So I bought my shoes in February, and mind you I have never had a problem with this brand, in fact, my Johnston and Murphy shoes before this pair lasted me YEARS. However this time around, after about two months of wear, the heel literally fell off as I was walking! Good news is, I called their 800 number, and they were extremely helpful and nice, and sent me a email that would exchange the current pair for the same one, or reimburse me if they dont have that shoe anymore! Youve earned my business for life!

Have bought a few pairs of shoes here. Friendly staff and good selection. Very impressed with when I returned a pair that had developed an odd squeak (broken shank?) in the first week of use, and they immediately swapped them out. Thatll keep me coming back.
