im done with fossil. never ever again.

Horrid customer service, & lack of accountability, should definitely re-train some of the employees. Disrespectful attitudes will get these Fossil Sales representatives nowhere in life.

Just drove 40 minutes to get here specifically before 7 p.m. on a Saturday. Website says youre open. Atlanta got a little bit of snow, please reflect in your hours that yall are closed due to weather as opposed to me wasting my time coming all the way to BFE

Its a cool store and convenient because its in the outlet mall but however the prices did not seem like outlet prices.
